This is a gorgeous modern little gem situated on a main road in the eastern suburbs. The interior design is very trendy with a feature wall which shows brickwork under a half plastered wall. Something you don't see every day. And plus they've gone quite heavy on the yellow themed interior, which is my favourite colour. A downside is this place is another limited sized eatery with only a few tables inside. They don't take reservations, so if there is nothing available your best option is to wait. On the inside tables used as table sheets are brown rustic style paper along with a jar of pencils for the young ones to amuse themselves drawing all over the paper. What an idea! Looking around I could see it was certainly effective. My partner and I were waiting for some others to join us so we ordered a Smashed Avocado to share as our personal entrée. It was a beautiful simple dish mixed with Fetta and sesame seeds served on thin crusty rye bread. It didn't take me long to devour, but it amazing either way. For my main I had the smoked salmon with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and asparagus. It was simple yet effective in the sense it was satisfying. All the elements tasted quite fresh and nicely cooked and prepared. Once again didn't take long to disappear. This is a place I would certainly come again if I wanted a break from my weekend regular hot spots, or to take a friend somewhere new.

Great little spot Perfect coffee Great service Perfect eggs etc Great side of pumpkin The honey in muesli doesn't work (you end up with sweet milk) but otherwise it was a also good

Friendly attentive staff found me the last seat in the house during busy lunch hour, in the burb? Thursday lunch hour? They must b either from the near by SA government offices or travel afar or having the day off like me. Outside seatings are loose cushion on a milk crate n wooden crates as table, they serve the purpose. Small lunch menu but breakfast all day, so if you missed your eggs so desperately, plenty of choices. Salads, pea fritters and munooshi are the few choices and vegetarians are well catered for as I would say there r more vegetarian dishes than meat dishes. The bottle of water was promptly produced together with the menu, n asked if I would like a coffee while deciding, great service n upsell! My gourmet sujus munooshi didn't disappoint, with the oozing haloumi melting in between the fresh pizza bread was just great. The pizza base being folded over which makes eating with fingers easier n more sensible, that way the fillings are well tucked in. I couldn't resist but to try their white chocolate with berries brownie to finish, added scoop of ice cream would b an extra $2, I opted not to have the ice cream for the mere fact that I was feeling guilty as it was having the brownie! A very welcomed venue in this little strip of shops along Magill Road where there are a great choice of other eateries nearby. Well worth the visit. By the way, there are plenty of car parking at the rear, look out for the entrance, blink n u will miss it!

Sexy machine to extract the golden oil from the bean, wow! they do it really really well And good range of milk types

Cold press juice is sooo 2014. This year it's all about Mylk. "Huh?" you say? We're talking nut and…read moreseed milks here people. Not just almond, but cashew, sunflower and peanut varieties too! How does a carob and black tahini mylk sound? Or a spiced almond and cashew milk with the added super powers of cacao and maca (who cares what the health properties are, it's damn delicious!) Juice Bureau is run by the Argo crew up the road, and they seem to know what they're doing. Their trendy and tiny little shop has a flower ceiling and good looking healthy staff who can tell you the ins and outs of each of their nut mylks, and juices. There's dozens of styles to choose from, but I was particularly impressed that they have a number of sugar free options, including some sweetened with rice malt syrup rather than the usual dates, which isn't so great for people like me who try and avoid fruit sugar as much as possible. The packaging is stylish and you can try loads of flavours before deciding on your choice. They'll also organise a one day juice cleanse package if you're feeling like you need to rid your body of the evils of too much booze and rich food. Or, you know, if you just want to feel extra virtuous by sucking down green juice six times a day.

A delightful little store nestled amongst the busy Parade shopping district; Juice Bureau offers a great selection of cold pressed juices. Cold pressed juices are really amazing and so much more flavoursome than other kinds. They are reviving and if you are going for the greener kind, are giving your body what it needs in minerals and vitamins. The selection at this store is quite wide. Check out their menu to see what will soon be sold in this store. They are fairly new and are testing their series, but I see growth here, especially as a local producer. My favourite in this store by far has to be the Cherry Ripe. Fresh black cherries, cacao, almond milk & dates. In fact, I rather have this version than the bar kind! The store is decorated with a vast arrangement of flowers on the ceiling, just making it feel warm and inviting. You kind of want to just hang out in it for an hour or two trying all of the varieties of juices. But alas, the store is too small. I look forward to see their range and client base grow. This is a winner Argo!

The Champions is by far my favorite smoothie with the Bombora (if I remember it correctly) a very close second. The acai balls are second to none. If you love places like nutrition republic, or the organik store you will love this little super charged store! A very small menu and only one seat near the window means Bom Dia does not have a cafe vibe. They specialize in raw desserts, smoothies and acai bowls and will likely serve as take aways. Acai is a super food berry, and essentially the bowls are these berries in a gelati - sorbet - type form with fresh fruit, honey and varying condiments (usually granola and banana in particular). Overseas (eg Hawaii) people usually have this as a brekky but here you are able to have these delicious treats at any time of day, even as a dessert! The staff are super friendly here. Its a bit pricey but you won't find bowls like this anywhere else in adelaide..although the trend is starting to take off! The raw desserts are also worth checking out, as well as the pressed juice shots!

I am what I am, I'm a bit of a Pop Eye The Sailor Man when it comes to spinach. I love spinach…read more Morning, noon and night, get that green stuff in my belly. Unfortunately I've never been game enough to be one of those "Green Smoothie" health nuts. Savoury and sweets go together in the way you eat dinner and then dessert - and even then sometimes that's taking it too far. Well Raw Thirst I don't know if you're a cult but somehow you have converted me for your RAW Alkalizer juice. Who would have thunk it? Apple, Pear, Celery, Avocado, Banana and Spinach make for a damn fine refreshing juice! And if you're not convinced these guys will always have tasters available on their counter for you to try and decide whether you can handle a bit of the mean greens in your juice. Raw Thirst makes the most of the food truck revolution in a positive way. Bringing no additives, no yoghurt, no ice cream, just juice - RAW juice to the people. How can just fruit and veg blended together be so good? Because it comes from a van? I don't know but get it in you! These guys don't do a bad coffee either but really their star of the show is their juices - morning and afternoon. Rumour has it there are some food items coming but so far they have well-placed themselves next to La Cantina and Burger Theory so that after gorging on the good but not really "good for you" food you fake "detox" yourself with one of their juices! PS - If you have a thing for guys with British accents (not like I do or anything) the guy serving at Raw Thirst is a bit of a UK cutie (ssshhh don't tell!)

They're a bit like Boost, they do smoothies, juices, etc. But they're a bit different, because instead of all of those unknown froyos and sorbets (there's actually a sorbet flavoured sorbet at Boost that is just 'neutral') Raw Thirst just use delicious fruits and veggies. There are plenty of different juices & smoothies, and if you're one who can't handle drinking your veg, don't worry. There are lots which are fruit only too. They hang around the usual food truck haunts, which means you can sometimes grab a drink from here while enjoying a burger or taco from another food truck. They also do coffees, and all round ar a pretty swish 'drink' truck. Personally I'm currently a fan of their brekkie smoothie, and the alkalizer smoothie. There's something about the alkalizer being so green and supposedly healthy, just it just makes you feel good. ;)
