Top notch service. I needed a bumper repair. They were quick, kept me aware of the process the entire time, and it was a pleasant surprise to find my car cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. I would 100% recommend them. read more

Geico sent me here to get a bumper fixed from someone that hit me. The process was so simple and kept me informed every step of the way. They had someone look at my car. He went over every step and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. I found out later he was the manager but everyone else I dealt with there was also very helpful so I think this was the corporate culture not role-based. After I left my car, I got updates with what stage the car was in with a link to see exactly whar was being done. They always included the opportunity to contact them for questions and concerns. The time they estimated it was done was accurate and the texts kept me in the loop until the end. when they were done, I received a call that I missed so I called back and they were very helpful. When I picked the car up, they were still very helpful. They didn't impress upon me that this location is for GEICO and State Farm which is why they have a streamlined process and are able to turn vehicles around quickly so if you don't have those two insurances and you get in an accident, you can go to their other branch next door which deals with many insurance companies, but also could take longer. Something to keep in mind so you don't get them mixed up or have expectations that won't be met due to this reason. This was my first experience at a body shop (other than a small local outfit) and it was a great experience. Highly recommended. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this auto repair shop. Not only did they do a sloppy, unprofessional job on my vehicle, but I also discovered that money was stolen from inside my car while it was in their care. This is completely unacceptable and beyond unethical. I trusted them with my vehicle and was repaid with damage and dishonesty. Save yourself the frustration, money, and potential loss--go anywhere else. A repair shop that can't be trusted to respect your property doesn't deserve your business. read more

Caliber collision went above and beyond. They left my car 1,000% better than I delivered. Their communication was fantastic, my bumper looks even better than before the accident, and they even washed and detailed the inside of my car. Some of the best service I've had of any industry, possibly ever. Thank you guys so so much, would recommend to anyone. 10/10. read more

They held my car for 3 extra days before starting work so I was charged a lot of extra $$$ by the rental company for insurance. Also I don't think they actually fixed the damage on the front bumper frame. I think they only painted... which was the minor part. Never will go here again. read more

Terrible service, poor customer service, zero loyalty to take the repair back. Never recommend this place they ruin the look of my car

Worst place I've ever dealt with They had my car for two months claiming all parts on back order so I decided to look online to find the parts , so I found them got the parts and gave it to them to install them on the car. They told me they will change the ignition switch ( it works but got some damage) they ordered it and charged the insurance for it. Claimed they installed it and when I got my car the old one was still there did not argue with them about it cuz I needed my car and just wanted to get out of that miserable place. read more

1 star because you can't select ZERO! DO NOT USE THIS POS GEICO EXPRESS PLACE. STAY AWAY FROM ALL GEICO EXPRESS LOCATIONS. They do an incomplete job and miss parts. Then they blame you for the part being scratched yet you haven't even driven the car off their lot. You provide all concerns and they don't even address them. They can't even tell you they don't handle mechanical issues that occurred asa result of the accident. They just send you on your way with a f**ked axle. STAY TF away from this place. read more

Passenger side door t-boned, completely dented in. This location is extremely busy and explained to me prior to dropping my car off that they were experiencing delays. Karen worked with me to get my car in ASAP and it was fixed in a week. I was able to track the progress with a link Caliber sent me which I thought was cool. Seamless transaction and the mechanic that worked on my car did get some of the tree sap off for me and gave me recommendations on where I go for the removal. read more

I came to caliber following a claim with Geico. All stuff were patient, kind and accommodating with my questions. I received text updates every few days confirming the status of my vehicle as well a notification that it was ready to be picked up (two days earlier than the original estimate!) Note- I was lucky that the repair job did not require any new parts to be ordered, hence the quick timeline. Caliber's staff was transparent in letting me know the rental car process was with me to handle with the insurance company directly. But overall it was seamless to handle. read more

Thank you everyone for the help with my geico claim. The repairs look great and everything was easy. Highly recommend.

I brought my Camry here after a minor collision and couldn't be happier at the experience. My insurance company is GEICO and they had Caliber as one of their preferred shops so I went there so the whole process could be streamlined w/ the rental car. I dropped the car off in the AM before work and was able to also get the rental car at the same time which was great. Caliber kept in contact w/ me daily to let me know the status and actually finished the work 4-5 days in advance. I got to pick up my car and drop off the rental car at the same time. Car looks great, I can't tell the car was in an accident so i'm super happy. I have had repairs in the past from other shops including a dealership where the colors didn't match very well and it was obvious that the car had been in an accident but this repair looks great. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in need. read more

I just want to start off by saying, if you're debating which location to go to, COME HERE! You will not be disappointed. To my dismay, someone rear ended my car as soon as I decided I was going to be selling it soon-- Geico set me up with this location to render the repairs & I had never repaired anything body-wise on a car so I was very nervous. Upon being greeted by JB, the GM, him and his team including Tony were immediately so kind & professional. The process was extremely thorough & efficient. I was put at ease was in & out with the drop off within 10 minutes. During the waiting period, Karen called me to update me on my vehicle & I also received text updates regarding where in the process they were in. This really put me at ease & gave me an idea that they were all right on track. I received my car a week later, right on the day they predicted it would be done. Hugo was the person working on my car & he did a BEAUTIFUL, tremendous job. I was in tears. He undid my rear busted bumper-- it looks like NEW! It's magical. I'm still in shock. As a woman, it's hard finding a place to trust but if ever I have any future body work that needs to be done to my vehicle, I will only be coming here. They are extremely trustworthy, communicative & reliable. read more

Took my car here as they were recommended by my insurance company. Winston went above and beyond to bring my car back to 100%. He worked directly with USAA to make sure we got the best parts and took extra care in making sure it worked perfectly. He also stayed in contact with me in email and calls to make sure I knew the status! So grateful for Winston and Caliber collision! read more

Very nice, quick and quality team. They did the repairs on my Lexus and wowed me with how perfect it looks. No car is the same after an accident but mine looked brand new!! read more

Juan and Caliber Collision (at 4068 S Four Mile Run) were fantastic! Juan took time to explain what repairs he anticipated prior to starting, kept me informed on the status/stages of repair the entire time and fixed my car to perfection! Especially thankful that this location is affiliated with my insurance company to streamline the repairs (scheduling my appointment took literally zero effort on my part, payments and communication with my insurance company were done without me having to interfere or facilitate at all). I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Juan for any repairs in the future! read more

Been here twice and got great service both times. Winston and the whole team went above and beyond to get things done well and on time. Car looks like new again. Would definitely choose them again. read more

I took my 2020 Atlas Crossport to this Caliber Collision to repair a badly dented right rear door and quarter panel. Service tech Juan Benitez greeted me, smiled, admired my ride, and said "we can make this as good as new"!Juan carefully inspected the damage and quickly estimated the work needed to get the job done right. I was surprised it would require removal of the entire rear bumper, the right rear glass vent, straightening the body panels, and repainting the clear coat from damaged area to the roofline forward. Whoa! When i received the estimate price i was pleased how affordable the repair would be even with all the needed work. I left the car there on a Wednesday morning and it was done Friday! When i picked the car up, it was sparkling clean, smelled great and looked showroom fresh! This was the best body shop i have ever had. I am 110% satisfied with the work done, and Juan was super friendly and a total car buff. I highly recommend this shop. They also worked well with my insurance company, and my car rental. I was able to just leave the rental car keys and go! read more

I was recommended here through my insurance company after a hit and run on my vehicle. My vehicle was worked on in a timely manner and was returned within the estimated date of completion. I received periodic updates regarding the status of my vehicle. Everyone one was super welcoming and helpful from the receptionist to the mechanics. I would definitely return and recommend use of this company! read more

Great experience i recommend to anybody in need of repairs in the northern va area!!!

Our Toyota RAV4 rearview mirror was destroyed in a hit and run that my family witnessed. We caught the offending tag and filed a third party claim with Progressive who allowed me to choose a repair shop. I chose Caliber Collision from my memory of having worked with them before. They did great work before and that proved true this time as well. I appreciate that they worked with Progressive to cover the costs of the repair. I also like that they updated me daily on the status of my repair. My questions were answered to my satisfaction and everyone I worked with was friendly and courteous with me. I am a fan of this repair shop! read more

I experienced a terrible hit and run accident and needed repairs done swiftly. The Caliber Collision staff really took care of this matter and worked to make sure I was back on the road in no time. The team was professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the service and my repairs look good as new. read more

I have nothing bad whatsoever to say about the quality of the work done to repair the paint damage to my car door. It was good. But, if you are counting on the estimate that you receive online to anywhere approximate what you will pay, think again. The online estimate I received (after submitting 6 legitimate pics and a detailed description of the issue) was $810.53. The ultimate price I was quoted (once I already had left my car with them) was $1,616.89. So, in short: think double when you are baited and switched by this shop. The explanation I was given was absurd: things like, do you want the paint to be "blended" (i.e., to match the paint color on the adjacent door)? Um, yes. Who wouldn't expect that, and how is that basic issue not considered in the original quote? So, in short, you're dealing with car people here, so pretend that you're going to buy a used car. And good luck. read more

Winston was very helpful from start to finish. I was apprehensive about the plan to repair vs replace our bumper; he assured me that this would be carefully assessed and I would be kept informed along the way. Not only was I routinely texted regarding decisions and progress, but the work was completed sooner than anticipated. And it looks terrific! Winston and the body shop team did a great job. I highly recommend this shop and would return if the (unfortunate) need arises.... Thanks! read more

Juan at Caliber Collision was a hero. I was adamant to understand how insurance and repairs worked, since I drove up alone, and this was the first time I'd ever requested repairs after an accident. I'd heard nightmare stories, but also had some misunderstandings about how a shop worked with insurance. Juan was unflinchingly respectful, knowledgeable, and as adamant as I was that I knew exactly what would happen with my car and payments. My car came back shining in perfect shape, and there were no surprises. I'm very happy with the work and the process, and definitely recommend this shop. read more

They did a great job fixing the right passenger side mirror on my Toyota Corolla. Krystle was great and took the time from her lunch to help me on the day I picked up my car. They even cleaned inside my car. Great location. I was able to take the Metro bus home on drop-off and on pick-up. read more

My parked car was hit and the driver's insurance - Geico - sent me to Caliber Collision for the repairs. I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did they do a terrific job in repairing the car (can't even tell the difference in paint color), the entire experience was as easy as could be. Every person I encountered, from the front desk to the shop technicians, were incredibly nice and helpful. They did the work efficiently and fast, in less than two days. Also nice to receive several texts which updated the progress of repairs. And a big bonus - car was washed and interior vacuumed and cleaned. It's also convenient that Caliber has not only a Geico rep/adjuster on site, but also an Enterprise rental agent. Disappointed my car was damaged, but this situation worked out better than I ever imagined. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Caliber Collision location. read more

They were very helpful and kept us informed about our car at all times. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Great service from start to finish. The repair was finished two days early and looks flawless! Here's the best part, I left an envelope with $500 under the driverseat by mistake when I dropped off the car. Obviously, I was concerned when I realized my mistake. When I arrived to pickup the car, the envelope was still sealed and tucked next to the driverseat which shows they obviously found the envelope but didn't take it! Aside from their perfect repair, they have integrity and honesty! Highly recommend. read more

I had an AMAZING experience with Caliber Collision. My Mini Cooper was hit in a parking garage and as a result had some damage to both the front and rear bumpers. I worked with my insurance company (Geico) and literally picked this place because it was the closest to my house and I'm glad I did. When I dropped the car off Maira in the main office was so pleasant and explained the entire process to me. Maira, David, and I went out to my car and I showed them exactly where the damage was. They explained what they thought would have to be done and were great at answering my questions. There was a mix up on the end of my insurance company and my rental car wasn't there when I dropped it off by they called Enterprise for me and my rental was there no more than ten minutes later. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and picked up on Monday morning. The work was flawless! I couldn't have been happier. When I got home I noticed a small scratch on the hatch of my car. I called up Maira and was honest with her as I wasn't sure if it was there before or not. She immediately asked me to bring it back in so they could take a look at it. Once I brought it back we went over the "before" pictures they take of the entire car and were able to see that it was in fact there before I brought the car in. However, they went ahead and buffed it out for me anyway just because I brought it back. Everyone who works here was pleasant and made sure I was happy with their product. I would definitely recommend this place. Their warranty is great, customer service is amazing, and their work is fast and high quality. While I hope I don't need it again this would be my first choice if anything happened to my car in the future. Thanks for getting my little mini back together for me! read more

We took our 2015 Subaru Outback in for repair on a door caused by another car door being opened into our door. This was an insurance claim. While the car was in their care our battery was drained...while they re-charged it, a week later the battery was dead again. The roof rack was not properly re-installed, and one of the electric windows was not working. A week later beginning a morning commute my wife walks back in the house "the battery is dead". I checked it and it was dead. I called my insurance provider to alert them and when I got to my office I called the body shop and was on the phone with "Winston". He told me over and over again how "he was not around to check my car before it was discharged" went to whine about batteries have expiration dates, and that "we are human and make mistakes" and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold for about 4-minutes until that call was disconnected. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I recommend this shop to water my plants, much less do any further body work on my car. read more

I cannot day enough AMAZING things about Caliber Collision! My car was hit by one of the contractors working on my house (THAT is another story and another review in due time!) and their insurance company (Geico) sent me to Caliber. From the moment I dropped my car off (30 min to drop, check in and get my rental) I received updates on the status of my car...and it only took them 2.5 days to get my car back. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL! read more

Winston was a lifesaver - quick turnaround, quality work, and above & beyond customer service. I was a lunchtime walk in and winston was so friendly, patient and helpful - fielding all my questions about my broken passenger rear view mirror. I had already purchased the aftermarket replacement part and I was searching for a shop willing to perform only the labor -- Several shops in DC MD VA turned me away because they didn't allow outside parts. I was at the dmv earlier today and figured it was worth at least stopping in to Caliber Collision repairs which is a quick walk down the road, and it must've been my lucky day because not only did Winston accept the job, but he also saved me over $150 to execute the repair (i was quoted $200 min for labor in DC shops). I could not have asked for a better experience all around. Highly recommend Caliber Collision Repairs Arlington Virginia Rx Seven Corners location - be sure to ask for Winston! read more
