Great experience from start to finish! I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment, and Keith looked at my car right away. He quickly emailed me the estimate, handled everything with the insurance company, ordered the part, and had my car fixed in no time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. Excellent customer service and communication. Car looks great! I highly recommend this shop! read more

Service + Price + Shop + Work + Waiting Area + I cannot recommend AutoCraft Collision Center enough! This spectacular team provided an experience that goes above and beyond the typical collision repair shop. The moment I walked in (a huge plus that they take walk-ins--no appointment needed!), I felt welcome. Valerie, Keith, and Josh are an incredible team who treat you more like family and friends than just customers. They are professional, prompt, quick, and genuinely kind. What really sets them apart is their dedication to quality and transparency. They use top-of-the-line equipment, and their facility offers full visibility. You can literally sit in the waiting room and watch your vehicle being worked on, which gives incredible peace of mind. If you are looking for exceptional service, high-quality work, and a team that genuinely cares, AutoCraft Collision Center is the only place to go. In my situation I had been backed into in a parking lot as I was pulling out of my spot someone else decided to pull out of theirs quickly and without looking. The corner of their SUV punched into the middle of my new Niro. The damage they did put a crater in three large pieces of the back of my car, damaged several sensors, and broke my soul as it was my first brand new car. AAA recommended these guys, and I cannot go on enough about how amazing they did. My car literally looks like I just got it off the lot again. I'll always be thankful to them. read more

Stopped by to have them look at a scratch on my GMC door. They gave me a price to buff out the door and I said I would call to come in to have it done. Brought it in, they got it done while I waited for 15 minutes. John said, "No charge, you're a customer". Awesome! read more

1st time taking a vehicle in for repair. The repair shop is a gorgeous building, secure and well laid out. Derek and the entire crew were so easy to work with. My insurance is another story. Everything on the car came out better than new. The gaps are perfect, attention was paid to every detail, and they made sure that the repair was the highest quality. I can not recommend AutoCraft anymore, more highly than 5 or I would. They were competitively priced and valued. read more

Exceeded my expectations with great customer care, genuine excellent work, and they did all the mundane work to get all the insurance paperwork filed. The office clean, staff kind and they are available and 10 out of 10 in all aspects. RECOMMENDED. read more

I was really impressed with the whole process of dealing with an accident and having a great business take care of all things that needed to be fixed. The facility is top notch, clean, and organized. The staff walked us through the process and kept us informed each step of the way. It was so easy, besides the part of missing a car at home. Other than that it was a seamless process. I highly recommend this business for your auto body needs. read more

After my New Truck with 4000 miles on it was hit, I took it to Autocraft, I've been in the auto and truck repair business for over 20 years and I have to say I was really Impressed first of all how clean the office and shop were especially with all the work they had. The constant communication I got from Derek and Josh was over the top. Derek took care of all the insurance dealings, He is Awesome! When it was time to pick up my truck WOW the body work was perfect, the color match was perfect, and it was 100% detailed. I will always use Autocraft for all my body work needs. Customer service and repair work in on point!! I needed my 2012 Subaru Legacy's door to be repaired after a harsh door ding and after further investigation, I needed to get a new door. They were in communication with me and my insurance and repairs where done as soon as possible all while maintaining a flawless finish product. Color match to my shiny silver color was fantastic and I cannot even tell that it is a new door that was color matched. I was thoroughly impressed and I will use this shop for all my future repair needs. Much recommend this shop!!! read more

Autocraft repaired and painted my Ram truck with extensive damage along the entire drivers side. The work was phenomenal. My truck was only 1 year old and looked better than new when they finished it. Derek Carnes helped me and was incredibly informative and his communication the entire time was spot on. I have 2 family members that used them in the past and they recommended Derek at Autocraft and I'm glad they did. Derek worked hard when my insurance was fighting on getting it fixed right with quality OEM parts and got it done. I will highly recommend this business to everyone I know. read more

Had what I thought was some minor fender repair turned out, I damaged the undercarriage of my brand new Camaro. Not only did they find and fix damage I had missed, they helped convince my, reluctant to pay, insuance company to cover the repairs. Not only did they do a perfect job repairing the car to factory conditions, but they also did an excellent job replacing my aftermarket ground effects as well. read more

I needed an entire new front bumper on my Lexus. Auto Craft fixed it beautifully. Superior customer service. Attention to detail. We will now be taking our classic car to them. Completely satisfied as a customer. ( and we all know how rare that is now a days) read more

From the moment I dropped off my truck and all the way up until the repairs were done, their entire team was outstanding. My windshield got cracked by a errant pebble on the highway just before the July 4th weekend. I contacted Autocraft thru the Yelp app. I got a prompt response from Autocraft & was able to arrange an appointment & order the replacement glass in just a few minutes. Today when I arrived for my appointment, I was welcomed & completed the work order in just a few minutes. They got right on my job & had my car ready in just 2 hrs. The price was reasonable & the quality of workmanship was excellent. read more

Autocraft is as good as it gets! 1. I took a look around the facility and it is SPOTLESS. Well kept, organized, and a clean facility are good indicators of a well ran operation. 2. Tony, really solid and nice guy. Personal, friendly, highly customer oriented, and overall great reflection of how my experience with Autocraft was going to be for the next 3 weeks. 3. Keith, I just found out he was the owner 30 minutes ago, was very very easy to work with. Down to earth. chill, and humble guy. He's there to just make your life easier. 4. Ashley, she's on top of the update calls! She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of my car getting fixed. That's just great customer service. Overrall, anyone that's reading this, choose Autocraft. If you have to pick between this shop or that shop. Choose Autocraft. Thank you. You guys were awesome. Keep up the excellent work. read more

FYI, according to the BAR, in California it is legal for a body shop to take ownership of your car if you can't pay the high prices they want to charge you. Please look into this before deciding to bring your car into this shop. read more

My radiator broke down on a Saturday on my way to work, I towed the car to Autocraft and was greeted by Keith, I was relieved that there was a good place that was open on Saturday and although they don't do any work Keith took a quick look at my problem and gave me a rough estimate of what will probably needs to be done. On Monday they received the parts, Tuesday at 1:00PM the car was ready to go! The service was awesome and the price was right as well as the staff very friendly. very nice waiting area too! Thanks for the free water bottle! :D read more

We brought our car to Autocraft after an accident. I highly recommend this body shop. Derek was absolutely amazing. He took care of everything from the moment we walked in. Anyone dealing with insurance knows how much paperwork and follow up is required. Derek was very helpful and super responsive. He also sets clear expectations. Anyone needing body shop work in the Paso area, should come to Auoticraft. read more

They fixed my car beautifully; it looks almost new. I am also impressed with how immaculately they cleaned and detailed my car inside and out. I drove my 2019 Chevrolet Trail Boss into a wind, sandstorm in the Mojave desert about six weeks ago. Ruined the paint on the bumper and hood. Also ruined my headlights, grill, parking lights, windshield etc. Autocraft in Paso Robles did a excellent job of fixing everything and handling the ins. company. Very happy with results. Better than new which is shocking. Derek was very helpful. I want to thank everybody there. Bruce Ferrante read more

Shady business practices and poor customer service. It took almost a year and 5+ calls with no call backs to determine that a part they were supposed to replace during my repair was not going to be available any time soon. When I asked for a refund of the amount I paid for the part and the install the shop manager Josh proceeded to argue that the labor was already done despite the new part not being installed on my truck. After much effort I did receive a refund check but it was not the full amount the manager agreed to and did not cover the complete amount paid for the new part and install. It should not take almost a year and 5+ calls to get the real story about what is going on with the part availability. Full refunds for parts and services not rendered should not be a struggle to get. When I asked for the owners name and contact information, the shop manager Josh refused to give me that information. If someone doesn't want their boss to hear about something they are doing, whatever they are doing must not be above board. I do not recommend using Autocraft and will not be giving them my business in the future. read more

5 stars. Would give 10 if I could. I echo every other positive review here. Clean, organized shop. Professional in every way. They treated my 2000 F250 like it was a new Mercedes. Keith & his Team at AutoCraft are definitely knowledgeable about auto body work AND providing superior customer service! From the time I dropped off my Prius, I was treated with respect & professionalism! Instead of having me wait for the car rental office to send a driver to pick me up, an emoloyee of AutoCraft drove me to the rental car office (much appreciated since I was in a time crunch )! The lovely office assistant at AutoCraft was clear in her communication to me about what to expect while my car was in the shop. I received daily voicemails from her with updates on how the work on my car was going. What a wonderful experience this turned out to be simply because of the care this team took in delivering the finished product! When I picked up "Alice ", not only was she detailed inside & out ( like brand new) but the body work met & exceeded my expectations! What a relief! The icing on the cake was this: sitting in the driver's seat, getting ready to drive away from the shop & finding a canvas bag with their logo and a thank you note from AutoCraft! You can bet that I'll be sending my friends & acquaintances to see Keith & his Team at AutoCraft when they need auto body work done! Well done, Keith! Keep up the good work! read more

My Chevy Venture Sliding rear door passenger window was hit by a flying rock from a fellow removing weeds with a weed wacker. Insurance agent recommended AutoCraft and I was very satisfied with their work. Cleaned all glass from inside and made sure the sliding door would work after a lot of glass got into the rail. They also covered the window so I could drive the car until the glass came in. My only complaint was they failed to call me when it was finished. I had to call them... They did give me a rental car.. read more

My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan was rear-ended. Autocraft advised me that the door had to be replaced because it had been bent in the collision. They found an undamaged door from the same make and model, repainted it and installed it. The paint job is so good that you cannot tell it from the original door. This is a professional team of young men doing very high quality work. The cleanest and most organized body shop I have ever seen. The quoted price was nearly one-half of the other quote I received for the same work. Highly recommended. read more

We recently had our rear bumper replaced on our 2007 Honda Ridgeline due to an accident. Keith was great as was the front office girl (her name escapes me right now). We had some issues with our insurance and they made sure to follow up and take care of it so we could get it fixed properly. There was some additional damage that was uncovered after they pulled the bumper so it took a few more days but the end result was worth it. It looks great and they even washed the truck when they were done. I would highly recommend Autocraft!! read more

Some how something had sprayed on the paint of my BMW and I had about 40 small spots which had eaten through the clear coat into the paint. This was on the hood, top, and trunk.I filed a claim and my insurance company and they denied it saying that it was just normal ware from driving around. Four months later, a friend recommended Auto Craft Collision to have a look at the paint damage. I met with Derek, he looked at the problem and he said it was some type of caustic material that most likely came from another vehicle on the freeway. I contacted my insurance company again with Derek's opinion and his photos of the damage and they accepted the claim to repair and repaint the vehicle. Auto Craft didn't just tape off things to paint around lights ect, they disassembled a lot of the vehicle to paint panels and around the edges. Their workmanship is of the highest standards and the car looks like new. Had it not been for Derek, I never would have got this repaired. He worked on my behalf with the insurance and got everything taken care of. A big thanks to Derek. read more

My older BMW had low coolant while I was driving through Paso on a road trip so I made an appointment for the next morning. I had my car towed to the location and the owner, Keith was still at the shop when I arrived in the tow truck. I didn't realize they were more of a body shop, but he offered to take my car for free to a nearby mechanic if he couldn't figure out what was going on himself. He was super helpful in getting me back on the road, even though it was already past closing time! Bonus points because the shop was so nice, clean and smelled good. read more

I had a list of issues with my car that were complicated and had looked into a few repair shops before deciding on Autocraft repair but I'm so glad I did. Everyone I felt with on their team was amazing and worked hard to get everything done in a timeframe that worked for me. I really appreciated the regular updates from them on how the repairs were going and how hard they worked to get me the best price on parts and labor. I've heard great reviews from friends that have used them in the past and I'm glad I listened. I would highly recommend them for any auto repair needs. read more

I got in an accident that left my car almost undriveable. Living close to this body shop, I decided to have the work done there. They are awesome! The staff was super helpful and nice and Keith, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and he kept telling me that my car was going to be good as new. They called me every time there was a status update. They also have a loaner car that they let customers drive when available which worked out for me because my insurance didn't cover a rental. When I finally got my Prius V back it was as good as new! I'm so happy to have my car back and I'm confident in the work they did because it looks and drives perfect again! I highly recommend this shop!! It's also very clean and organized which I like! :) read more

You cannot beat the service and the quality work! Thank you Josh and Kayla for a great experience during our unfortunate incident.

The experience was so wonderful I'm not sure in what order to praise them!! They provided exactly what I asked for to the letter!! The customer service was amazing. Keith is so helpful, as were all of his staff. They were able to restore the functionality of my rear sensors in one day, for a smoking deal and let me know every time they needed to do something we hadn't previously discussed. I am already planning to return for cosmetic repairs! I think the best surprise of the week was going to pick up my car (which drives a dirt road and hauls 5 kids) :) and it was CLEAN, like detailed clean, wheels polished (even got the water spots off from our well water sprinklers); probably like the third best Tuesday of my life. I already talked to several friends about this hidden gem in Templeton. read more
