I am relatively new to the matcha game, so I cannot comment on the quality of the matcha. To me, it was lovely. I enjoyed their syrup flavor selection. They were offering a melon matcha which wasn't really up my alley, but I appreciate the creativity. I thought melon was a fruit that was bigger in the winter, but then I think about it, and watermelon is big in the summer. I guess when they said melon, I assumed cantaloupe or honeydew, initially, but who is to say. I forgot I'm in a big city again with the prices, but hey that's the cost of living in a big city. There was a nice restroom (w/ 4 stalls) for customers. I hate when places don't have restrooms or they have tiny 1 stall restrooms. There is lots of seating or working or catching up with friends. It has medium noise level, which I think is perfect for a coffee shop. The staff was friendly, and they made my drink quickly. It is close to Pikes Place, but far enough that there aren't as many crowds.

I would like to begin by saying the BEST espresso in town. Individuals may swear by Caffe vita and so forth, however they're incorrect. My espresso if pulled right each time. It never taste burnt or watered down which is frequently what I get from Caffe vita. However, what makes this coffee even better is the staff.
