Mr. B's was recommended to me by my family-owned and operated car service repair company in San Luis Obispo, DG Tire. What a delight to find out that Jason the owner would come to my house to replace my cracked windshield. Not only was he a genuine human being very knowledgeable and easy to work with, but also very polite, respectful, prompt, dependable, and extremely efficient. He did quality work and provided excellent service and it was a sheer delight just to have him around. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS AUTO GLASS REPLACED. THANK YOU, JASON, for taking such good care of my needs. Gina in San Luis Obispo read more

Exceptional customer service! Would recommend using Mr B's anytime you need a windshield repaired. We went through our insurance and decided to go with Mr B's after another glass company in town gave us the run around. So glad we used Mr B's. Jason was responsive and kept us up-to-date on what was going on. He came out to measure the next day after we called and did the glass repair the following business day after the glass was cut (we didn't have the standard glass for our RV). Plus he did it for a great price. I will definitely be using Mr B's again if we ever need another windshield repaired. Highly recommend calling Jason to use his services. Thank you Mr B's for a job well done and superb customer service!! read more

This guy saved the day for me. When my car window was shattered during a break-in, I called around and found this company. They were able to come to my work the next day, and got my new window installed in no time. It was a great experience. Jason was super nice and professional. He cleaned up all the glass (which was everywhere) and my new window looks great! Thanks for an excellent experience! read more

Driving up the grade my rear window literally exploded. I got to a safe place and called Mr. B's. He happen to be near by so he stopped and took a look. I have a service truck so it wasn't a normal install. He scheduled me for the next day. I was happy. Then he came out to fix the window. He didn't just replace the window he also vacuumed up the glass from my truck and driveway. The repair was difficult but he just charged me the normal price. Great service! Will call Mr. B's with future work! read more

We use these guys several times for our body shop and are happy with their work and prices. Jason is the bomb! read more

When my passenger side window was broken out, my insurance company recommended a company to replace it for $350. After asking around, Mr B's was recommended to me. They came to my house the next morning, cleaned up all the broken glass, and replaced the window at nearly half the cost. I'll definitely use them again if I'm unfortunate enough to need to. read more

Very responsive and high quality service. Jason was professional and thorough. The price was very competitive and I typically use Safelite, I think this was better service and the best part was I received a very specific time frame. 9-10am not a 4 hour gap. He showed up promptly and explained everything to me. I will definitely use them again. Ah and they took AMEX. read more

Jason is so wonderful. I definitely recommend him and will use him for any future issues. My windshield was cracked and he offered the best price to fix it. Not only that, but he came out to Heritage Ranch for free (usually places say "free delivery---unless you live at the lake"). Unfortunately it started to rain that day so he accommodated me by coming to my work in SLO on the first sunny day available. Work was quick, friendly, priced the best and he did a great job. When I reached out to him a few weeks later requesting an additional copy of my receipt, he faxed it over to me within the hour. Use Jason! read more

I was referred to Mr. B's when my windshield was hit by a rock. Jason scheduled us for his mobile repair the next day. Fast, efficient, great price and really top notch work. I can readily recommend this service. Personable guy, too. read more

Awesome!!!! Great job and fast! Got us back on the road in 30 minutes! Nice guy! Came right to where we had stopped!

I have never felt compelled to write a review until today. I had a rock thrown through my rear window and found another window for my car. I called Mr. B's auto glass among a dozen other places for quotes just for the installation. Mr. B's quoted me $95 while the next lowest quote from elsewhere was $120. They said they'd be here between 9 and 10 am. Starting the job at 10:15 am, they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Little over half an hour later, they were done!! The guy vacuumed all of the glass, I paid him and he left before 11 am. Prompt and professional, I am beyond satisfied and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!!! read more

I recently had my windshield replaced after almost 5 years of driving with a cracked one. I called around as to make sure I got the best price. It was $210 tax included for my little '89 Corolla. The replacement itself didn't take long at all, maybe 40 minutes. The end result looked amazing. Everything was just swell until I got in my car the day after. Absolutely nothing wrong with the windshield itself. But the dash, seats, carpet, and the drink I had in the cupholder were cover in tiny black strips of what I think was the previous seal of my old windshield. There was black powder all over the place. Big pieces of this stuff were left all over the ground surrounding my car. I understand my car may not be the cleanest, but for a professional to leave it an even bigger mess was disappointing. I went on the business' facebook page the next day and noticed that they do nice, luxury car windshield replacements too. I highly doubt that he leaves a mess all over their interiors. It's bad enough to already be judged by what kind of car you drive, it's the worst to pay someone as a professional and feel like you've been disrespected by them. read more

Took my call outside of business hours, arrived on time, very accommodating, good prices, and even stuck my oil change reminder from my old windshield to my new one. read more

Unfortunately I have had to call upon Jason TWICE in 2 weeks! I first found Mr. B's here on Yelp because I got a nice dime-sized chip on my windshield. I called in the afternoon and we scheduled a meeting at my house the very next morning. He was SUPER fast and did a great job. One week later, BAM!! A nice, big rock hurled itself at my windshield leaving a silver dollar-sized star on my windshield. I called Jason then and there, left a message, and he called me back about an hour later. It was already after lunch when this occurred, but he agreed to meet me as soon as I got back home that very afternoon. The chip was pretty big and he wasn't sure it could be repaired, but said he wanted to give it a shot before dooming me to have to replace the whole window. Lucky for me, it worked! He did a great job in a short time and saved me the hassle of having to replace the whole windshield! Basically, Mr. B's provided me with prompt, professional, and affordable service. What more could I want? Thanks Jason! You're great, but I hope I don't need to call you again anytime soon : ) read more

I happened to look in the local phone book when I needed my windshield replace . The cost for my windshield was less to get one that was not a rain sensor windshield. I called Mr. B auto glass and had my windshield replaced. A year later I needed a windshield replaced again I then ordered a rain sensor windshield ! When it was replaced the box for the rain sensor was missing . I phoned Mr B auto repair .. cause my rain sensor box was not there and it did work before I got windshield to a regular one . I was very disappointed how I was treated by him. I was told he was owner he yelled at me and hung up .. I called him back got machine and suggested he call me back . He did then proceed to tell me what piece of shit car I have ect. And said he did not know what happened to rain sensor box! Screaming at the top of his lungs at me ! Very unprofessional and did not answer any questions hung up again. I will never go to phone listing again ! Now I know what to look out for . If I had known there were a rain sensor box I would of kept a look out for it! The glass he replaced was painted on also but to a person who does not know about windshields you don't know what to look for . The company I had replaced the windshield showed me it and said they see this a lot unfortunately! read more
