Most of the time they don't take your order regardless if you're the only person in there or if there's a long line. They have a kiosk to take the order and they would help you at the register if you get their attention and want to pay with cash. Nothing has really changed as in decor but they did add some claw machines. I order from here a lot, probably the place I order from most consistently. I only go pick up if I have someone with me to stay in the car because the parking is terrible downtown. I often order on GrubHub or UberEats and it always comes just fine.

The first couple times I went there I tried the Shingen Jelly Passion Fruit Tea and the Red Bean Milk Tea Latte and they just weren't my preference so I was going to just write this place off. I mentioned to a friend who lived locally that I tried it and she said that she loved their Strawberry Matcha and that I should give it another try. Glad I did! Their Strawberry Matcha Latte is the best I ever had. The strawberry puree they use is just delicious and unique. I've actually tried purchasing it on its own to add to my own matcha at home but sadly they don't sell it separately. It's so good that I normally buy one to enjoy the same day and another for the next day but unfortunately they will not make it no ice (I've asked and explain the situation) so the second day one is not as good due to the ice melting. This is probably my most frequented boba shop lately because I'm addicted to this drink. I've come here more than a dozen times in the last 3 months. The people working there are quite nice, they always with no fail mention to shake the drink before drinking. It is clean and they haven't made too many changes from when YiFang was there.
