Avoid them. Notice how many reviews say they were rude. I believe Thomas was a manager years ago, then he bought the shop, and then he sold to Aaron. They are both rude and unprofessional and have a very small shop without a spray booth. What they do have is a make shift booth made from tarps...pretty heavy. They did not finish our repair job that was quoted under $500. When we asked for completion Aaron said it will cost $3000 or just go somewhere else. And then Mr. rude just hung-up on me. I got a quote from a gentleman there named Thomas to fix a dent and he gave me his card and number and told me to call back the following week to schedule my repair. I called back the following week and spoke to an extremely rude guy who yelled that Thomas doesn't work here and said some choice words as he hung up on me. Shoddy work. Paint started chipping within a year, when normal road debris hit the hood. They were extremely rude about correcting the problem. Other body shops looked at their work and said it was done improperly. Instead of correcting their faulty work, they just applied touch up paint to where the paint had come off. The paint has continued to chip easily and now their paint job has oxidized and I will have to have my car's hood repainted. If you want a paint job that lasts more than a few months, do not go to Bumper 2 Bumper. read more

I made an appointment and they were ready for me that day. Painted the bumper and you can't even tell where! Kept the car overnight so the paint could cure and the price was very reasonable.
