Everything Sergio said for the timeline from start to finish was spot on. His employees were respectful and cleaned up each day. The patio we had built is huge 40x40 and it looks stunning. Love that we could do black accent to match our house which some companies didn't offer. Love it so much we have decided to have him build another one on the other side of our yard.

Terrible service and disappointing workmanship! It took me over a year to write this review because…read moreI wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them time to make things right. Unfortunately, the same issues continue. Every time it rains, our patio leaks. They schedule appointments and don't show up, leaving me to constantly contact them for follow-ups. When they do show up, they often arrive unprepared and without the proper tools, even asking me if I have them! Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, they keep adding more sealant as a temporary fix. When I suggest more sustainable, long-term solutions, my ideas are dismissed rather than properly addressed. Now water is leaking through our ceiling fan and light fixtures, and neither works anymore. The patio's poor angle and lack of proper drainage also make our outdoor space practically unusable when it rains. This was not a cheap investment, and I expected quality workmanship, accountability, and a company that stands behind its work. Instead, I've dealt with missed appointments, quick fixes, and a lack of genuine concern about whether the job was done correctly. After more than a year, the main issue remains unresolved, and the situation has gotten worse. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I ended up with the backyard of my dreams thanks to Ryan and his great crews. My project was very challenging in that it was an old, very large brick patio that had to be completely demolished along with several layers of old concrete and then transformed into three new modern tile patios along with building a large privacy wall. My backyard project was started and completed last summer under the most severe heat conditions. Consistent with other reviews, Ryan is very knowledgeable, honest and fair, easy to work with and always tried to find ways to accommodate while maintaining project integrity. He and his team are first class, reliable and wanted to do everything perfectly. Ryan always went the extra mile and the project was completed in a timely manner despite a hiccup on my end with my tile order. In addition, Ryan took the time to personally build my great barbecue surround. So, like other reviewers, I highly recommend Ryan and Precision Patios for your outdoor project to create a beautiful new space.
