Geico sent me here to get a bumper fixed from someone that hit me. The process was so simple and kept me informed every step of the way. They had someone look at my car. He went over every step and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. I found out later he was the manager but everyone else I dealt with there was also very helpful so I think this was the corporate culture not role-based. After I left my car, I got updates with what stage the car was in with a link to see exactly whar was being done. They always included the opportunity to contact them for questions and concerns. The time they estimated it was done was accurate and the texts kept me in the loop until the end. when they were done, I received a call that I missed so I called back and they were very helpful. When I picked the car up, they were still very helpful. They didn't impress upon me that this location is for GEICO and State Farm which is why they have a streamlined process and are able to turn vehicles around quickly so if you don't have those two insurances and you get in an accident, you can go to their other branch next door which deals with many insurance companies, but also could take longer. Something to keep in mind so you don't get them mixed up or have expectations that won't be met due to this reason. This was my first experience at a body shop (other than a small local outfit) and it was a great experience. Highly recommended. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this auto repair shop. Not only did they do a sloppy, unprofessional job on my vehicle, but I also discovered that money was stolen from inside my car while it was in their care. This is completely unacceptable and beyond unethical. I trusted them with my vehicle and was repaid with damage and dishonesty. Save yourself the frustration, money, and potential loss--go anywhere else. A repair shop that can't be trusted to respect your property doesn't deserve your business. read more

Their communication was fantastic, my bumper looks even better than before the accident, and they even washed and detailed the inside of my car. They held my car for 3 extra days before starting work so I was charged a lot of extra $$$ by the rental company for insurance. Also I don't think they actually fixed the damage on the front bumper frame. I think they only painted... which was the minor part. Never will go here again. read more

Worst place I've ever dealt with They had my car for two months claiming all parts on back order so I decided to look online to find the parts , so I found them got the parts and gave it to them to install them on the car. They told me they will change the ignition switch ( it works but got some damage) they ordered it and charged the insurance for it. Claimed they installed it and when I got my car the old one was still there did not argue with them about it cuz I needed my car and just wanted to get out of that miserable place. read more

Then they blame you for the part being scratched yet you haven't even driven the car off their lot. You provide all concerns and they don't even address them. They can't even tell you they don't handle mechanical issues that occurred asa result of the accident. They just send you on your way with a f**ked axle. STAY TF away from this place. read more

Passenger side door t-boned, completely dented in. This location is extremely busy and explained to me prior to dropping my car off that they were experiencing delays. Karen worked with me to get my car in ASAP and it was fixed in a week. I was able to track the progress with a link Caliber sent me which I thought was cool. Seamless transaction and the mechanic that worked on my car did get some of the tree sap off for me and gave me recommendations on where I go for the removal. read more

I came to caliber following a claim with Geico. All stuff were patient, kind and accommodating with my questions. I received text updates every few days confirming the status of my vehicle as well a notification that it was ready to be picked up (two days earlier than the original estimate!) Note- I was lucky that the repair job did not require any new parts to be ordered, hence the quick timeline. Caliber's staff was transparent in letting me know the rental car process was with me to handle with the insurance company directly. But overall it was seamless to handle. read more

I brought my Camry here after a minor collision and couldn't be happier at the experience. My insurance company is GEICO and they had Caliber as one of their preferred shops so I went there so the whole process could be streamlined w/ the rental car. I dropped the car off in the AM before work and was able to also get the rental car at the same time which was great. Caliber kept in contact w/ me daily to let me know the status and actually finished the work 4-5 days in advance. I got to pick up my car and drop off the rental car at the same time. Car looks great, I can't tell the car was in an accident so i'm super happy. I have had repairs in the past from other shops including a dealership where the colors didn't match very well and it was obvious that the car had been in an accident but this repair looks great. I just want to start off by saying, if you're debating which location to go to, COME HERE! You will not be disappointed. To my dismay, someone rear ended my car as soon as I decided I was going to be selling it soon-- Geico set me up with this location to render the repairs & I had never repaired anything body-wise on a car so I was very nervous. Upon being greeted by JB, the GM, him and his team including Tony were immediately so kind & professional. The process was extremely thorough & efficient. I was put at ease was in & out with the drop off within 10 minutes. During the waiting period, Karen called me to update me on my vehicle & I also received text updates regarding where in the process they were in. This really put me at ease & gave me an idea that they were all right on track. I received my car a week later, right on the day they predicted it would be done. Hugo was the person working on my car & he did a BEAUTIFUL, tremendous job. I was in tears. He undid my rear busted bumper-- it looks like NEW! It's magical. I'm still in shock. As a woman, it's hard finding a place to trust but if ever I have any future body work that needs to be done to my vehicle, I will only be coming here. I took my 2020 Atlas Crossport to this Caliber Collision to repair a badly dented right rear door and quarter panel. Service tech Juan Benitez greeted me, smiled, admired my ride, and said "we can make this as good as new"!Juan carefully inspected the damage and quickly estimated the work needed to get the job done right. I was surprised it would require removal of the entire rear bumper, the right rear glass vent, straightening the body panels, and repainting the clear coat from damaged area to the roofline forward. Whoa! When i received the estimate price i was pleased how affordable the repair would be even with all the needed work. I left the car there on a Wednesday morning and it was done Friday! When i picked the car up, it was sparkling clean, smelled great and looked showroom fresh! This was the best body shop i have ever had. I am 110% satisfied with the work done, and Juan was super friendly and a total car buff. I highly recommend this shop. They also worked well with my insurance company, and my car rental. They did great work before and that proved true this time as well. I appreciate that they worked with Progressive to cover the costs of the repair. I have nothing bad whatsoever to say about the quality of the work done to repair the paint damage to my car door. It was good. But, if you are counting on the estimate that you receive online to anywhere approximate what you will pay, think again. The online estimate I received (after submitting 6 legitimate pics and a detailed description of the issue) was $810.53. The ultimate price I was quoted (once I already had left my car with them) was $1,616.89. So, in short: think double when you are baited and switched by this shop. The explanation I was given was absurd: things like, do you want the paint to be "blended" (i.e., to match the paint color on the adjacent door)? Um, yes. Who wouldn't expect that, and how is that basic issue not considered in the original quote? So, in short, you're dealing with car people here, so pretend that you're going to buy a used car. Not only did they do a terrific job in repairing the car (can't even tell the difference in paint color), the entire experience was as easy as could be. Also nice to receive several texts which updated the progress of repairs. And a big bonus - car was washed and interior vacuumed and cleaned. Great service from start to finish. The repair was finished two days early and looks flawless! Here's the best part, I left an envelope with $500 under the driverseat by mistake when I dropped off the car. Obviously, I was concerned when I realized my mistake. When I arrived to pickup​ the car, the envelope was still sealed and tucked next to the driverseat which shows they obviously found the envelope but didn't take it! I had an AMAZING experience with Caliber Collision. My Mini Cooper was hit in a parking garage and as a result had some damage to both the front and rear bumpers. I worked with my insurance company (Geico) and literally picked this place because it was the closest to my house and I'm glad I did. When I dropped the car off Maira in the main office was so pleasant and explained the entire process to me. Maira, David, and I went out to my car and I showed them exactly where the damage was. They explained what they thought would have to be done and were great at answering my questions. There was a mix up on the end of my insurance company and my rental car wasn't there when I dropped it off by they called Enterprise for me and my rental was there no more than ten minutes later. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and picked up on Monday morning. The work was flawless! I couldn't have been happier. When I got home I noticed a small scratch on the hatch of my car. I called up Maira and was honest with her as I wasn't sure if it was there before or not. She immediately asked me to bring it back in so they could take a look at it. Once I brought it back we went over the "before" pictures they take of the entire car and were able to see that it was in fact there before I brought the car in. However, they went ahead and buffed it out for me anyway just because I brought it back. Everyone who works here was pleasant and made sure I was happy with their product. I would definitely recommend this place. Their warranty is great, customer service is amazing, and their work is fast and high quality. We took our 2015 Subaru Outback in for repair on a door caused by another car door being opened into our door. This was an insurance claim. While the car was in their care our battery was drained...while they re-charged it, a week later the battery was dead again. The roof rack was not properly re-installed, and one of the electric windows was not working. A week later beginning a morning commute my wife walks back in the house "the battery is dead". I checked it and it was dead. I called my insurance provider to alert them and when I got to my office I called the body shop and was on the phone with "Winston". He told me over and over again how "he was not around to check my car before it was discharged" went to whine about batteries have expiration dates, and that "we are human and make mistakes" and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold for about 4-minutes until that call was disconnected. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I recommend this shop to water my plants, much less do any further body work on my car. read more

I had already purchased the aftermarket replacement part and I was searching for a shop willing to perform only the labor -- Several shops in DC MD VA turned me away because they didn't allow outside parts. I was at the dmv earlier today and figured it was worth at least stopping in to Caliber Collision repairs which is a quick walk down the road, and it must've been my lucky day because not only did Winston accept the job, but he also saved me over $150 to execute the repair (i was quoted $200 min for labor in DC shops). New management? Had great reputation. Now, no pride in quality work. The bumper skin was two shades too light. The woman from the front desk said it matched and it looked good to her. I had her bring the shop manager. He agreed with me repainted the job. Brought it out two days later with dried globs of paint or clear coat bulging in the seams. I made them fix it. They never offered to fix mistakes. They tried to slip them through. I had to be aggressive. On my last visit, the tech out front was bragging that a job he'd done was good enough even though there were chips in the paint. read more
