Great atmosphere to enjoy some breakfast brunch or lunch. Also if you are wanting a quick pastry and to go drink for breakfast this seems like a great option. My iced latte was decent and the avocado toast was alright. The avocado toast was plain and simple which I prefer some more seasoning like at home we add garlic or tajin seasoning on our sourdough bread with avocados. I would go again and I would go for something different for drinks and food. My friend's pancakes and eggs looked yummy. The service was good!

So very welcoming' My significant other & I were able to talk w/the group of ladies next to use. We coincided about the Reuben my partner got & the goat cheese their friend got. In all honesty, the honey was perfectly spiced. And the melody of goat cheese, perfectly crested bread, crispy pickle & juicy ham between the goat cheese mixed w/the spiced honey. BLEW MY MIND! Cutie little breakfast cafe in the heart of Czech Village. This is an order at the counter style place where food is delivered to table as prepared. Made to order all items are hot and fresh. They offer an array of breakfast items as well as bakery items. They have a coffee bar offering any and all coffee lovers items. They have a number of tables available inside and during warmer months they have bistro style tables outside. The owner is often there working alongside his staff. A great spot for breakfast or lunch. Or even a coffee while working. They have free WiFi and cozy, quiet atmosphere.

Stopped for an early Sunday breakfast before heading to airport. Wasn't to busy when we arrived at 7:30 but was picking up when we left. Absolutely a cute little place with some unique menu options. We started with a coffee, caramel latte and a blueberry muffin. The coffee was solid good. Wife really like her latte. And the blueberry muffin was moist, sweet and delicious. Also tried the chorizo sausage and gravy biscuits. Nice twist, the chorizo spiced things up to the slightly bland gravy. Wife had the eggs, toast and bacon and was all cooked as she liked. Overall a really neat cafe in a cool part of town. Would definitely go back.

My favorite breakfast coffee shop. They make perfect sunny side up eggs. The atmosphere is great. Service is wonderful.

Love coming to this little corner cafe to do homework or just hang out. I always order the raspberry latte (highly recommend). The best part is that they serve breakfast and lunch all day. There is usually a lot of room to sit as well! The baristas are always super friendly.

This place is great, the honey iced latte was so good, and the food is cooked fresh on a skillet in front of you. The shop is comfortable and workers work hard. The coffee cup is small and that's my only negative. I will gladly return and enjoy all of these fresh made to order goodies

An absolute must for anyone in Cedar Rapids, or possibly driving from Iowa to Illinois. Great stop along the way! I had the vegetable quiche with egg, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion. It was FLUFFY and amazing. The cafe staff is super friendly and attentive, and very willing to explain menu items. The atmosphere is very European, with folks chattering away and munching on breakfast and pastries. Along with the quiche I had a dirty chai, which was delicious.

Not bad for food. Had a turkey wrap with chips for 11$ wasn't enough food for me but very good. They make good coffee there from what I could tell. Had major damage from the storm. But still had seating inside 6 feet apart. All employees wore masks but some didn't wear gloves. You can order a head of time and pick up your order which we did. read more

This is one of my favorite eateries in town! I stop by every time I'm in the Czech Village area. I'm not a huge coffee shop goer, just because I prefer to make coffee at home. The drinks are wonderful, and the interior is charmingly kitschy, but the excellent service and the delicious food are what keeps me coming back. I'd say I've probably tried about half of the breakfast/lunch menu, as well as a handful of the seasonal pastries, and they NEVER disappoint. I've tried not to order the same thing twice to get to taste more of the offerings, but I can't resist with my favorite, which is their biscuits and sausage gravy. The prices are fair, and I really appreciate that the portions are well-sized. I feel cheated when I spend money on food at a cafe and am still hungry afterwards, but that never happens here. The portions are perfect to be a hearty lunch or brunch. read more

I loved Café Saint Pio. I wish I could have spent more time here. Their lavender lemonade is the best I have ever had. They had many food options and a cute aesthetically pleasing dining space where you could sit and have lunch with friends or do some work for a couple of hours. read more

If you want the best double ristretto shots in Iowa look no further than Café Saint Pio. If you're looking for a top notch third wave coffee venue this is the spot. Pio offers true coffee artisanship, fresh locally roasted beans, in a relaxed café setting. I've been going there every day for over a year now. Really nice people. read more

Such a cute little coffee shop in Cedar Rapids. The service is great, the staff was extremely friendly. I have been on a low carb/semi-keto diet and they helped me with my coffee drink and it turned out delish! The avocado toast was perfect as well. Always one of my favorite places for coffee, eating and visiting. Definitely a positive vibe! The staff is so friendly and helpful. A great place right in the heart of Czech Village where there are plenty of other shopping stores and restaurants. Ratings can be so difficult! The lattes and food were all delicious but the dining experience was difficult at this time. The barista making the delicious beverages was not wearing a mask. Her beverages were beautiful and I am sure it's hard to work w a mask on but her face was very close to the lattes. The waffle, eggs and egg sandwich were all delicious but the cook was not wearing a mask either. The server who brought food to the table and the hostess taking orders were. Before going I read recent reviews that stated staff were all wearing masks and so that is why we felt we would go for a late morning breakfast. We probably should have just realized after we arrived the atmosphere was outside of our comfort zone and left so that's our fault. I just thought I'd provide an update so ppl could make the decision that's best for them. The food and coffee was exceptional and some day I would like to go back but not at this time based on my personal comfort. Also the atmosphere is a 5 too! read more

What a great find. In Czech village, this is a delightful spot with tasty, fresh food. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the original tin roof on the ceiling gives it a great ambiance. Both were packed with flavor and equally delicious, but we picked the Tom-Yum as it had the perfect amount of kick. The waiter walked us through everything: how to use the burners, cooking times for different items, how to order more food using the tablet, and their policy that you must finish what you've ordered. This isn't the kind of place for a quick bite. You'll be ordering, cooking, eating, over and over. It's ideal for celebrating something special, enjoying a unique date night, or sharing a memorable experience with friends. Highly recommend! I'm looking forward to going back and introducing others to it.

Been to Cafe Saint Pio three times since they opened have had a variety of beverages: double espresso, iced chai, iced dirty chai & lavender syrup cold brew. They do a phenomenal job with their espresso, rich but sweet and smooth. Heidi the barista is the one usually working and helping me and she is fantastic! Kind and welcoming. Love the atmosphere and little details. Very homey. Looking forward to trying their food items soon. New favorite coffee shop! read more

Love to support local small businesses, and this is a great example of one. Fast friendly service with delicious food. This vegetable quiche, was not only presented in eye catching fashion,but it tasted amazing as well. The coffee was also quite delicious as well. This is the first time we have come, and there is no question that we will be back. This place will cone highly recommended. read more

I have to say, I heard a radio commercial that sounded so incredibly snobbish and uppity that I did NOT want to try this coffee shop. However, once I did I found the people very down-to-earth and the coffee was good. You might want to rethink your commercial, but don't change the coffee ;-) read more

They have amazing lunch. I had the Philly on marble rye. They have fantastic coffee, I usually get the Latte. The staff is friendly. The owner is kind and genuine, you will like the atmosphere. Please support this awesome local business, especially in these difficult times. read more
