They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. On my most recent visit, I ordered the classic breakfast bagel and asked if I could pay for extra bacon and have it cooked a little crispier. I was told no because the entire sandwich is toasted together. I was a little surprised there wasn't an effort to find another solution, like crisping the bacon separately before adding it to the sandwich. It seemed like a small request that could have made a big difference in the overall customer experience. I really want this place to succeed because it's such a great addition to the neighborhood, and I'll probably continue to stop by because it's so convenient. I just hope they can improve the customer service and make guests feel a little more valued.
