Jasmine, Aaliyah, Chantal, and Latoya were all incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. I now have a few new favorite spots in the South Bay thanks to them. Their knowledge of the area and where to eat is truly invaluable and made the trip even better. The valet also deserves a shout out. On the day I left, they went completely above and beyond. They actually came up to my room to grab my bags, and when I walked downstairs expecting to hand over my ticket, my car was already pulled up and waiting for me. My bags were already loaded into the car. It was such an over the top level of service and the perfect way to end the stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and having the ocean right outside your window is incredible. Stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the beach and water directly in front of you is such a special experience. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night and waking up to the ocean in the morning made the stay feel truly special. I also loved that they provide beach chairs and towels for guests, which makes enjoying the beach completely effortless. The kitchenette in the room was such a great touch as well. It made it easy to put together a little charcuterie spread and enjoy it out on the balcony while taking in the ocean view. And the bath was absolutely amazing..the perfect way to relax after a day by the beach. Yes, this is a pricier hotel, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Between the location, the views, the comfort of the rooms, and the exceptional staff, it delivers an experience that truly stands out. Per the photos that were uploaded by the company, the shower was modern, the bed was modern, and the actual unit looked clean and welcoming. The actual site was completely different. Inside the room, everything looked like it was falling apart, the windows did crank open, but they were a hassle to open and close. The bed itself was very firm and had some mystery stains on both the bedding and the pillowcases. The bed frame was broken or was about to become broken. It made a god awful noise everytime I moved on it. The shower itself was small, but the water flow was strong, the only real issue was that it made this horrid, high pitched, screeching noise everytime it was turned on and lasted for as long as the shower was turned on. For the price I was paying, not including the pet fee and the refundable security deposit, I expected to get the room that I had seen in the photos and not a memory of the room that was presented on the website. At the end of it all, it's right across from the beach, everything is within walking distance and in the end, if I'm in Venice, I just want to have a place to sleep thats right on the beach. (also the lobby is weirdly warm. Like I don't know how the front desk workers handle it. They deserve a AC or at least a fan to keep them cool)

I called him to ask him to please refund since he was not honest about the situation and he told me to stay on site a night and we'd deal with it the next day, to which I said no. He then wrote a very nasty and misleading review on Airbnb about my stay even though I was only onsite 15 mins. AVOID! These are scammers only interested in making money, not honoring the guest. V mentioned that the scent of cleaning products was too strong, but we explained that we prioritize sanitization between each guest to ensure a safe and clean environment. This has never been an issue for previous guests. Additionally, she mentioned construction next door. We personally checked the property earlier in the day, and there was no active construction at the time. While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. Despite our best efforts to accommodate V and address her concerns, she continued to insist on a full refund and threatened a bad review. We ultimately had to reach out to Airbnb for assistance due to the ongoing threats. We always strive to provide a positive experience for our guests and are sorry that this stay did not meet her expectations.
