My husband and I took our older Crown Victoria to Caliber Collision in Paso Robles to get a quote to have some dings and scratches repaired and to have it painted because the car is sentimental to my husband. When we arrived we were greeted by the girl Danielle at the front desk and she was very nice and friendly. We told her what we wanted and she had the GM, Scott come out and look at the car. He went back and came out a few minutes later and explained the estimate with us. It was a bit higher than we thought it would be so he did a little more refiguring and was able to get it closer to our price range. We were told that it would be finished in a week or so. Throughout the repair process we were given text updates on the process of our car which was very helpful. Finally they texted us that the car was ready. When we went to pick it up they bought it around front for us to see. OMG! It was the beautiful dark blue we wanted and all the dings and scratches were gone. We asked to see the painter and the guys that fixed the scratches, etc. They came out and we thanked them for their hard work and how beautiful it looked. If I ever need any repairs to a car again I'll be coming back without hesitation. It was a rare experience to have such good all around customer service. read more

My daughter had to take her car to the airport location and figure out how to do this all on her own due to her being in college away from home. The girls at the front Dess went above and beyond in helping her how to figure out rental car and getting the whole process taken care of. One of the girls was even kind enough to drive her to the rental car location due to the fact that the rental car was not offering to pick her up. I can't say enough kind words about these girls at the front desk walking my daughter through the process. I've used Caliber in other locations in the past, so when I had a window break while on the highway, I headed straight to the Paso Robles location; more like limped in because of the wind whipping into the car. I needed a quick patch job to get myself back on the road. Kenny and his team cleaned out all the broken glass and sealed up the car for me with a plastic wrap that allowed me to continue my travels. People in the office are lazy and seem annoyed when you ask any questions. I recently had the front end damaged on my new car. Hit and run. It wasn't terrible, paint streaks from below the headlight to the bottom, from headlight to the tire, with the bottom pushed back behind some "nubs" (not auto savvy). My husband has restored his old Chevy and felt the damage was more than he could fully repair on his own. Triple A suggested I take the vehicle to Caliber Collision. The people could not have been friendlier or more professional. Chad asked if I minded if he took it back and tried buffing it out...of course not. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I brought my car in to repair some damage done to the front end from an accident. They kept in excellent communication with me the entire time my car was in. When I went to go pick it up they had surprised me by ALSO fixing a dent that was on the back of my car! FOR FREE!!!! I didn't even ask them too!!! I seriously wanted to cry. My car was spotless clean outside, vacuumed, wiped down, spotless inside, they seriously did every single thing short of putting gas in the tank. It was like a brand new car. When I went inside to sign paperwork they gave my child popcorn and water to keep her busy while I signed. Car accidents are stressful but you guys went above and beyond to help make it better. Some rats got into my engine and chewed up enough wiring as to render my car unusable. My insurance co referred me to Caliber Collision. I was wary of going to Caliber because they're a body shop and my problem was in the engine. My insurance company USAA has them under a good business however I couldn't even get good communication to set to have my vehicle fixed. I was left on hold for 15 mins and then someone called after business hours and said someone would call me the next day and no one did. They contradict what they tell your insurance regarding appointments. If I got to go thru all that imagine what I would go thru if they worked on my car. Communication is rated a zero. read more

I just had to call them with my insurance case number and they did the rest. Even though I was upset about wrecking my car they made a bad situation easy. They have recently purchased Precision Collision which we always used. I had a side door molding that had loosened and the service advisor gave me two repair options. One was to just retape the current molding which may or not stay; or replace the molding with a new one. I opted to try the retapping. We agreed to bring it back in if the molding loosened again for replacement. They repaired the molding in quick fashion and so far so good. read more
