We highly recommend Concrete By Design!…read more I had to write a follow up review to acknowledge a great warrant and amazing service. Last September (2025), Concrete By Design installed the flooring in our courtyard, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Recently, a small portion of the surface separated from the concrete underneath. I reached out to the owner, Joe, and without hesitation he assured me that his team would come out and take care of it. True to his word, a crew arrived promptly and within a few visits the team completed the repair today. The finished result looks just as beautiful as it did the day it was originally installed. In today's world, finding a company that truly stands behind its work can be rare. Concrete By Design exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction long after the job is completed speaks volumes about the quality of their company. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional workmanship and honors their promises, Concrete By Design is the best. The team provided the advice & expertise for novices like us. You guys were a wonderful team to work with super professional. You guys are a DREAM to work with. Thank you! Any potential customers considering taking the leap and working with Valley Patios -- you won't regret it! They are simply the best!!

She wanted it finished when she moved in March which ended up to be a fabulous idea. They have a Beautiful design center if you would like to be a part of the process. If not, they are capable of planning your project. My sister lived out of town so I worked with Graham and Gregory for many days just in the planning stage because my sister has a very large lot somewhat pie shaped and hard to figure out. She did not want a pool just two separate water features. Gregory was very patient with the plans and plant selection. We even met him at their nursery to pick out all the trees and plants! And Graham is such a nice man , extremely knowledgeable, and he tries very hard to please and always comes through on his word. My sister and I are thrilled with her yard and customer service from every last person who worked on her project at Teserra . Because I was driving, I was unable to get a picture of the truck, but it did not have a cover on its load. I called them immediately when I got home. let them know where and the time, and when they got back to me, they mentioned they had two trucks at that time on 111. One had low trailer, one had a high trailer. I told them it was the one with the high trailer and again mentioned there was nothing covering the load on the trailer . They did call me back and gave me the name of their insurance company, it took me nearly a week to reach the insurance company, and when I did, the insurance company said they would not cover it. because it was only my word and there were no witnesses. I was quite offended with that response. Considering they were able to check the GPS and there was two trucks in that area at the time, I would think they would take responsibility, especially because the load was not covered. I was not making up a story, and considering I was driving, I was not going to try taking a picture, which is unsafe while driving. I don't recall the name of the insurance company. but I would've thought they would use someone who is a little more decent. I don't want to claim it on my insurance because of my deductible, and I really don't think it's fair that I have to pay nearly $800 to replace my windshield because of the irresponsibility of one of their drivers not covering his load. I would think they would have taken responsibility. Very, very disappointed!
