I asked about their hours and Cooper said they were closed Saturdays but that he'd be happy to open up the shop just for us. We arranged a time and met at the lot. Cooper went over all of my questions, let me test drive the tractor we were interested then took the time (again on a Saturday) to walk us through the whole yard explaining what each implement did and the differences between models. This wasn't a rushed Saturday appointment. He gad a genuine desire to help us out and we took all the time we needed. At the end of the visit we ended up getting a new MX6000 tractor with implements. We get charged, of course, and then we have to haul it all the way back over the Grade because 'this time' they are going to 'really fix it' . . . for another bill of several hundred dollars. This has now cost us thousands of dollars. Today was the last straw. First, he could not find our paperwork on his desk and he could not find our information in his 'program'. After standing around for 15 minutes while he fumbled through his pile of disorder, an employee in the back located us on the computer. As we forked over ANOTHER $355, I asked what our recourse was if the boat was still not fixed. He said we'd have to bring it back so he could take it on the lake to check it out. Not "it's finally fixed", mind you, because he finally admitted he doesn't even know what is wrong with it! At this point, I think this 'Doc' needs to be sued for 'malpractice'. He is a charlatan and a conjurer. We didn't know this because there was no Yelp review before ours but now that we know of his reviews on Yahoo, we are *not* surprised. I arrived and was told it had come in late the night before and hadn't been serviced. When they finally brought around it was spitting hydraulic fluid. She went inside and came back and told me there was good news and bad news. Bad news it was out of service good news was they thought they could fix it in a couple hours. No apology, no offer to add a day or discount. When I asked about a discount she said it was against policy. When I asked for the owner she said she was the owner. If I want to get quoted policy I will go to a big box store, I expect better customer service from a mom and pop store. I left and rented a unit from another source at a cheaper day rate. Shop around and you will find a better rate for more well maintained equipment.

They were really friendly, and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing the answer. They also followed up on things they said they would (financing research, product research, etc). Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars because they have a pretty minimal inventory. In the end, I decided to buy a Kubota, but refused to give C&N my business, so I bought it out of town (which thanks to Kubota corporate policy was a major PITA, because they want to force you to buy locally -- which is how our sub par dealers still survive).
