I get a full body wax. It takes about 90 minutes, which is very quick. I always book with Divina. She is very thorough, quick, and professional. During the service, we talk, laugh, and joke. It makes the time go by quicker, and you're not focused on the waxing itself. She also plays great music. Does it hurt? Well, it's waxing, duh! But it's not that painful at all. I was able to get in the same day, and even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, I was seen right away after filling out the forms. I was initially impressed with the location. It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone.
