They keep on saying they've been in business for 15 years, should've retired 15 years ago. Incapable property managers. Basically managed by husband and wife who can't manage sh*t and constantly call the landlord for the most basic stuff. Mark is not here mentally and forgets to execute basic tasks and Will is rude and obnoxious. You can't have a conversation with this women. They're a small team but still can't communicate with one another. Took them months to fix the most minor thing. They charge you the price but the quality and service is terrible. They have a glitzy, glamorous website that draws you in, with their "exclusive leases," but before booking anything with this company, do your due diligence. They didn't get back to me for four days, four days!! This is supposed to be a business. Most businesses I know, don't operate that way. Ultimately they. said the place was available for a premium price, but didn't answer any of the questions that I had asked. I told them I booked another place because it took them, four days to get back to me. They blamed it on their "assistant." When they gave this response, I said, " Fire your assistant. Then fire yourself because you are in charge of your assistant." Again blaming your assistant is something that most businesses do not do. In the meantime, I was contacted by a real estate agent who told me that the place I was interested in was for sale. I told him I was interested in renting. He said he knew nothing about the place being for rent. He said, "Be careful!!" read more

Would give zero stars if an option. Don't just read my review but the many before me! Coastal Vacation Estates is totally unprofessional and somewhat unhinged. One day, Willi ( the owner) called me screaming obscenities at me on the phone. It was a vicious, ugly display given I was only asking when things would be fixed. They made 2 move in inspection dates, didn't show up to either. Today was move out inspection and 3 of us waited for half hour until the text came in from them.... " not going to make it. " We sent our rent on time for an entire year yet were repeatedly harassed that we hadn't. Every month we had to show them that they in fact had the rent money. Willie is a wicked, nasty, classless human being. Stay away. If you are renters, know your rights as she is a sneaky person. If you are looking to hire them as property managers, go elsewhere. I would be very wary dealing with these people. Our rental home had a rain leak twice during our stay, and they never came to fix it, claiming that it was too rainy for the repairman to get on the roof. Our ice maker never worked properly and the water heater broke down several times forcing us to take luke warm showers. Not once did they ever come to clean and trim the bushes outside the property. The icing on the cake came at the end of our disastrous 6 month rental, when Wili Baronet and her husband Mark Israel withheld half our security deposit (~$5k) claiming damage to their home attributed to my children dirtying up their walls and furniture. I never knew washing walls could cost thousands of dollars but apparently they claim so! I could go on and on about this charge and that but in the end I realized that these kinds of people are to be avoided at all costs! Beware! read more

This business is very unprofessional. I have left numerous messages for Mrs. Baronet to return my calls over a property she has listed for rent. She never returned any of my calls or email messages. I found out that I am not the only one she has done this to! I ended up using someone else. However, I am afraid that Mrs. Baronet finds this as a victory and does not care about potential customers. Like Sara said, this "business" is the most unprofessional "company" that I have ever dealt with. They have monopolies with contractors, keep terrible financial records, and write their contracts in such a way that it is difficult to procure rent money, even after our tenants have left. Wili Baronet is untrustworthy and unprofessional, never answers my calls. read more
