I had dropped my son off at school and this is one of the first shops I found that had just opened, so it was perfect timing. They're located next to the corner gas station just off of Katella and Dale so it was easy to find. As soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted by Tim. He asked me what I needed and told him I needed some tires for my staggered set of wheels. He was surprised by what I needed after being surprised that o was going to slap some 19 inch wheels on a 05' Honda odyssey lol. But after hearing what I needed he got to thinking and was able to get me what I needed at a good price. Told him that I had plans on having it lowered as well and asked if they were able to do it which he confirmed they could and to come back when I was ready. I was in and out with my wheels and tires mounted and balanced all within less than 45 min. I got my lowering springs a couple days later and showed up to the shop right after they opened. Tim was there again to greet me and asked if I was ready to lower it and as soon as I said yes, they got to work. As they started on the car, they noticed one of my rear shocks leaking and recommending I get new ones. The price they quoted me on it was cheaper than I expected based off previous experiences and told them to go ahead and do it. They were able to lower the car and change out both rear shocks for a killer deal. Took them about 3 1/2 hours to finish. Both experiences went better than I could ever expect. I've been to other shops for tires and suspension needs and nowhere has been as fast, well priced, and done with quality work as much as Tim and his guys. My wife was just es impressed and agreed that this is going to be the place to go for any similar future needs on any of our vehicles. Tim and his guys are amazing and honest with great quality work! Don't waste your time looking at other shops when this is the only place you need to go to!

Very, very friendly people every single worker I met from the mechanics to the office. This is the only place I'll take my car from now on while in California. You can tell when people truly care and want to help and when people are just doing it for the a paycheck, these people truly truly care. How they helped me: * They knew the part I needed was expenses so they did the labor very affordable * I grabbed the wrong part multiple times and they still gave me a smile and said don't worry. When I finally did grab the correct part they were closed so they safely kept my car in the facility. No extra charge. * I needed a new tire but with strapped for cash so they gave me a bundle . * I've been here a few other times and if they don't have a service or part, they will gladly send me to a place that does even if they don't make a profit .

I reached out to several shops and couldn't get an estimate of the cost of a replacement. I called Hip at EV Tires and told him what was going on. He gave me a quote for replacing the alternator over the phone. I took my truck in, and he was able to replace the alternator that day. I was relieved he took care of it, but the next day I still saw the low air pressure tire light appear. To be safe I called America's Tires, since I have a warrantee with my tires and I can visit any location. This location in Garden Grove was able to accommodate a same day appointment after I got off work. When I took my car in, I met Tyler who also previously spoke with me on the phone. He checked all of my tires and confirmed that all of my tires had the correct air pressure. Apparently my new car needed me to reset and recalibrate the sensors... which was not an issue with my older car. *Sigh* These smarter cars are so silly... I would expect the light to go away as soon as the issue is resolved but apparently that's not the case. I really appreciate Tyler's swift and helpful diagnosis. He was super helpful with my whole experience and was able to restore my peace of mind.
