A coffee place that had iced cold brew to satiate our taste buds. My friend and I came after climbing many building stairs apartment hunting. And our bloodstreams were screaming for some caffeine. This is a very artistic and homely coffee shop. Cute lounge couches and outdoor benches to enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee. Granted it is a very cramped space (at most can only fit 6 groups), even the tables of twos. For the coffee, they put a personal spin on your drinks which I loved. My cold brew was very frothy and strong, the same with my friend's cappuccino. Most of the artworks was eye appeal to us and a nice treat to look at while waiting for our orders.

Excellent. Came for the name, stayed for the euro charm in park slope. "I'll be back" -The Terminator

The absolute best local coffee joint in Park Slope! Delicious coffee, friendly staff, decent prices. Tiny little space inside but has outdoor seating. Gorgeous decor inside, it's like being transported over to Paris.

I just moved to New York about a month ago. And it has been a challenge for me to find a good cup of coffee. I admit I was spoiled in Seattle and I am not referring to Starbucks but Vivace and Caffe Vita. It was wonderful bumping into this delightful coffee shop. It maybe be small but it's cozy and reminded me of Europe. And when my latte came up to the counter I was in caffeine heaven! That first sip made my day! Thank you!! Absolutely delicious! And I even met a cute little girl and her modern grandmother from Germany. We had a lovely conversation in German. I will definitely be returning to this lovely cafe!

Please never close! And keep making the perfect cortado, the perfect iced cappuccino, the best, brisk service. Always worth stopping in.

You must have the Brussels sprouts!! I'd go back for those in a minute! I very much enjoyed my salmon dish. Lovely presentation and preparation but portion a bit small. However, the Brussels sprouts were so generous portion that even after sharing there was "take home" for us. The chocolate mousse was extraordinary! I don't even want to know the calorie count - but worth it!! My one negative was the chill of the Cabernet Yes, I know that's the trend but personally I prefer room temp especially in cold weather The restaurant owner was gracious, staff actually charming and accommodating We are recommending this place to family and friends and plan to return especially when going to BAM ENJOY!!

Walked in and was able to get a seat without reservation, but it definitely filled up by 6/7 pm. The place is dimly lit and the tables are quite small. For the food, we got their Brussel sprouts, shrimp, salmon entree and chicken entree. Our favorite were definitely the shrimp. But everything else when eaten together tasted a bit too greasy and felt monotonous in terms of flavor. Brussel sprouts were fried and held to a decent amount of oil, then the addition of tahini made it even more oily. Pan chicken we expected whole pieces of chicken but it was more like a thin chicken cutlet. The salmon came with a cauliflower puree which tasted so rich (with butter), but I couldn't finish it bc it was so rich.

People have left some odd reviews of this place, including a one-star review for the restaurant…read moreapparently being highly politicized--a vibe I neither felt nor could visually identify within or without the establishment. I ordered a single burger and a Sudan spiced peanut butter latte, for ~$15! That's pretty inexpensive for New York City. I note this as some consider it overpriced. I suppose the food is fairly inexpensive, the lattes slightly higher than average. The "burger" comes wrapped in a homemade pita with diced cucumber, onion, and tomato, plus a few crispy, thick-cut fries and a yummy house sauce. It was a cool twist of the traditional burger and had a nice flavor. The sauce was like a slightly Mediterranean version of Big Mac sauce. The girl working as the barista and cashier was very nice and friendly. She had a nice presence and warm smile, made suggestions, and even gave a stranger free utensils when they popped on to ask. I think it's definitely worth checking out, and it's a good place for a cheap & simple meal that's still quirky and fun.

Perhaps I should have anticipated that, or my mistake in ordering. I also ordered a Moroccan egg salad sandwich which was substantive but surprisingly bland--sparse with the advertised capers and pickled red onions to give it more punch. I've always loved the look of the spot and the vibe--funky decor, outside and indoor facing counters to order, with some outdoor seating for people watching on Dekalb or heading nearby Ft. Greene Park. I see they are renovating and rebranding a bit and adding some burger component. While I didn't love it, I'd definitely give it another shot.
