Okay so in short: Millie is amazing…read more I've had my lashes done by a few different lash artists and one even ruined my lashes a year ago so I put off eyelash extensions for a while (over a year). I did a lot of research and Millie had great reviews (for good reason) and I'm so glad I decided to go to her! Walking into Allure, it's very comfortable and relaxing. Her entire set up is clean and cute! My first time visiting - I had no idea how lash sizes or curl works (no one ever really told me) but she explained it to me and told me what would compliment my eye shape. I let her do her thing and the results were amazing! I got a hybrid set and I go back every two or three weeks for a hybrid fill. I am more than satisfied every time! She also tells you how to take good care of them which I really appreciate. Millie is incredibly talented and a very sweet woman. You can tell she takes pride in her work and consistently strives to be better. She is also very gentle and thorough. I don't trust anyone else near my eyes. I have been going to her for a bit now and I will not go to anyone else! If you're looking to get your lashes done, definitely go to Millie! Edit: I should've added that I have very short eyelashes and she handles them so well. The hybrid is a mix between classic and volume because I can't have anything too dramatic for the office. It's perfect. Thanks Millie!

I went and got bayalage and my 1st calligraphy cut with Alex and loved it! Alex really listened to the color I wanted (unlike previous hair stylists) and finally gave me the bayalage I'd been looking for for years! I'll also never cut a regular cut after a calligraphy again! My hair is very thick so calligraphy thins it out, keeps it soft, and finally gives my hair shape. I've seen Alex twice now for color and cut and will keep going back! She is fantastic. I'm also excited to try out getting my makeup done there next week as part of their Valentine's Day special. NV the Salon is so close to home (Medford), close to the city yet don't need to deal with the hassle of parking. It is an incredibly professional salon and I can tell that owner Erica puts a lot of hard work in and ensures to check in with everyone even if she isn't styling them. I highly highly recommend!!!

And let me tell you, if money were no object, I'd be here every 4 weeks like clockwork. For just a little extra than the basic hydra facial, you get a complimentary LED AND dermaolaning (which if you added these separately would be a lot more). So far I have had two with her and definitely plan on coming back. I have also had nail services with Ava, structure gel mani, Dazzle Dry manis and spa pedicures. She is absolutely fantastic, super easy to talk to, very detail oriented and when I was apprehensive to speak up about something (which I did and it totally wasn't a big deal) she reiterated to me that if I had questions about anything, not to be worried about saying something because she wants me to leave happy. And boy , do I leave happy! The owner is also very nice and super knowledgeable and in the future, I definitely want to look into possibly getting IPL photo facial for my rosacea. They also offer brow services, lash services and other kind of skin treatments. I plan on trying those also. I know this was long but I can't say enough good things about this place!

The next morning her eyes were almost swollen shut and she wasn't able to come on the trip. She emailed the owner with pictures with no response until she posted a review. It's been 4 days and she can't get them off (we've tried coconut oil, steam, etc.) and she still has to pry her eyes open every morning. The second picture was today, 4 days later. Update: They won't refund her money citing that they should have been given time to rectify the situation (while also saying they don't check emails on the weekends...?) and that my Mom is at fault for trying to remove them herself. As a business owner myself I can understand policies and honestly even mistakes but her attitude towards my Mom is just bad business practice.

I have tried a couple different people throughout the years but I always come back to Bebe. She knows what she is doing and it shows. I've also had ombré powder brows done by her and they're perfect! She is professional and makes every client feel so comfortable and beautiful. She always responds to any questions I have and replies back in a timely manner during her normal business hours. And her salon is also so gorgeous! If you're thinking about any her services, book with her! Her employee Nina also does an amazing job! I've followed her throughout her journey with her trainings with Bebe and I'm so impressed on how fast she developed her skills from classic to volume lashes. If you're looking for a more friendly price, Nina is the way to go! I've seen the recent reviews of complaints about "glue making their eyes shut" and I can say that's never been an issue for me... I don't know how that's even possible if the client was able to leave the salon with their eyes open. If anything it sounds like an allergic reaction, which as a healthcare professional, I know can be a delayed reaction even if the client has had no issues before and salons use different glues. As a first time client, you sign a waiver acknowledging this and if there's any reaction you should get it professionally removed as stated in the contract. Also, I've never had any issues with retention! As someone who cleans/brushes their lashes daily as instructed, I can say if you take care of your lashes it will last.
