Super tight and precarious, and my car is a pretty averaged size SUV. You're better off street parking on the busy road it's on and walking. There's seating inside, but not tons. Limited options on a Friday morning that I went. Other than these (admittedly small) complaints, this is a nice coffee shop and I'd definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area. For tea we had Princess Grey, Peach Oolong, and one with apple cinnamon. The Grey was the first to go empty haha It's so good. Peach Oolong is just soso. And everyone was super sweet at the cafe, kept checking in on us because we got the back room. The outside of the shop is a mint green which really throws me off because the inside is so cute. The parking situation is a little limited as well, there's a few parking spots near the shop and the rest is street parking. They have a large selection of pastries and some food but know that if you come in the afternoon there probably won't be much left, they go pretty quick. There was plenty of seating inside and out. You also get a nice view of the water just around the corner. A dream! I was recommend Magic Hour which was a former house special not currently on the menu. It featured notes of coconut and toffee- soooo yums!
