I've had a few visits here with a generally good coffee and a couple tasty treats. The custard tart was a winner. I've also had to wait extra long twice now, on both occasions seemingly forgotten until they enquired about 'what I had ordered'. In their defence I've been there during busy times, but then again.
It's warm and friendly in appearance although staff could do with more 'warmth', it's not on a main road, it has a window for quick coffee orders, there's plenty of seating options, and it has that 'stay around' vibe.
As I have reasons to be in the area I'll keep going back and hope to be more impressed in the future. read more
