Exceptional customer service! Would recommend using Mr B's anytime you need a windshield repaired. We went through our insurance and decided to go with Mr B's after another glass company in town gave us the run around. So glad we used Mr B's. Jason was responsive and kept us up-to-date on what was going on. He came out to measure the next day after we called and did the glass repair the following business day after the glass was cut (we didn't have the standard glass for our RV). Driving up the grade my rear window literally exploded. I got to a safe place and called Mr. B's. He happen to be near by so he stopped and took a look. I have a service truck so it wasn't a normal install. He scheduled me for the next day. I was happy. Then he came out to fix the window. He didn't just replace the window he also vacuumed up the glass from my truck and driveway. The repair was difficult but he just charged me the normal price. Great service! When my passenger side window was broken out, my insurance company recommended a company to replace it for $350. After asking around, Mr B's was recommended to me. They came to my house the next morning, cleaned up all the broken glass, and replaced the window at nearly half the cost. Jason is so wonderful. I definitely recommend him and will use him for any future issues. My windshield was cracked and he offered the best price to fix it. Not only that, but he came out to Heritage Ranch for free (usually places say "free delivery---unless you live at the lake"). Unfortunately it started to rain that day so he accommodated me by coming to my work in SLO on the first sunny day available. Work was quick, friendly, priced the best and he did a great job. I have never felt compelled to write a review until today. I had a rock thrown through my rear window and found another window for my car. I called Mr. B's auto glass among a dozen other places for quotes just for the installation. Mr. B's quoted me $95 while the next lowest quote from elsewhere was $120. They said they'd be here between 9 and 10 am. Starting the job at 10:15 am, they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Little over half an hour later, they were done!! The guy vacuumed all of the glass, I paid him and he left before 11 am. Prompt and professional, I am beyond satisfied and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!!! read more

I recently had my windshield replaced after almost 5 years of driving with a cracked one. I called around as to make sure I got the best price. It was $210 tax included for my little '89 Corolla. The replacement itself didn't take long at all, maybe 40 minutes. The end result looked amazing. Everything was just swell until I got in my car the day after. Absolutely nothing wrong with the windshield itself. But the dash, seats, carpet, and the drink I had in the cupholder were cover in tiny black strips of what I think was the previous seal of my old windshield. There was black powder all over the place. Big pieces of this stuff were left all over the ground surrounding my car. I understand my car may not be the cleanest, but for a professional to leave it an even bigger mess was disappointing. I went on the business' facebook page the next day and noticed that they do nice, luxury car windshield replacements too. I highly doubt that he leaves a mess all over their interiors. It's bad enough to already be judged by what kind of car you drive, it's the worst to pay someone as a professional and feel like you've been disrespected by them. read more

Unfortunately I have had to call upon Jason TWICE in 2 weeks! I first found Mr. B's here on Yelp because I got a nice dime-sized chip on my windshield. I called in the afternoon and we scheduled a meeting at my house the very next morning. He was SUPER fast and did a great job. One week later, BAM!! A nice, big rock hurled itself at my windshield leaving a silver dollar-sized star on my windshield. I called Jason then and there, left a message, and he called me back about an hour later. It was already after lunch when this occurred, but he agreed to meet me as soon as I got back home that very afternoon. The chip was pretty big and he wasn't sure it could be repaired, but said he wanted to give it a shot before dooming me to have to replace the whole window. Lucky for me, it worked! He did a great job in a short time and saved me the hassle of having to replace the whole windshield! Basically, Mr. B's provided me with prompt, professional, and affordable service. I happened to look in the local phone book when I needed my windshield replace . The cost for my windshield was less to get one that was not a rain sensor windshield. I called Mr. B auto glass and had my windshield replaced. A year later I needed a windshield replaced again I then ordered a rain sensor windshield ! When it was replaced the box for the rain sensor was missing . I phoned Mr B auto repair .. cause my rain sensor box was not there and it did work before I got windshield to a regular one . I was very disappointed how I was treated by him. I was told he was owner he yelled at me and hung up .. I called him back got machine and suggested he call me back . He did then proceed to tell me what piece of shit car I have ect. And said he did not know what happened to rain sensor box! Screaming at the top of his lungs at me ! Very unprofessional and did not answer any questions hung up again. I will never go to phone listing again ! Now I know what to look out for . If I had known there were a rain sensor box I would of kept a look out for it! The glass he replaced was painted on also but to a person who does not know about windshields you don't know what to look for .
