Got a super quick estimate on tinting the windows on my truck. Set an appointment, and my service tech was prompt and professional! He quickly answered all my questions and got right to work. Within hours my truck was finished and the price was perfection!! I couldn't be happier with the quality or the lifetime warranty!! read more

Not very good response I called four times. No one ever called me back. I'm assuming they can't do the job that I. requested. I just wanted a window replaced in my 1957 Ford. I have the Glass already all they need to do is take out the panel replace the glass and put it back together but no response. read more

I had called around for quotes on 2 windows for my Chevy truck, and it really surprised me when I got such a great price from Royalty! I decided to give them a shot, and I was NOT disappointed!! They came out to my house, and both front and back windows installed in nothing flat. Great prices, very professional, and I have actually recommended them to friends because of the great service I received. I was so discouraged when I broke my window, and struggled through leaving voice mails, answering services, phone trees, and not getting responses to my inquiries with several other glass companies. When I finally got a quote back, I thought it seemed high, so I went looking to Yelp and Google to see if there was a company I was missing. I saw Royalty Glass, and their 5-star reviews, and thought I would give them a try. So glad I did! It was super easy to submit a request for a repair quote, and I got a response first thing Monday morning. He was able to get me in the very next day. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, and the work was top-notch at a fair price. He even came to me, so I didn't even have to make a trip to town! Keep up the good work, and thank you for the outstanding customer service with a smile :) read more

Very quick service, the very next day. Advised on best route to get OEM from insurance, which we did. Work was done quickly at time of appointment and looks to be of good quality. Personable demeanor. No complaints. read more

I was introduced to Royalty Auto Glass when submitting a warranty claim to the tint manufacturer. The business that originally installed it has since gone out of business. So Royalty was contracted by the manufacturer and I'm happy they were. Pelon arrived at the scheduled time and was very friendly and helpful. My driver's window tint had to be replaced because it had started peeling. Unfortunately, that wasn't part of the warranty claim so I had to pay out of pocket. No worries though as the price was super reasonable and Pelon said it would be warrantied through him. The new tint looks great and I would definitely use Royalty again if needed. But for now, I'll just leave a much deserved five star rating. read more

They even got scratches out of the leather seat that I thought were there forever. I highly recommend giving these guys a try if you need a vehicle detailed. read more

Absolute Awesomeness!! I am beyond impressed! Same Day-On time Service! Owner is incredible and easy to work with. Out of this world pricing-I was shock. Way less then what I thought it would cost for chip repair. Craftsmanship off the hook. I've got less than a pin head dot-look like dirt on my windshield. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYALTY AUTO GLASS. read more
