I highly recommend Juan and his team! I had an amazing experience with the team that installed my countertop and backsplash. I chose the stone myself, and they picked it up from the supplier and help me measure the sink. They have a special truck to transport these heavy slabs, which made everything so easy. The countertop installation was completed in one day. Then, on Wednesday, the tile professional came for the backsplash and finished by Friday. The craftsmanship was excellent; neat, detailed, ano truly professional. I'm real happy with both jobs and would highly recommend them! read more

I contacted Mr. Orozco for plumbing service specifically with removing and installing four bathroom faucets, fix a leaking bathtub faucet, and replace the spicket in my rear yard. His team member that responded was clean, professional, answered all my questions, and explained what needed to be done. The price that I was charged was very reasonable and cheaper than other quotes I obtained. By the end of the service, all the faucets look great, work perfectly, and the work area was left clean. I will also be utilizing his team for future projects to include new kitchen countertops and recess lighting. Great Job read more

I cannot recommend Juan and his team more highly. From the first time we spoke, the communication was timely, honest, and open. The price was in line with other quotes we had gotten, however his attention to detail was far superior. He walked us carefully through every step of the design process and made sure we knew the timeline and how remodeling the kitchen might affect our day to day. However, it was much cleaner and smoother than we expected. His team was punctual and worked tremendously hard to care for our home, cleaning up spotlessly after themselves daily. It was clear that Juan wanted to execute our vision exactly and he did everything necessary to do just that. We have exactly the kitchen we hoped for. This company gets our highest endorsement read more

The team at Simplified Home was excellent and will definitely use them again if an opportunity arises. I came across Mr John Ochoa on FB marketplace, he was very responsive to all my initial inquiries. When it came to quotes and estimates, his team was punctual and professional during the process. I used this company for my counters. The counters turned out okay, some chips and some missing caulking...but then I used Daniel (Juan's cousin) for "extras." Hook back up my sinks and to install a 6" ceramic tile back splash. He said it would be installed the next day and it was an easy job for him-he just needed me to get the tile. So I made my son take off work to get the tile the next day, drive 2 hours away from my house to the warehouse-just for Daniel to tell him he can't install it when he came to my house. He arrived 4 different times with various excuses. He even changed the price since he said the price was for a 2" border. Who puts a 2" tile border around their bathroom sink when the stock counter backsplash is 6". So I agreed to pay him more-even though I know he was scamming me. I paid over 1k alone to him to hook up 2 small bathrooms, a master bedroom and a kitchen sink back up, but not after he made me buy all the parts-and him complaining on how much work it was. It was always something. One time he showed up and was just in my driveway on the phone the whole time (once again had my son take off work for nothing). I would have to keep bugging him to come out, I'd take off work-just to him to have him come up with some excuse. My favorite was when he said he couldn't do a spacers for a grout line all of a sudden. Now this is 2 weeks after they should have been done, once again I took off work to be home. He also all of a sudden said he didnt realize I was going to have ceramic pencil liners on the tile (I had the tile for weeks (he has looked at it and told me to get those liners-I sent pictures to make sure I got what he wanted). He just doesn't want to work. The best was getting him refund me for my money. It was me bugging him and him telling me that my number couldn't be Zelled...but it's the same way I paid him. I wasted a lot of time and money missing work for this unreliable company. I was going to use them for my floors, but after I saw how hard it was to get him to do my backsplash and counters...I'm going with someone else. read more

We highly recommend Juan with Simplified Home Remodeling. We were recommended by a friend to give Juan a call after he remodeled her kitchen. Juan came out and gave us an estimate and we hired him on the spot. His crew did an excellent job ,I mean perfection! His prices were very fair to. The job took about 3 1/2 days and we are very happy. Summers have been brutally hot in our garage and can get up to 130 Degrees. This will help bring the temp down. He also did some electrical in the house and hung a TV. They did a very clean job. We will be hiring Juan again to do more home improvements and I will defiantly use Juan for my new kitchen .
