This place was located inside of Otra Cafe and such a beautiful cafe! We went for a sweet treat and some coffee and both did not disappoint! I saw everyone else eating so we will be back to eat a meal next time because the dishes that we saw coming out looked amazing! This was a small but quiet space, but so incredibly cute. The coffee was delicious and the bakery items were uniquely Mexican inspired flavors. The server provided great service and she was helpful in helping us choose a coffee flavor by explaining the level of sweetest of each latte. Love, love, love this place! It's inside Otro Cafe and you can get delicious coffee and food/pastries/ice cream to go. The pastries are all handmade on site and extremely fresh with exciting flavors and variety. When I came they have several types of cookies, a guava danish, a maple pecan twist, two flavors of berliners and much more. I loved every single item I tried and even came back the next day to try more. The coffee was delicious and I'd come back for it. (I think the beans are roasted by Esso?) The sweetest little coffee shop attached to Otro Cafe!!! I didn't realize it existed until I recently went to Otro for a late lunch! By the time we were done with our meal, however, Cafecito had closed. (The coffee shop keeps different hours from the restaurant. They close at 2pm.) Very cute decor and there are several tables with chairs, at least one couch/coffee table situation and a bar with seating. Not a huge space, but decent! I've had the horchata con cafe which was delicious! Will be coming back for try the rest of the menu! Came here to do some studying and got a nice big table next to an outlet. The baristas were really nice, and all the pastries looked so delicious!! Had great music in the background! I didn't even need my headphones lol! Best mocha I've had in a while!! The chocolate had an awesome flavor to it and wasn't overpowering at all! Some mochas can taste like chocolate milk (which I'm not a fan of) but this mocha had the perfect ratio on top of the great chocolate flavor. It was a little loud at the time I went, but personally it was never so loud that I was bothered by it, but could be something to be aware of! Even though I say you can totally come here to study like I did, it seemed best as a spot to come chat with friends with some delicious treats, drinks, and great vibes! Lechera latte was great! Nice and strong Hispanic tasting coffee. Service was poor. No place to sit. Sat at the table w my 2 children and the waitress came over stating sit elsewhere which all seats were occupied. It's more of a grab and go coffee place. Ppl seated on the coach area w no drink yet , I had coffee and pastries and was told not to sit at a table. Felt uncomfortable and left. Most likely will not return due to that treatment. I prefer quality service as opposed to a great tasting beverage. I gave 3 stars as overall experience. read more

The cutest little cafe inside/next to Otro Cafe. Mexican cafe with coffees like horchata and cajeta lattes, and treats like conchas and cookies. I got the horchata con cafe and the champurrado cookie. The coffee was delicious and the cookie was AMAZING! It was the perfect combination and a tasty treat to start my morning. The staff were friendly and had quick service on a Saturday morning. The inside is cute and cozy and was a nice place to spend time catching up with a friend over coffee. Nice coffee shop with a latin touch; it is not too easy to find café de olla or other Mexican specialities elsewhere. There us also sweet treats, and The Mexican wedding cookies are baked in house and are delicious. This corner is excellent to just relax a bit and sip quality coffees. read more

The new neighborhood coffee shop! This little gem located inside to the left of Otro Cafe is a cute, small establishment. It's home to a local baker and uses Esso coffee (I believe). I got the 16 oz. Iced La Lechera with Oat Milk and I would give this 10/10! The sweetness with nuttiness of the coffee makes this a perfect morning treat. It is Espresso, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Oat Milk. It reminded me of the Caffe Latte from See's Candies! My husband ordered the 20 oz. Iced Cinnamon Mocha Latte with whole milk. This was a great flavor combo of cinnamon, chocolate, and coffee. The service was okay for it being as crowded as it was. The prices add up and for the two drinks, it was about $16. Overall, recommend if you're picking up and want to splurge on coffee! If you want to go in, make sure you plan to wait a bit. read more

Cutest and most delicious Cafecito in town, inside one of my fav restaurants. The bakery counter is fresh and enticing and the coffee menu is diverse and interesting. I had a cafe de olla and a morning bun, a great start to the day. They're also scooping ice cream and making ice cream sandwiches to order! We visit Phoenix and we found this cozy coffee place. They had everything that we wanted Ice cream coffee and food.

BEST coffee in the Pheonix area! Hands down the best menu for a coffee shop. Simple but so effective. Their coffee blend is strong and so delicious that counterbalances nicely with the sweeteners they use. I also LOVE their pastries. Nothing compares to it and the price is very reasonable. Really great hidden gem located inside Otro Café restaurant however they have their own dedicated space and different hours than the restaurant. The bakery selection is great. I tried their Iced Horchata con café which was delicious and not overly sweet. Service was great. The space and people are very welcoming. Be aware that if you eat at otro café you can't directly order from my cafecito menu but you can pick up your drink and have it at otro café which I did last time I ate brunch at their restaurant. I like the concept of this place, it's a restaurant on one side, and a coffee shop/bakery on the other. I wanted to try out both coffee and food, I ordered a horchata expresso drink and the red chilaquiles. Coffee was good, 4/5 but the food was so disappointing, 2/5. It lacked flavor and was cold upon arriving. It got soggy so quick and was just unpleasant. I will be returning to get coffee only, not so much food. read more

I got takeout from Otro cafe once and knew I had to try Cafecito sometime, I got to try it today! It is adorable, I love the furniture, plants, and bar area. They have a good selection of delicious sounding drinks to choose from, I got a golden milk. The golden milk comes with coconut milk but you can get a different kind if you want! Sometimes those can be too peppery or gritty but this one was perfect, an amazing sweet and warm but not too sweet or too warm drink. Great for November in Phoenix! I can be picky about my pastry type treats and I'm not huge into scones but they had a sweet potato sage Gruyère scone and I can't resist anything sweet potato related. Got it and it was delicious! The perfect savory scone that was soft and not overly crumbly. Also my total for both together was $11 which is not bad at all, I've spent that much on a single coffee before. Will definitely be bringing my husband here for a future coffee date! read more

This is a cute coffee spot inside the restaurant Otro cafe. The coffee is Mexican inspired. I ordered the horchata and the cojeta latte. The large iced coffees come with 4 shots of espresso. I had gone to another Mexican coffee shop and the coffee was too sweet and no coffee flavor. So I figured the 4 shots would be good. The coffee was strong and not super sweet. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet. They have a case of pastries and tried the vanilla bean stuffed donut. It was really good. As someone else mentioned about 3 months ago, the girls that work there have an attitude. I hadn't been here in a long time and was excited to visit again but I don't feel I received positive treatment. Since I mentioned I wanted to try a specialty drink, she asked me if I spoke Spanish, I replied yes, so she suggested the Cajeta or Lechera drink, she said the Cajeta one has cajeta, so I asked OK what's cajeta? Lol, just because I speak Spanish doesn't mean I'll understand the terminology; she should describe the ingredients to customers as it is her job. I ordered the Danish and asked if it could be warmed up and she gave me a curt "No", I don't understand why she couldn't warm it up, it seemed as if it was her arbitrary decision not to do it. Another girl made me my drink and called my name, after I picked it up, I said thank you and she didn't even make eye contact. Glad, I didn't leave a tip! read more

Went last Saturday with a girlfriend, it should be noted that this is inside of Otro Cafe, I don't even believe you can see "Cafecito" on the building anywhere -- front parking lot was packed at 8:30, but there is an additional parking lot in the back. I read other reviews before I went so I knew what to expect with the tables inside the coffee shop portion. My friend mentioned to the employee at the register that we had never been in before and asked for recommendations -- the employee mentioned some of their popular drinks but nothing has a description on the menu so we had to ask what each drink consisted of. We opted for the couch to sit on -- besides the couch maybe you can sit at the counter if you're not ordering from Otro Cafe? Like another review mentioned, there is no signage whatsoever that the tables are utilized by Otro Cafe, but they are. I chose the Cajeta latte and it was good -- I needed to add sweetener, but that is my preference. The baked goods are to DIE FOR. I would go back for those alone. The staff members definitely don't go out of their way to be friendly, I said thank you when retrieving my drinks and no response back. Will I go back? Maybe if I am in the area. With the lack of seating though, it makes it a little awkward. read more
