Charming, fun and delicious. I stopped here on a walk because I was hungry and it did not disappoint. The interior is small but fun, but the main event was the food. My eggceptional sandwich definitely lived up to its punny name, in that it was delicious, hot and served pretty fast. Overall I recommend if you are in the area and need something to eat for breakfast. read more

Decent breakfast spot. It was quick. Cute ambiance! Big sandwiches and very filling. The only thing I will say is that the sausage felt like it was frozen and not fresh sausage in the breakfast sandwiches. (I feel like those who buys microwaveable breakfast sandwiches that comes frozen knows what I'm saying) The sandwiches with bacon was really good though! Haven't tried the drinks. Not sure if I would return read more

This place has an extensive menu with lots of breakfast options. I tried the brekki which is a twist on the banh mi with egg and spicy sausage. It was delicious but I wasn't a fan of the brioche bun. Maybe a baguette would hold the flavors better. I also got a Vietnamese iced coffee and it was very good. read more

I started coming here before work for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and the options are great. The smoothies in particular are very good. The problem is I found a very large piece of plastic in one of my egg sandwiches. That kind of lack of quality control does it in for me. Sadly won't be returning. Hopefully they will improve. read more

Amazing - water tastes of cucumber thus making it really refreshing!!! Without the need for corporate overdosing of water soluble vitamins (and let's not forget preservatives that increase our chances for chronic health issues). Food needs to ordered at a touchscreen kiosk! And paid. The service is done by the team bringing the items freshly prepared to the table. Order came within 10 minutes. Okay. I have to tell you that the drinks had that freshness that I expect from a Vietnamese fusion. The coffee had the kick I needed and the coolness for the day!!! The veggie cheesesteak had the tofu that was lightly but uniformly marinated and the pickled onions and cheese in the dry but not tough Vietnamese bread!!! What a treat!!! The bowl was filling as it was fresh and the spicy was fulfilling for me!!! The meat dishes were as flavorful as we expected!!!! All in all - great experience in a wonderfully lit and bright modern environment - what a great ambience. read more

Their menu has lots of quick bites and beverages - think salads, wraps, paninis, and breakfast sandwiches too. Quite a big selection of choices for each with some interesting combinations and classics. Got the havana cubano panini and it was delicious. Good ingredients, meat, and the bread was grilled just right to melt the cheese nicely. Very tasty mustard and jalapeño completed the deal. There are some tables inside and out front, seems like a relaxed spot to read/work or just get breakfast / lunch. Thanks read more

Great casual breakfast spot. Came in and ordered in person, food was out in 15minutes. The burritos are packed and delicious

A short walk from the hotel I was staying at, I placed an online order for pickup. I took the scenic route walking over but my order was ready when I walked in which was perfect. Quoted 20 minutes and I showed up in 15. Opted for the Eggceptional breakfast sammie and I was impressed that the sandwich was a good size (pictures are always hard to tell). Flavor was solid and the chipotle ketchup added a subtle kick. I'm always happy when a place has matcha and went outside my standard latte and went with the strawberry version with oat milk. Good balance and not too sweet, even with the purée. Would definitely order from here again when I'm in town. read more

We order a bulk order from here, about 12 items, and I always respect when an establishment can get those types of orders out accurately and efficiently. Cafe square one did that for us, but my only complaint would be during a busy rush, it was hard to know if it was ready or not. We felt bad going up and asking but we ended up sitting and waiting for quite a bit extra before realizing it was ready. read more

I went this morning and the food was good. I got the eggspanola breakfast sandwich and a hot white mocha latte with almond milk. I travel quite often and I love trying different breakfast sandwiches at every place I go. The sandwich was a lot spicier than I expected, but it still tasted really good. I just do not enjoy spicy food so much. If you do, then I would recommend the sandwich to you. The white mocha was good. Not too sweet. I think it may have tasted even better if my mouth was not on fire from the food LoL! My biggest downside for coming here was lack of interaction. You order from a screen and when they call out your name for your food the place it on a table to pickup. I have a personal preference for interaction at coffee shops. When I went up to ask the lady for a lid she was very kind though! read more

I only ordered Dash from here 2x in row the Eggspanola was good but not amazing wish had more sauce and sort of wish did the Eggiesaurus instead with pork sausage. The Spicy Chicken Salad Panini had light heat but wish I had more sauce for this also, chicken I thought would be cold but came lukewarm with travel was good , the honey suckle latte and crème Caramel Brulee Latte both are good but pricey at $7.50 today was $9 for added expresso shot lol. Yesterdays clam chowder was decent and I think of what I've had so far the chicken Caesar wrap was the best thing but good looking menu and with have to try again some other week lol liked the tortilla chips that came with the wrap easily worth trying read more

Fast casual breakfast and brunch place. You order at the counter and they call your name when it's ready for pickup. Very limited seating. Food - delicious! Whoa This was a surprise. Been working in the Old City area for a couple months and decided to find a sandwich shop. I found Cafe Square One less than two blocks away. I ordered through Yelp and my food was ready when I arrived. The shop has some simple but clean seating so I decided to eat there. I may have startled some patrons with my sounds of delight over this sandwich. Damn it was amazingly tasty and delicious! Lots of meat and just the right amount of spice on the hot Italian panini. I may never bring lunch to work again! read more

I stopped by Cafe Square One for breakfast and it was a cute little place for a solo meal with small tables. To order, you must use the self checkout tablets and your order will be called out when it is ready. The drinks come out first and then the food order. I ordered the breakfast Sunrise Sammie with a lavender latte. The sandwich came out hot and it was very filling. I enjoyed the latte and felt the taste of lavender was prominent in the drink. read more

While Christmas shopping I was looking for a place that was quick, a good selection and some seating to recharge and eat! This cafe fits the bill, perfectly. Order at the kiosk and grab a seat in one of the tables. Ordered Spicy Philly Panini which lived up to the billing. Quite a bite of heat with this sandwich of spicy chicken, bacon, avocado and cheese. A big meal for $11. The chicken shawarma wrap is fresh and flavorful. Great cappuccino and cafe Americano. For a quick bite that is quality, you are here! read more

Cappuccino, served in a small paper cup, was awful: not hot enough, not much foam, and lackluster flavor. Salad, served in a plastic container, was good, but it tasted similar to prepackaged salads in supermarkets. Service, while automated, had trouble getting my order to me. Ambiance is school hallway with some tables and chairs. I honestly have no idea why this place has better than 3 stars. read more

Food was decent. Wife and I got the Cheesesteak and Turkey Panini. Its was good not great, nor bad. Service was meh. Food came out fast. Atmosphere was perfect for get in, get your food and get out. It was not a stay awhile, enjoy your food and hangout place. Everything is rushed, not personal interaction or care. In my opinion, the black coffee was pretty bad. I only drink black. read more

Decent sandwiches. I visited Cafe Square One on a Friday afternoon, and it was about a third full. This is a fast casual establishment with minimal decor where you order from a touchscreen. I ordered the veggie delight panini. The bread on the panini was good, but the hummus was not the most flavorful. Overall, it was decent experience, but nothing to write home about. read more

FOOD I ordered the chicken pesto panini. It was flavorful, toasted well on the outside, and the big plus is that the pesto is nut free. The cheese melted and meshed with the chicken perfectly. Overall, a solid place to go to for lunch or a quick bite to eat. SERVICE The staff were a little stiff and not the most friendly. I ordered at the counter, but later realized that they also had a kiosk at the side. You can order from either. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes when ordering in person, and ordering for pick up is also available with a wait time of 25-45 minutes. AMBIANCE Ample seating is available inside the store. The atmosphere is very casual and mostly grab-and-go. PARKING Paid street parking is available at a limited capacity, though I wouldn't recommend it as it is located on main street. read more

Great lunch wrap! Clean restaurant and fast service. I'd come back the next time I'm in the area.

My friends and I went on a little coffee hop morning around the city and this was our third spot. Here I ordered a nutella latte from their specialty coffee selection and it was SO GOOD. Likely my favorite coffee of the day. The place was also adorable with nice decor and even bookish quotes on the wall, super cute. What really did it for me was that they're a pet friendly coffee shop and my furry bestie was able to sit inside with us while we ate and sipped our coffees. They don't have tables outside so this was especially wonderful that they allowed pets inside. Highly recommend and excited to visit again! read more

Food was excellent! There are iPads to order "to go" style and everything has a picture so you know what to expect. There were enough iPads for a few people to order at once which makes the process fast. Everything came out quickly, but no one rushed you out the door and although it was small there was plenty of space to sit and eat. We also ordered coffee which I didn't take pictures of but it was delicious! Everything has a lot of flavor! Will definitely go back! read more

Delish! Fresh! Clean! Quick! Ate here twice in a short weekend while visiting for the Metallica show!

Food was ok, I got a bagel and while the fillings were really good the bagel itself was super weird with a kind of mushy texture I've never seen before and didn't enjoy. Husband got a muffin that was good. Service was fine, you order at a kiosk and they bring it out to you. Everyone was pleasant. The interior and upkeep of the place bummed me out a bit, it already looks run down and needs a good cleaning. When we went half the tables were empty but really dirty. The floors looked gross, there were odd empty spaces that made the place look sparse and awkward, the decor was like bed bath and beyond rejects, overall just sad to look at and takes away from the experience. read more
