Chad, Josh, and the woman at the front desk. One delayed and told me three times when the part was coming in. Then they lied and said that when they told me the part was coming in on the 28th. When I called on the 29th to confirm if they had received the part they said they never told me that it was coming in on the 28th. They don't work on the 28th, which is a Sunday. When I voiced my frustration. The woman at the front desk lied and mischaracterized our interaction. They then fired me as a client after I have waited a month and half. Sent to Caliber collision by other parties insurance company. From when I called them to set up inspection to when I picked the car up, everyone was polite , walked me through the process. They updated me by text , called me back when they said they would . When I picked up the car it had been washed, vacuumed, wiped down inside and they even went to Kia dealership and got a new license plate frame because the original one had been bent in the collision. Caliber Collision is a Texas-based company with shops all over the country. I am reviewing the shop in Paso Robles, CA on N. River Rad.. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Caliber. Jesus and his team were polite, professional and super-easy to work with. The office is clean and comfortable. The repair work done on my truck was fantastic. I figured the aluminum hood would need replacing due to a dent on a body line. "We can recreate the body line". I was unsure about that, but they made me a believer when I picked up the truck. It's perfect The paint color is 'bronze fire metallic', not easy to match I supposed. I was wrong again, their paint match is spot-on. Guys at my work have noticed too, saying it looks good as new. Besides fixing the dent on the hood (ins claim) I paid out of pocket to repair some bushwhacking stripes on both sides of the truck. I didn't expect all of them to come out, but holy smokes was I surprised when they were gone. Good job Caliber! read more

I'm sorry, bad experience with them, lack of communication, and claiming the vehicle couldn't be fixed. 2006 model year Chrysler, stating parts were no longer available, I found them within a 5-minute search. I've taken it to another shop, who will gladly repair the front bumper, replace the fender, and the headlamp. A Deer was in his downward arc of the jump, only a flash from my left eye. Turn signal stopped working a day after picking our vehicle up. This turn signal had worked up until our accident, and had obviously been addressed during the repairs as it was working when we picked the vehicle up. I called Caliber and was told to bring it back to take a look. When I was able to bring it back in they spent more time claiming they hadn't worked on that part during the scope of repairs than they would have just fixing it. Just because it's not in a service quote doesn't mean a well meaning tech didn't push it back together. Had to spend entirely too much effort getting them to address this. Now I'm left to wonder what other aspects of this repair weren't handled correctly, and if Caliber will stand behind their work if further issues arise. read more

Took vehicle in for minor repairs. Two days turned into 10 days. When I picked it up they said oh it's been ready for a few days. Not very good communication The repairs on this car do look good. l also had my daughter's car in this shop at the same time. It took over a month then they would not release the car because they had not gotten a check from the insurance. I asked if they had pre-approval for the repairs and they said yes but still wouldn't release the car for another day. I pointed out that communicating with the insurance company was there job and they agreeded but still wouldn't release the car. After two - two hour round trips we got the car back. Now a part is loose and when we called they said they would have to check with the insurance company. Poor communication again and not repaired properly. We choose Caliber because of the positive Yelp review. Sad it didn't work out for us. read more

My husband and I took our older Crown Victoria to Caliber Collision in Paso Robles to get a quote to have some dings and scratches repaired and to have it painted because the car is sentimental to my husband. When we arrived we were greeted by the girl Danielle at the front desk and she was very nice and friendly. We told her what we wanted and she had the GM, Scott come out and look at the car. He went back and came out a few minutes later and explained the estimate with us. It was a bit higher than we thought it would be so he did a little more refiguring and was able to get it closer to our price range. We were told that it would be finished in a week or so. Throughout the repair process we were given text updates on the process of our car which was very helpful. Finally they texted us that the car was ready. When we went to pick it up they bought it around front for us to see. OMG! It was the beautiful dark blue we wanted and all the dings and scratches were gone. We asked to see the painter and the guys that fixed the scratches, etc. They came out and we thanked them for their hard work and how beautiful it looked.
