Must visit when in Yuma, Az. Delicious coffee and toast! Amazing service and the outdoor patio is covered and decor is retro and fun and feels very homey like you are in your own backyard. It gets busy and everyone local goes there. Quality is always consistent!

Great little coffee shop that is funky and earthy. It is 109 today but still had hot coffees outside. Service was awesome as the barista gave some fun suggestions adding some spike to the coffees.

Cafecito not only has the best ambiance in Yuma, it also has great staff and great food. My usual is the açaí bowl but sometimes grab a muffin. I don't drink coffee so the only comment I can offer regarding that is everyone around me is drinking it up so it must be good. I really appreciate Cafecito being dog friendly because my pup loves to get out and enjoy Yuma just like me and he's made some friends. The only thing that may enhance the cool atmosphere would be an acoustic artist playing in the background. Everyone loves live music. If you haven't been to Cafecito, make it a point to go relax and enjoy the awesome food, atmosphere and great people. Highly recommend.

Their indoor and outdoor space is inviting, artsy and just downright cute. Their outdoor garden space is a dream backyard to share time and coffee with people you care about or curl up and read a book ( and when it's sweltering hot in Yuma... you can still go do under a tiki hut or shaded spot. Their inside space is just as cozy with cute art and inviting seating. A cute space is nice but when you add darn good coffee/ lattes and nice staff... now you have it going on. While I didn't order food, I did have some food envy watching the orders of food come out. Also- this place also has a full bar. Open till 3pm. Pet friendly. Ample parking. Also super cool story of the love and building of community of this place adds to the charm and good energy (read the story on their website). This is a stop when you are in Yuma. Highly recommend.

I'm not from the area and was craving a good matcha, so my cousin brought me to Cafecito. I was expecting a small, typical café, but I was pleasantly surprised. The space is much larger than I expected, with several cozy seating areas that give it a warm, homey feel. The boho-inspired décor and unique aesthetic make it such a relaxing place to spend time. I ordered the lavender matcha with vanilla cold foam, and I really enjoyed it. I also tried the avocado toast, which was simple but fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is so inviting that my cousin and I made ourselves comfortable in one of the seating areas and enjoyed a long conversation. It's the kind of place where you can truly relax and unwind. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Yuma! I recommend!

What a beautiful day to come across this amazing place! Even though it's hot outside the cool breeze and shade of the courtyard makes it feel pleasant and peaceful. I tried two handmade drinks, one is my go to Dirty Chai, and a local concoction, The Tuma Float Down... both iced (of course). The were delicious. The staff was friendly, informative, and the place was clean and inviting. Filled with lots of seating areas, both open and private where folks could sit, share, work or read. Art from local artists hangs from almost any open wall space. This was a great place to relax and recharge.

This is the coolest place. I live in the foothills and seldom go downtown. A friend took me here yesterday for breakfast and coffee. I fell in love with this place. There are rooms with living room furniture from the 60/70's, and a beautiful garden where you can eat sit and enjoy your order.

Love Cafecito, the ambiance and the food! It's a must visit when coming to Yuma ---fresh bowl: a yummy acai bowl, has a great after taste of cardamom, maybe from the granola ---el changito: banana brulee toast, cant go wrong, the sugar layer was great not too much. Visiting my wife's sister and nephew took us to this great place in the center of downtown. Fantastic outside sitting area with lots greenery to where enjoy your coffee, a beverage or food. If I lived here I'd be here consistently just to listen to the classic rock music and ambiance. The tables and plants around the property just make this place a fun hangout. Ordered the Corchata and others the cold brew and acai bowl. The menu showed some very unique and interesting breakfast items. All of us were happy with our order. The Corchata isn't too sweet but if you want sweet the most popular order is the Mocha drink What a neat place! I wish this place was in San Diego!

What a cute find! This coffee shop has such a charming interior--thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of character. We were especially surprised by the unexpected backspace, which adds even more to its unique vibe. We enjoyed two iced mochas and a horchata to go. All the drinks were good but not great. I only wish we had more time to sit and soak in the atmosphere; it's definitely the kind of place you want to linger. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but we'll definitely be back next time we're in Yuma to give it a try!

Super cute café Decent selection of drinks - I tried the cold brew café mocha and it is delicious! They did no ice when I requested :) I was there in October - they had a special toast with cream cheese, pumpkin butter, pecans and pumpkin seeds - amazing! A must try. Really friendly staff. Been here numerous times since before pandemic, & now at the new location. Corchata double shot is a great way to start the day, & the oatmeal & toasts also great. Massive well-decorated patio great for kids, dogs, families & retail storefront with quieter coffeehouse vibe. read more

Ethereal place-into another dimension. So stylish, and sweet! Understated glam with a dash of quality vintage kitsch! Nice folks. Fun art and wonderful garden. Super precious. Good coffee. A nice local place that makes good drinks. The only downside here is the inside area is really small and the outside seating area is not comfortable (at least the seats I sat in). I would go here again, but I have only been here once. My wife loves their IG page and it appears there are frequently expanding their menu options for both food and drinks, so we will be back. read more

Visited this cafe for the first time, yesterday. - parking was not a problem - the cafe is small inside, but they have ample sitting outside - they have cool merchandise for purchase - the decor and ambiance is awesome. Love love love this place! Menu is so diverse snd everything is incredible. Got the Basic Bee with coconut milk and the Cafecito Bowl and was not disappointed! We also had the Baha Bowl, avacado toast with coffee and latte. Everything was great. It's a small place (this the name Cafecito), but with sooo much character. People were great and service was very fast even though it was a busy Saturday morning. This place is a must in downtown Yuma!! read more

Where do I start? This place is amazing in every way! Family owned and Yuma grown. Scene is as rad as they come (do kids still say that?)! Food is beyond delicious and the options are always new and fresh. The Avocado toast is a must try and so is the Bee, their cold brew coffee magic! The scene inside is decorated in a way only an ultra-hip chic could do. The outside seating options draw you to them with their bright colors, especially the back patio. The couch inside is super comfy, too. I mean it's all just out of a coffee house dream or something. The tribe is amazing and that makes the vibe. I just have to say THANK YOU to the owners for making this space available. I need all their food in my mouth, and all their coffee in my veins! I can't quit you! Don't wanna! read more

Such a beautiful place with gorgeous interior design. Really brings out the old town Yuma picture. I love there everything toast so yummy oh my and their coffee is to die for. This place is a gem! ADORABLE space that is wonderfully inviting and service to match. We kept it simple with the pour over coffee and some hot earl grey and it was just right. I'm so happy to see vegan options for food as well as beverages on their menu. This is place is a wonderful stop when you're in Yuma! Like most Yuma natives, I like to travel to places like San Diego for a quick getaway. I like to go there to enjoy the things that my hometown may currently lack. Although the void may be quite large at the moment, Cafecito had the vibe of a little coffee shop I would attempt to find on Yelp in a different city. The passion that the owners have for their business is made obvious in the products they sell and in their amazing attention to detail. I hope that places like this encourage other entrepreneurial hopefuls to continue developing the downtown area and to finally breathe new life into it. When I went, I had the Cafecito Mocha and dug it. I will definitely be back soon. Another side note...when we went, it was great to see that fellow patrons were busy conversing with one another and not glued to their smartphones (with the exception of the phone videographer behind me in line, who was admiring the cafe's decor) read more

Cafecito Mocha is awesome. I'm not a huge mocha fan but I thought I'd give it a try anyways and it did not disappoint. Very cool little place, great people, with some nice coffee house music that is actually upbeat instead of instrumentally sad. Definitely a place you should check out if you're in town and have a few minutes to kill. So good we couldn't wait to come back! Kinda wish we lived in Yuma again instead of just visiting so we could come here everyday. read more

Adorable little coffee shop with a quaint atmosphere, delicious coffee beverages, and light fare (I had an avocado toast dish with fresh strawberries). The prices are steep-ish, but worth it to support a local shop. It's definitely a small shop, so you can't really do group meetings (and even meeting a friend for coffee will be challenging unless you're sitting outdoors...there are only a couple of indoor tables). But if you're just wanting to grab some light food and a great cup of coffee and not stick around long, this place is worth a detour to try it out! read more

This place is amazing- the drinks, the food, the ambiance, and the customer service! I walked up to the cozy coffee shop and was immediately greeted by the owners. I ordered the Basic Bee- lavender honey cold brew, which was very good! I got the Cafecito Oats, which was topped with fruit and granola with a beautiful presentation. It was very delicious and filling! You can tell that a lot of love went into this place, and you can taste it in the products. I will definitely be frequenting this place often! read more

Cafecito is one of the best places to have coffee in Yuma! This cute and quaint spot downtown is a spot anyone and everyone can enjoy. Their menu is limited so you don't have complicated decisions to make, just chose a beverage and enjoy their outdoor seating in the fall/winter/spring or grab a seat in multiple areas inside! I've been wanting to visit Cafecito since hearing all the raves about it. Now my sister works there, so I definitely had to stop by. The space is so cute and decorated in such a cool way. Great unique cold brew drinks! The avocado toast and overnight oats were also very good and loaded with fruit and goat cheese. It was so good we went there twice on our trip to and from on Highway 8. read more

Cafecito Cafe has just moved to the TOP of our Cafe Adventures! The owners were so friendly, humble, helpful, and so knowledgeable in coffee mixology!!! We even enjoyed delicious pan dulce with our coffee. I got Café sin olla minus the cinnamon with a piloncillo sweetener!!!! Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Can't wait to return for one of their evening events. Maybe we can carpool if you're interested. At cafecito we put an emphasis on community. We encourage guests to mingle with their neighbors, slow down, and take in their surroundings. Providing a memorable experience is our goal. We specialize in cold brewed draft coffee, locally roasted espresso, and tasty breakfast bites featuring local produce.

History

Established in 2015.

Cafecito started out small, in a little travel trailer that we spent weekends remodeling. The end goal was always to have a store front where people could come and enjoy a good cup of coffee and share an experience. It took many years of hard work and dedication to the goal and as of April 1st 2019 we arrived at the finished product and that is what the community gets to enjoy today!

My girlfriend was supposed to have her car serviced at the dealership today. A wrench was thrown in the works, so the three of us met for breakfast. My boyfriend and I had already had breakfast, so we ordered off the lunch menu. I had a fried chicken sandwich, he had the chicken Caesar wrap. GF got the churro French toast breakfast plate with poached eggs and bacon. The waitress (Caitlin?) didn't pay much attention to our table. When we got our food, the fried chicken breast in the sandwich was lukewarm and she didn't ask about any sauce (ranch, etc) for the onion rings. The lady had to ask for the poached eggs and bacon. Also, she ordered an iced mocha with oat milk and caramel. Correct me if I'm wrong, but nowhere on the menu did it say that oat milk is an additional cost. Caramel was an additional cost. For a puny little iced coffee it ended up being $10. No refills. And we had to ask for ranch. She filled up my boyfriend's water glass and not mine. If it's empty, fill it. It's a hundred and something outside, please make sure all your guests are hydrated. The bill was $70. The lunches were extremely overpriced for what we got, to be honest. I know that prices have gone up and that inflation is a thing. I get that, I really do. The chicken sandwich was definitely not worth $15 and although the onion rings were good (and I'm thankful we weren't charged extra for them), it was still a letdown. This was akin to a $12 combo meal at a fast food joint. The first time I was here was a couple months ago. I had ordered the Denver omelette and when the waitress came out, she brought the wrong omelette ,(the three meat) out and didn't even try to correct her mistake even AFTER I had said it was wrong. That waitress was also inattentive and ignored us for the majority of our meal. We don't eat out a whole lot so it's a treat when we do. Less of a treat to receive subpar, overpriced food and subpar service. Sorry.

Another ordered a diet plate of some sort with cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes and was especially happy. A new item on the menu appealed to another. Louisiana shrimp skillet. Was flavorful, and those who tasted the nice portion of shrimp agreed that it was surprisingly delicious. The side, dishes of okra, and greens are always favorites. All of us commented on the new menu. Although we missed the old format, this one is easier to hold, and the print is bold enough that you're not needing to use your flashlight if you're older like we are. We are thankful that the menu has the old favorites, something new and that Cracker Barrel values its customers. It's such a nice thing to be able to travel and dine at any location and feel like your unfamiliar surroundings. But I wonder why is that there are so many locals who freely admit that they have never yet dined here? One maintenance issue... the latch on the ladies handicap stall door is STILL needing to be fixed! One issue with our visit. Not once were we offered refills on beverages.

BUT i don't think that's fully on them -- it just wasn't my kind of drink. it didn't taste bad or anything, i just personally wouldn't order it again overall i'd say it's worth trying, especially for the açaí bowls because that alone carried the experience for me. just maybe have a backup order in mind in case they're out of what you want lol

This is my go to coffee stop in the morning when in Yuma. Their Mocha - made with Mexican chocolate, cinnamon, and honey, I think - is my Yuma flavor....and I'm not normally a mocha guy, usually I go for a dark roast black eye. They have a pretty short menu, but they do it all well. I stick with the avocado toast, tomato variety. Avocado is spread on thick and fresh and the flavor combo is perfect. A colleague really like their oats. Wait staff always very friendly and attentive. Cool vibe with interesting outdoor seating.
