Staff were friendly, but the ordering system wasn't clearly explained--you order first at the counter and then go back to pay after eating, which felt a bit slow, especially with lots of takeout orders. I ordered the bún riêu (crab noodle soup). Portion size was good with plenty of toppings, but the broth was bland and lacked depth. The grilled pork bánh mì was flavorful but could've used more meat. Pork egg rolls were decent. Overall, glad I tried it, but I wasn't very impressed. Might've ordered the wrong dish. read more

You have the traditional appetizers, vermicelli, egg noodle, glass noodle, rice platters, pho, and Vietnamese baguettes. I would recommend to come here for their special dishes such as Bun Cha Ha Noi, Bún Đậu mắm tôm, bún riêu, bánh khot, and bánh cuốn. Bún Chả and Bún Đậu are traditional northern Vietnamese dishes which usually come with grilled meats, vermicelli, vegetables and served with fish sauce. In Bun Cha, use lettuce to wrap these ingredients together whereas Bun Dau typically comes with wraps. I tried the Bun Cha and it was great. The mints at Cafe Ti Bo were super fresh. Bun rieu and bánh cuốn are more readily consumed dishes, no wrap or additional work needed. Bánh khot is like mini "bánh xèo" so if you like bánh xèo then this dish is a good alternative. The prices of these dishes are quite fair, $13-14, with good portion size. The kumquat and coconut juice was good but it did have a distinctive smell of pickled kumquat. The "che ba màu" which was their only dessert was excellent. With so many dishes left to try, Cafe Ti Bo is on my return list. read more

Cafe Ti Bo is becoming a staple in my neighborhood! This family owned business has great food and great boba. One of the few places that overs banh xeo and banh khot. These are our usuals when we order here, as well as, the bun thit nuong. The food is very delicious! Their drinks are also very good, especially for a place that doesn't specialize in boba. My go to is the assam tea and mung bean drink. I haven't dined in yet but on weekends they look pretty busy. I'd say most people order to go here. When ordering to go, I recommend ordered ahead because the wait can be a while. Highly recommend going here. The best in my neighborhood! read more

Wanted to try some new boba places around the area and ended up here! We got two drinks - hubby got the lychee drink + lychee jelly, and I got thai green tea + boba. Their lychee drink is the real thing, fruit and all chopped up in it. Most places just give you something with lychee syrup. I don't think you really need lychee jelly with it as it makes it a little too sweet, but I'm glad we tried it anyway. I requested that my thai green tea be less sweet and they nailed it. Also got the spring rolls and the banh mi muoi ot (spicy grilled sandwich) to try. Loved the spring rolls! They were fresh and delicious. Could have a bunch of those for sure. The banh mi muoi ot was interesting, we hadn't had it before but it was a grilled sandwich with some pork (?) in it, chopped up hot dogs, hard boiled eggs, spicy mayo and I think chilli sauce on it. Wasn't the biggest fan, but it was definitely interesting to try. We do think we'll be back though! The menu is wide and varied, so plenty more things to try! Great service and food. We ordered the clear seafood noodle soup (Hu Tieu Nam Vang) and the mini crepe ( Banh Khot). The noodle soup was delicious and light. The broth was flavorful. The Banh Khot was the star of this meal!!! The fresh herbs balanced well with the savory crepes. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. We always try to stop by Cafe Ti Bo whenever we're in this part of town, which is quite rare, but we do prioritize it! Cafe Ti Bo is a small mom & pop local Vietnamese restaurant that serves all your staples from rice/vermicelli platters to noodle soups like pho and bun Bo hue, to banh Mi and even the more rare finds like banh xeo and banh cuon. They also have a selection of boba tea drinks they offer as well! We love coming here for the versatile menu they offer, and better yet, the delicious food we get served! We almost always order banh mi when we're here; we love the BBQ pork banh mi and the grilled pork banh mi that are extremely flavorful on the inside and perfectly toasted on the outside. We've gotten the banh mi muoi ot a few times, a dish we've not seen elsewhere, and we really enjoy it for its simple pieces of bread covered in pate and pieces of egg and hot dog all covered in a spicy Mayo and hot sauce. As if that wasn't enough to set them apart, they also offer banh cuon, one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes, which are thin crepes with some meat filling (most commonly pork) served with fresh herbs/veggies and fish sauce. We also had a grilled pork rice platter before that was delicious. Needless to say, we love everything we've ordered here so far. The people who always greet us are the ones I assume own this place-though I might be wrong-, and they are always extremely nice and polite! Their service is relatively quick the few times we've eaten in the restaurant, though we more often do take out. The storefront looks small but it's connected to a larger room which can definitely accommodate a large party or two as well. We only wish Cafe Ti Bo was closer to where we live! read more

I decided to give this place another chance! And I have to say great improvement! It is family owned. I believe the dad is the cook and the kids that work there handle the customer service. It wasn't too busy when I arrived on a Friday night, just two other parties, so it was as fairly quiet inside. Spacious with lots of seating available. I decided to try their Bun Bo Hue and I'd say 7/10. It's a hard dish to master, but when it's made right-- delicious. There was a good meat:noodles ratio. They have a pepper sauce/flakes that added a great spice! I also ordered the mung bean milk with pandan jelly. I loved it so much! It reminded me of home. Wasn't too sweet either, just the way I like it. I'll be back to try some other food items! I wish they didn't serve everything in disposable bowls and containers. I feel like that takes away from the experience & I really like when businesses try to improve sustainability. I was craving a quick and easy lunch, and noticed Cafe Ti Bo pop up. I usually love getting Bahn Mi from Lee's Sandwhich in OKC, but it's a bit far to go often from Edmond. I've heard good things about Cafe Ti Bo, which lived up to the hype. I got the Pate Bahn Mo, mostly same filling as the Special Combination at Lees, but the pate here is more juicy, and doesn't have cilantro. The bread is crunchy and fluffy, overall a really good Bahn Mi. I was also intrigued by the Fish Sauce wings as I never really see them offered on menus, and they were pretty good too, albeit a little salty. The deep fried wings were juicy inside, and crispy on the outside, with a semi sweet and savory sauce poured all over. I also tried the egg rolls which are very good too. Great place for some asian desserts up north. They have a variety of foods, drinks, and even desserts. I haven't had food here yet because when I go to order, they tend to run out of items or not have that item that day. I usually get their tri-color dessert which has jello and different type of beans. I've ordered a few of their drinks but haven't tried enough to fully rate it. Wonderful avocado boba, I love avocado boba and have had them from many places but none can compare to theirs, it's fresh, god tier amount of boba in it, and just delicious all around. By far the greatest avocado smoothie you can buy in the area, solid price also for around $6 if you round it up. I really want to like this place but this is the most frustrating restaurant ever. Good luck figuring out when they're open. It's so inconsistent. Then when they are open, you never know what they're going to have. I've walked in multiple times only to be turned away because they don't have food. So I started calling ahead to make sure they're open and to make sure they actually have food. Thought that would work but obviously not because tonight I called ahead to make sure they're open and have food. I walk in 30 minutes later and they tell me they are out of food. It's 6:30 in the evening! It's dinner time and you only close at 9:00. How are you out of food?! I know this is a small business but it's not these people's first restaurant. I've been to their previous restaurants. I'd give them a 5 star for food if I could ever eat it. They need some operational improvement. read more

I've always struggled finding pho that compared to a restaurant we used to have in Wichita where I grew up. The pho at this restaurant in Wichita tasted quite a bit better than any place I've ever been, and I've had quite a bit of pho from CA to VA. The thing I remembered most about this pho was the broth. It was always very clear compared to all other restaurants. I'm sure that clear broth, along with seasoning, had an impact on the flavor. I finally gave up on the notion that any restaurant could replicate this recipe I loved so much, until yesterday. I decided to try this spot after a passing conversation with a colleague at the office the day prior. They mentioned trying the pho and said it was really the best they had tried around town. I took it with a grain of salt and decided to try it the next day, since it's really right around the corner from me. The search is over. I found the closest thing to a perfect match than I ever will. The pho was AMAZING. They also have good sandwiches and many drinks options they can craft. The young man working the front of the store was very nice and chatted me up about the pho recipe and how they slow cook it for many hours.
