This shop is well-deserving of a stellar recommendation. My vehicle rolled onto its side after a near miss on the Baltimore beltway. Caliber Collision interfaced well with the insurance company in quickly providing a repair estimate then agreeably revising it for accident connected work. While my priority was functionality before aesthetics, both were achieved with remarkably high quality. I was kept informed on a daily basis as to repair progress and on completion received a good review of the work from those involved. Rhonda Johnson was my contact and she coordinated various aspects of the repair from rental car arrangement to estimate/insurance company communication to auto body repair and painting to vehicle pick up arrangement in an excellent manner. This was a first accident in 44 years of driving, and the guidance during the repair was very helpful. I was rear ended by someone and recommended to this place through USAA insurance. From the moment I walked into the place to drop my car off to the day I picked it up the customer service was off the charts. It is not like a regular repair shop in that you'll get the occasional grunt from the people doing the paperwork-- all of the staff were attentive and polite when taking care of my paperwork and my car. I had a deadline of a quick turnaround because I was selling the car and moving 2 weeks prior to me getting rear ended and they were more than able to work with my timeline! While the car was being worked on I'd receive daily updates through text messages to tell me the progress on the car and when I'd be able to pick it up. On top of the vehicle coming out like brand new once it was completed, the wash, wax and vacuum the inside of the car! AMAZING body shop! I was very hesitant to take my car to a body shop. I didn't want to feel intimidated because i've never had to go through this process but I decided to give it a shot and not send my husband or son. I was very pleased on the level of professional this shop has. Minte & Isaiah were wonderful, they explained the process step by step for me. The communication I received from Isaiah throughout the process was mind blowing, he gave me a completion date the day I dropped off which wasn't expected. When I came to pick up, Minte stated they were able to buff some scratches complimentary, it was flawless! Isaiah then proceeded to take my payment, and go outside with me to show the exceptional work that was done. Excellent service-both in work performed and customer service. Ms. Rhonda Johnson (no relation to me) provided superb customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! The shop uses text messages (and I think they'd call or email if you wanted them to) to keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. I received one or two a day keeping me informed and letting me know when work would be complete. The "main office" called while vehicle in shop and asked if satisfied with everything so far (I definitely was!). This place really provides customer service. Work turned out excellent. Front, right bumper and headlamp on car had been heavily scraped by another driver. After repairs, looks brand new! Would definitely return if need future repair work! read more

This was an exceptional experience receiving my car repairs at 16 Sweeley St Caliber. Isaiah greeted me with a warm welcome, and we proceeded to the car for me to demonstrate the damage. He promptly coordinated with the car rental company to arrange for my pickup from the shop. Later that afternoon, I received a message from Isaiah informing me that he had already prepared the estimate. Great staff! EJ was great with helping me through the process. Isaiah was EXCEPTIONAL. Isaiah took me from a level 10 down to level 1 with his exceptional customer service skills! I was dealing with an insurance claim and needed a rental while I dropped off my car at Collision Caliber at 4pm on a Friday which was Labor Day weekend. The insurance company was difficult to deal with. Isaiah dealt with the claims person from the insurance company got a me in a rental from a different location from what the insurance company had set up. I crashed my car and the last thing I wanted to deal was any unnecessary stress throughout the process of taking my car to a shop. We've taken our Toyota to Caliber, twice in the last few months, thanks to folks hitting us, on two different occasions, in parking lots. They do outstanding work. This is great repair shop. The staff is very helpful. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner (turned over my vehicle to replace back bumper on a Thursday..service was completed by Monday at 5pm) and the work looks great!
