I stopped in during a slower time of day and was greeted right away with a smile by the owner, who is the sweetest young lady you'll meet. I came in just to try a slice, but before I could even order, she was offering me fresh garlic bread w/sauce to snack on while I waited, to the point where "No" just wasn't an answer. That's when I knew this place was the real deal, Italian food made by Italians. The ingredients are obviously fresh. The spaghetti was cooked al-dente, the sauce was perfectly sweet, tangy, and spiced. I don't usually like meatballs, but here, the (beef) meatballs simply melt in your mouth. For the pizza, the cheese was milky, not too much grease (still some, sign of fresh cheese), and the dough was cooked to perfection, with a satisfying crunch in the crust. I came back today for the X-Large pizza, and the quality was consistent. Hospitality like that is a STRONG sign that the food is going to be true to its roots, the kind of food made with recipes passed over generations, so of course I skipped the slice and ordered a 10" mini pizza. When I had finished my bread, and my food was ready, somehow I ended up walking out with a free order of spaghetti and even more garlic bread. I came in for one slice and left with lunch and dinner handled for the day, but what was most memorable was the warm feeling in my heart. A true gem.

Thin Crust spicy tomato sauce pizza with pepperoni instead of sausage - this wasu favorite! 10/10 It was hard to stop eating! Gorgonzola & Pear Pizza (with pepperoni added on) - what a lovely combo! I wasn't a fan of the pear itself but everything else went so beautifully well together. The pepperoni recipe was a great add on! Roasted Garlic with Goat Cheese appetizer - husband really liked this! Goat cheese was creamy and the combo was nice. My favorite part of these was the caramelized onions. Lovely! Fresh Soft garlic rolls were lovely! Warm and fluffy. Friends got the vegetable pizza and it was loaded with veggies! They said it was really good. They also liked the Broccoli with Penne Pasta and seemed to enjoy it. Good amount of broccoli in there which was nice. Tiramisu - husband loved this! It was just what he wanted to end his meal. I'm usually a fan of the creams so this one had too much of the sponge ladyfingers for me. But overall the flavor was quite nice. Definitely would recommend this place especially for the pizza.

There was plenty of parking, and the restaurant is spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated right away, and the service was friendly throughout our visit. They brought out complimentary garlic knots served hot, and they were so good we even asked for seconds. I also thought the lunch special was a great value for under $17. You can choose a salad and pasta or a salad and a 6 inch personal pizza. I ordered the Best Salad, which was delicious, and paired it with the goat cheese pizza. The toppings were good, but there wasn't any sauce on the pizza, so it ended up being a little dry for my taste. I'd probably try a different pizza next time. They also had a great playlist playing, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a really nice lunch spot, and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

We also ordered the gluten-free focaccia because my sister is gluten intolerant, and it was seriously good. I could barely believe it was gluten-free. It came with olive oil and balsamic for dipping--the olive oil was perfectly good, though nothing especially memorable. The bread was the star. I got the Sofia pizza with ham, artichokes, and mushrooms, and loved it. After trying plenty of pizza on a recent trip to Europe, this was one of the closest experiences I've had in the U.S. to that style. The toppings tasted fresh, and the pizza was delicious. The very center was thin and a little floppy, so picking up slices was tricky, but a knife and fork solved that easily. The servers were attentive and kept our water bottle refilled, which we really appreciated during the October heat wave. Going early, around 5:30, also meant it wasn't too busy yet. One practical heads-up: parking took us about 6-10 minutes of circling, partly because we wanted a close spot for my older mom. By the time we left around 7, the area was getting packed, so I'd allow extra time if you're coming during the dinner rush. Overall, excellent food, great gluten-free options, and thoughtful service. Five stars--I'd happily come back.
