The crew arrived on time every day, kept the worksite clean (they did a full cleanup at the end of each day), and treated my property with respect throughout the project. The quality of the installation itself was top-notch--exactly what you want when you're investing in something as critical as your roof. A special callout to Dylon, the project manager. His communication was exceptional--clear, proactive, and consistent. He stayed directly involved throughout the job, which made a big difference in ensuring everything went smoothly. It's rare to see that level of hands-on management. They also handled the solar panel dismount and reinstall flawlessly, which is not a trivial task. Even though I'm now upgrading my system due to the NEM 3.0 transition, their work made that process seamless. Post-installation support has been just as impressive. They've continued to be responsive and helpful, especially coordinating around my new solar project--something many companies tend to disappear on after the job is done. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. And as a bonus--no nonsense on the job site. Unlike some other crews I've seen in the neighborhood, these guys were professional the entire time. Bottom line: excellent workmanship, strong communication, fair pricing, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

We've had many water leaks over the years, the roofing company that did it 10 years ago did not do a number of things correctly and are now out of business so we really wanted to get it right this time. I've had several roofers do work for us in the past and they all talk a good game initially but are generally okay to sketchy at best when it comes to getting the work done. Christian Roofing sets a new standard of Excellence in my opinion. From Johnny the estimator who is super friendly, professional and so knowledgeable he helped guide us into the proper roof that will not leak even if there's some ponding. The front office was spot on with Billing incrementally at the correct times and always there for any questions. Finally the crew including Juan Valdez, Alfonso, and their team were as professional and courteous as they come. They showed up every day at exactly the time scheduled and worked through extreme heat and humidity always keeping a positive can do attitude. They offered to cover things inside the house as needed and at the end of every day I received an email explaining exactly what they did that day with before and after pictures. Who does this? They even put a porta potty by the house so they didn't need to use our restrooms and the crew could remain on site for their lunches again next level. There was also some complex coordination with the patio company that would be building a patio and attaching to the edge of the new roof and they handled it flawlessly. I also threw a few curve balls at them during the project including having an old solar tube replaced and some damaged flashing outside of the work area repaired and again the response was no problem, the change order was written and it was done. I rarely write reviews but their service was so exceptional I had to do so here. If you want the best go with Christian roofing and you won't be sorry.

While he was here, he noticed some pretty serious code violations with a recently installed water heater as well as issues with the electrical panel, things I never would have caught on my own. It's so rare these days to find a contractor who genuinely cares and doesn't just cut corners or do the bare minimum. What impressed me most is that he took the time to send me a very detailed punch list of things that needed attention around the house, purely out of concern for our safety. He had absolutely nothing to gain from doing that. Honestly, it restored my faith that there ARE still honest contractors out there. Because of his generosity and attention to detail, he may very well have helped us avoid some serious safety issues down the line. I was even able to call back the plumber who installed the water heater and will have them come fix the violations free of charge.
