Classic Coach Werks is great! Very communicative, worked well with our insurance company, and did a beautiful job putting our car back together. Glad we have this locally-owned shop here in Atascadero! read more

My husband and I were referred to this place and they were absolutely fantastic! They were polite, kind, and patient. We had work done after our car was hit in a parking lot. Juan spent plenty of time going back and forth with the other persons insurance company to ensure that everything was correct and taken care of. They also finished a little early with our car and I was so thankful to get it back, it looked pristine! They made her shine and sparkle and she looked good as new, thanks guys!!!! Highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend Classic Coach Werks. Five stars all the way. Family owned business that has been around a very long time. We chose them based on their history and testimonials from other peoples experiences and reviews. They provide outstanding quality work. Russell and Juan are one of the most kindest and professional people I have ever met. Their team worked on two of our vehicles that was involved in a huge oak tree accident. They provide a very thorough assessment and estimate. Juan does an excellent job working with the insurance company. We were very impressed by their commitment to going an extra mile. They are super responsive and we received updates every step of the way. The body work they did with my husband's brand new Toyota Tacoma was outstanding. The estimate Juan completed on my Grand Jeep Cherokee was very thorough and well done. The service their team provides is marked by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and success. We will definitely be repeat customers and will highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you to the whole team at Classic Coach Werks for going above and beyond to making our experience excellent, stress free and positive! read more

I've been in the auto Industry for literally 40 years I was an auto mechanic for most of those years, and I've dealt with body shops I've dealt with every kind of shop you can think of, but in all my time I have never ever received such good service from a body shop they listen to you They provide excellent service. I just can't say enough good about them. If you have an issue with your vehicle and needs bodywork, I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank you for your excellent service. Brian read more

After an accident, our undriveable truck was towed to Classic Coach Werks. We are from out of state and they did everything possible to fix our truck. Great personal service. read more

Very nice professional with great advice and service. Corey was very helpful with my repair questions thank you very much

The side of our truck was swiped along a parking structure by a valet and was all scraped up along the body with mirror damage and such. We worked closely with Juan to get the valet insurance to cover the damage. Juan and his team did EXCELLENT work in the repair. The truck looks amazing. We loved how Juan empowered us in understanding what the insurance would cover and how much the repair would cost. For example the insurance adjuster missed a small scratch that would have required painting an entire panel and then sent the repair beyond what insurance paid. Juan touched up the scratch for free and it looks great - you have to know what you're looking for to find it. We really liked Juan and his team. They're great communicators, diligent, responsive, and genuine. Highly recommend their work. Thanks for taking care of our truck, Juan!! read more

I have dealt with Russell and his son Cory on 2 occasions which were very positive. I just recently brought in my porsche for body repair, done in a week.. This shop is extremely accommodating they are both reliable and consciences, they run their business very seriously, customer satisfaction is a must. They are very professional. Shops like this are very few and far between. I've dealt with other repair shops over the years and they don't even come close to classic coach werks. I give them a 10 star rating they are the best of the best. Honest, trustworthy, caring and most of all very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

What great service! Prompt estimate, very timely - not only that, a key body part that was needed was located, in Reno, while I waited. it was that or they could have just ordered from a regular supplier and wait a few days but Classic went above and beyond. Granted, it was a specific body part, but still, I was a happy camper. And when it arrived two days later, they were able to repair my truck while I waited. Outstanding service, very fair priced. And an awesome owner's shop dog to visit! read more

It was really a pleasure working with them. They communicated great, and finished the work well ahead of schedule.

I had a minor accident on Monday. I went to one local body shop and they were not even going to be able to give me an estimate for four days. Then I went to Classic Coach Werks. They made an exceptionally reasonable estimate on the spot. They repaired my vehicle yesterday, in a very short amount of time. I cannot thank them enough and heartily recommend them. read more

Russ & Karen are amazing! I was recently in a accident where I was hit. Dealing with insurance was a nightmare as to be expected. When the insurance company listed off bodyshops where I could take my car because of the insurance affiliation I said that I'm taking it to Russ at Classic Coach Werks! Russ called me on a Monday night close to him closing saying to call the tow truck company to have your car towed to the shop so he can look at first thing the following morning. He would follow up with us, let me know what he was doing and they dealt with the insurance more than I did which was less stress on my end. They have worked on many of my friends & family cars and its beyond perfection each time. He's very appreciative of receiving your business. They are the nicest people. Thank You again Classic Coach Werks for a job well done! read more

Their service is unbeatable. These guys are super friendly and are straight shooters. They got my car repaired the same day I took it in, and for a lot less than their major competitor had quoted. Bonus: it's a family business and you can talk to the owner any time. Love them! read more

These guys are the best in my opinion when it comes to auto body repair. Not only are the prices fair and more competitive than other body shops, they treat you right with kindness and down home care. They asked if everyone in the car was doing ok. That really means a lot. Russ, the owner, is a great guy too. It was a car accident that brought us together but it was a better experience than I was expecting. Hat's off to your business! Just keep doing what you are doing ") 5 Star from Phish- read more

Called for a quote on a tail gate for a 2007 F150. WOW $500.00 this is way to high as you can buy a brand new Painted with factory color tail gate from MBi Auto for $522.00 delivered! I don't know about there work but the prices well that's another story. Guess it is like a lot of things on the Centrol Coast, over priced read more

Did a great job on the car. Went above and beyond on diagnosing a problem on the retractable hardtop which was not a part of the car that was damaged in the accident. Kept me informed as to progress and was tenacious with the local dealer in procuring a hard to identify minor, but necessary part to complete the repair. Great paint work and a thorough repair. Hope I never have to use his services again, but if the occasion does arise , I know where I am going. read more
