The tube that feeds the furnace wasn't installed all the way down resulting in the furnace losing fuel despite a quarter of a tank of oil left. I had my AC inspected and serviced last week and now it doesn't work at all. Absolutely NO pride in there work. The head of service will not call me despite 4 requests. I'll be filing a claim with the BBB. Avoid at all costs.

He asked if anyone would be at the house if I weren't there. I said yes. He then said, rather rudely, "Are they gonna be able to pay me?" What did it matter? I would be there when he gave me a call that he was on his way. He eventually called me when he was only a block away from my house, which left me little time to get there to meet him myself. He was let in the house, and I was on my way home (a 6-minute drive) when my roommate called to say Mr. Flynn had already left. Really?! He knew I left work to meet him! They said he looked at the issue for a few seconds, and he said he couldn't fix it because it's an in-depth job and he is going on vacation. Everyone deserves a vacation, but he never offered to contact me when he got back from vacation to do the work. He never even called me back to tell me any of this personally, or to apologize for making me drive home and then leaving on me. He also never offered me a referral, knowing the leak was a problem that needed to be addressed quickly since it's the only bathroom in the house! Horrible customer service and a rude person. I'm actually very relieved he was too busy with his vacation to take on the job!

They have short 2 hour windows for appointments which is great that I didn't have a 4+ hour window of time I needed to wait for them to come. The gentlemen, Mike and Andre, that cleaned a clogged pipe we had with a giant snake, were really pleasant, kept everything clean and kept me informed about what their doing and what their recommendations were. Once they finished the work, I had another gentlemen come, Justin, who was an inspector and checked that the pipes we have are still good and there aren't any additional issues I should worry about. He too was really kind and allowed me to view exactly what he was seeing and walked me through the process. It was also nice that none of them tried to upsell me on additonal services or add ons. This inspector service was recommended to me and was free of charge. The snake drain cleaning was their most basic service for what I needed and was $700. I didn't do much shopping around so I don't know how their rate compares to others. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and would recommend it especially if you have urgent plumbing needs.

Delay after delay from him, mentioning he had to go to court for something (TMI TBH), and he FINALLY showed up 3 weeks AFTER initial visit. From the start Michael seems distracted like his mind was elsewhere. He was mumbling to himself (I thought he was on his cell) talking about his son or something. He brought the wrong valve, then he cut into a hot water pipe that wasn't even part of the project ! He started the bathroom, then said all this was taking too long and he had to go. He asked for payment for the work so far, which (im now sorry I did), finished the day, and NEVER came back to finish. Look elsewhere folks, this guy has got something going on in his life that isnt work. The picture is of the bathroom he started and didnt finish.
