My radiator broke down on a Saturday on my way to work, I towed the car to Autocraft and was greeted by Keith, I was relieved that there was a good place that was open on Saturday and although they don't do any work Keith took a quick look at my problem and gave me a rough estimate of what will probably needs to be done. On Monday they received the parts, Tuesday at 1:00PM the car was ready to go! The service was awesome and the price was right as well as the staff very friendly. very nice waiting area too! Shady business practices and poor customer service. It took almost a year and 5+ calls with no call backs to determine that a part they were supposed to replace during my repair was not going to be available any time soon. When I asked for a refund of the amount I paid for the part and the install the shop manager Josh proceeded to argue that the labor was already done despite the new part not being installed on my truck. After much effort I did receive a refund check but it was not the full amount the manager agreed to and did not cover the complete amount paid for the new part and install. It should not take almost a year and 5+ calls to get the real story about what is going on with the part availability. Full refunds for parts and services not rendered should not be a struggle to get. When I asked for the owners name and contact information, the shop manager Josh refused to give me that information. If someone doesn't want their boss to hear about something they are doing, whatever they are doing must not be above board. I do not recommend using Autocraft and will not be giving them my business in the future. read more

I drove my 2019 Chevrolet Trail Boss into a wind, sandstorm in the Mojave desert about six weeks ago. Ruined the paint on the bumper and hood. My Chevy Venture Sliding rear door passenger window was hit by a flying rock from a fellow removing weeds with a weed wacker. Insurance agent recommended AutoCraft and I was very satisfied with their work. Cleaned all glass from inside and made sure the sliding door would work after a lot of glass got into the rail. They also covered the window so I could drive the car until the glass came in. My only complaint was they failed to call me when it was finished. I had to call them... We recently had our rear bumper replaced on our 2007 Honda Ridgeline due to an accident. Keith was great as was the front office girl (her name escapes me right now). We had some issues with our insurance and they made sure to follow up and take care of it so we could get it fixed properly. There was some additional damage that was uncovered after they pulled the bumper so it took a few more days but the end result was worth it. My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan was rear-ended. Autocraft advised me that the door had to be replaced because it had been bent in the collision. They found an undamaged door from the same make and model, repainted it and installed it. The paint job is so good that you cannot tell it from the original door. This is a professional team of young men doing very high quality work. The cleanest and most organized body shop I have ever seen. Some how something had sprayed on the paint of my BMW and I had about 40 small spots which had eaten through the clear coat into the paint. This was on the hood, top, and trunk.I filed a claim and my insurance company and they denied it saying that it was just normal ware from driving around. Four months later, a friend recommended Auto Craft Collision to have a look at the paint damage. I met with Derek, he looked at the problem and he said it was some type of caustic material that most likely came from another vehicle on the freeway. I contacted my insurance company again with Derek's opinion and his photos of the damage and they accepted the claim to repair and repaint the vehicle. Auto Craft didn't just tape off things to paint around lights ect, they disassembled a lot of the vehicle to paint panels and around the edges. Their workmanship is of the highest standards and the car looks like new. Had it not been for Derek, I never would have got this repaired. My older BMW had low coolant while I was driving through Paso on a road trip so I made an appointment for the next morning. I had my car towed to the location and the owner, Keith was still at the shop when I arrived in the tow truck. I didn't realize they were more of a body shop, but he offered to take my car for free to a nearby mechanic if he couldn't figure out what was going on himself. I got in an accident that left my car almost undriveable. Living close to this body shop, I decided to have the work done there. They are awesome! The staff was super helpful and nice and Keith, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and he kept telling me that my car was going to be good as new. They called me every time there was a status update. They also have a loaner car that they let customers drive when available which worked out for me because my insurance didn't cover a rental. When I finally got my Prius V back it was as good as new! I'm so happy to have my car back and I'm confident in the work they did because it looks and drives perfect again! The experience was so wonderful I'm not sure in what order to praise them!! They provided exactly what I asked for to the letter!! The customer service was amazing. Keith is so helpful, as were all of his staff. They were able to restore the functionality of my rear sensors in one day, for a smoking deal and let me know every time they needed to do something we hadn't previously discussed. I am already planning to return for cosmetic repairs! I think the best surprise of the week was going to pick up my car (which drives a dirt road and hauls 5 kids) :) and it was CLEAN, like detailed clean, wheels polished (even got the water spots off from our well water sprinklers); probably like the third best Tuesday of my life.
