The tofu was beautifully firm, perfectly cooked, and thoroughly marinated inside and out. The Nourishment Bowl ($24.24 CAD): This bowl is large, and I paired it was the Char Siu Marinated Tofu. The brilliant addition of a subtle coconut cream, paired with roasted vegetables and quinoa, perfectly softened the rough texture of the raw shredded carrots and greens; This combination elevates this bowl so that you don't feel like you're "just eating a salad" for dinner. Tempura Tacos ($17.17 CAD): These tacos were absolutely divine! Nourish restaurant has somehow mastered the art of frying avocados so that the batter is flawlessly crispy on the outside, while the inside remains warm, rich, and smooth. If I could eat these in Los Angeles, I would honestly never miss battered fish tacos again. Summer Shoyu Ramen ($22.22 CAD): Featuring a deeply comforting, hearty roasted garlic and soy broth. They brilliantly give the broth a slightly velvety, thicker-than-water body with just the right amount of oil.
