We researched local SD County roofers (from where we're at now - over 1500 miles away) and discovered Roof Masters. Chris L., our Project Manager inspected the roof and provided a VERY thorough analysis, complete with pictures and video. He then developed an estimate with several options. We opted for the 40 year workmanship warranty, and learned that the GAF shingles manufacture's warranty is good for 50 years. Roof Masters communication's and presentation was impressive and detailed. We were informed of what materials and methods would be involved in the process of reroofing our house, and kept advised of changes and milestones before, during and after the 4 day job. Brianna our case administrator made the electronic document, invoice and payment transactions simple, fast and efficient. Looking at the galleries of before and after photos, we are pleased and thankful for the complete roof work accomplished by Chris L. and his Foreman Mr. Santos. Our son was in the area and confirmed it was well executed.

The Roof Masters made the entire process easy and stress-free from start to finish. The crew did an incredible job and completed the roof replacement in about three days. They arrived promptly at 7am each day and worked until around 5pm. I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up at the end of each day, making sure the area was left free of debris and nails. I also want to give a special thank you to the project manager, Rigo. From the very first day he came out to provide the estimate, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He was extremely patient while I took the time to make such a big decision (I got 4 different estimates) and was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Overall, I had a great experience with The Roof Masters and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking team for their roof replacement!

My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

The five stars is spot on and this company is one that I recommend if you are interested in getting your roof serviced with professionalism and with great skill. I called upon Roofing Specialists (Robert), to address what appeared to be a noticeable drip down the side of my home just below the eave. It appeared to be something small and wanted to confirm this, so I turned to the pros to check this out. What appeared to be small was actually a bigger problem that was only discovered by Robert after a close examination. Cracked roof tiles allowed rainwater to drip underneath and damaged some of the wood. This, along with flashing around the chimney caused intrusions that needed repair. Everything identified was backed by actual photographs showing what was needed. After receiving the quote, work was scheduled shortly thereafter and his team arrived on time which was completed in half of a day. Throughout the repair, I receive photographs showing the problems, the work that was underway during and after it was completed. They were conscious of leaving the yard around the work area cleaned from any debris and upon completion, you could not detect anyone performed work on the roof. This company is top notch and I recommend anyone seeking their services to retain them for issues, large or small. No high-pressure efforts to do more than is needed, but will give you a good assessment of things to consider to avoid issues in the future. They are the real deal!
