Ozzys bowl (best meal on the table)

Cafe Tacuba had a few slip ups tonight, but overall, it's still a great mexican restaraunt with quality food and service. I have loved their quesabirria in the past but unfortunately they were out, so I went with the steak quesadilla instead. It was decent, but nothing to die for. I was thinking about quesabirria the whole time... Someone else at the table ordered three ground beef tacos (which technically isnt on the menu but is easy enough to make) but unfortunately they were also out of ground beef. The Ozzy's bowl was delicious and I would recommend that to anyone trying to choose something from their LARGE menu. The Horchata was a big plus - nice and sweet (and the large size is LARGE). The sprite was flat and the salsa wasn't giving everything I wanted (I did ask for salt which helped). Service was pretty good, with some wait time between drink orders/check ups, but it was pretty busy, so all props to the server! Also, the steak tacos made for great leftovers the next day. Thanks cafe tacuba!

My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink since we were hungry but boy was the service immaculate and the all around vibes of the restaurant has had me craving to come back and see if their food matches how much effort and class they put in their drinks. Will be trying again

Me and my husband went here for lunch on a Saturday morning around 11. We got there and found they were serving breakfast. I went with a country skillet, my husband went with the chili Verde skillet. The wait was very fast. Our server was so attentive and thoughtful, bringing ketchup and hot sauce. The music was at the perfect volume. The vibe was chill. The food came out with steam rolling off of it! My toast my actually crispy! It was really good. Next time I will ask for corn tortillas though. I would say this is a must try if you're wanting sometime fast and fresh that's flavor will really blow your mind. When I ordered a breakfast skillet I did not expect to enjoy such fresh ingredients, so fast and also taste amazing. I can't wait to come back for dinner.

Above average food with more ten enough served. Love the decor with its murals on the walls. Servers are friendly and fast.

Steak fajita omelet with hash browns and toast

Went on Sunday for breakfast and all I can say is WOW! Everything we had was amazing. I started with a caramel macchiato which was surprisingly smooth and tasted on point! We ordered the bacon breakfast quesidilla, lemon blueberry pancakes and the fajita omelet with steak. The portions were huge. The pancake was literally the best I've ever had (and Im a pretty good cook myself)). The quesidilla was perfection with the thin layer of beans! The omelet had the most tender steak and was so flavorful! The service was top notch! Was pretty busy when we first arrived but was surprised how it slowed down by 10:30. This place has a copy atmosphere and I could have stayed all day! Highly recommend and will keep going for breakfast.

Make a point to stop at Cafe Tacuba. Don't miss out on their wonderful lunch specials--a great bargain. Our server didn't mention them, but brought the menu over when we asked. Includes a soda and chips. Phenomenal bargain. Everything was so incredibly fresh, and the presentation was beautiful! Truly an unexpected surprise. Full bar available. The space is very pretty with beautiful murals and plants.

Per usual, our food was very good! It was hot, delicious and had nice presentation. Service was very good and our lattes were so yummy. We will definitely be back. They have a lot of choices on the menu.

    Chilaquiles

We came for breakfast and got seated immediately. The server was pleasant and friendly. I got chilaquiles with green salsa which was very flavorful and filling. They also have several additional hot sauces available (I got Valentina). Price was very reasonable for the portion. Of note, their refried beans have meat in them but their black beans don't.

I have been to this place twice and although it is still new I think they are doing all the right things. Service may be a little slow but we hardly were without a drink for long. The servers are polite and helpful. They have specials for happy hour and on Taco Tuesday. I was not able to find a website but they are advertising on Facebook. The place fills up with the after work crowd but it never got too loud. The room is well lit (except for that one lightbulb on the left of the bar that kept flashing both times I visited). The decorations are very nice and appropriate for the decor. There is a full bar and a good selection of adult beverages. The chips taste freshly made and come out warm, with a good salsa accompanying them. A must try!

    Mexican Vegan Bowl

If you are looking for a traditional Mexican dining experience, this is not the place. I would describe it as modern Mexican American. The music and the atmosphere is very "hip". The Mexican Vegan Bowl was amazing, robust and full of flavor. The portion size was way too big though. I learned that the hard way... I love that they have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options too. I would highly recommend it. Just get a box for your leftovers!

Upon walking in the restaurant looked nice and the vibe seemed mellow. We sat down ordered our food and 20 minutes later upon originally ordering our food they come out and tell us that unfortunately they were all out of the dish one of us were ordering. So we had to scurry and look their the menu again asking what was available and that's when I chose to order the aguachile. Honestly if it weren't for the food tasting amazing I would have definitely been more upset that they spent so much time before hand without telling us that my dish was unavailable.

This place does not disappoint. I've come for dinner a few times, but the breakfast looked great, so I wanted to try it too. Came for breakfast on a Monday around 9AM. Not too many people so we were seated right away. Service was fast and food was great! Huge menu and there is something for everyone whether you want a traditional eggs, bacon/sausage, and pancakes or something with Mexican flavors. I'd recommend the Sunrise Bowl with eggs, black beans, carnitas, salsa, and avocado. Adding hot sauce made it spectacular. Try it out!

This spot is cozy, casual, and delicious! We visited for a girls' night out last night (Thursday evening). Arrived around 7:15. I was prompted seated before my friends arrived. There were probably 20 other people dining when I got there, and that was the busiest it was. The chips were perfect, salsa was great, and the queso was a LOT for a small order. I ordered a mango madness margarita and a beso mule. The mule was stronger than the margarita, but both were tasty. My veggie burrito and rice was served on a HUGE plate. I couldn't finish it. Leftovers today for me! Service was excellent. I will definitely be back soon - especially to try the breakfast menu!
