Wonderful to have a authentic delicious Mediterranean restaurant in Dalton. My falafel was scrumptious and my Dining partners shwarma was delicious and unique. The service was an paralleled, we enjoyed dining outdoors. We ordered food to go and it was prepared in a timely manner to be hot when we were ready to leave. Such an amazing asset to the adorable downtown business district! The delicious food is cooked to perfection and super fresh! The hummus is full of flavor and pita super soft. Greek salad chock full of delicious kalamata olives and feta with the freshest additional ingredients and the dressing tastes like it's made in house. Lentil soup is spot on! The beef shawarma wrap was unbelievable!! Very clean and nice sidewalk eating space as well. Very friendly staff and welcoming. The BEST Turkish coffee and tiramisu in the area!! The menu is genuine and full of freshly prepared items that give your taste buds something very different than the ole meat and three that many places offer. This restaurant is one of the many in the area that make Dalton a great place to try different cuisines! The inside was very inviting and warm with beautiful pictures of Greece hung about. The entire restaurant consisted of one large room, the kitchen was visible from the dining room (very reminiscent of a Moes or Chipotle) but was not distracting or noisy. The ordering experience was easy but not effective, you simply wait in line and order and pay at the front and take a number. The menu was exciting but needed more description. As someone who likes to try new foods I didn't mind ordering aimlessly but for someone more reserved I could see a level of anxiety in ordering from the hanging menu above the register. After taking a number and sitting outside I waited 5-10 minutes and the food was brought to the table. I will also mention throughout the dinner I was checked on twice even though no formal waiter was assigned to me. I had the beef shawarma and it was very delicious. I will say however in the description my order was supposed to come with humus and two of the plates ordered in my group did not receive this. I did try the humus from another plate in my group and was delighted in the freshness of it, you can tell it's made daily. Outside was nice scenery and pleasant people watching but I was bombarded by about 10,000 flies. This review is being written on October 5th and I could see how it would be miserable earlier in the year. I would suggest eating inside near the windows. Overall, a very tasty restaurant and I will be re-visiting soon! read more

Went back for lunch with a friend. Just as good as the take-out. Tried the beef shwarma special. Meat was spiced nicely and the wrap was perfectly soft with a little crunch. Homemade pickles inside were a pleasant surprise too. Very clean and fresh atmosphere in the restaurant, just like the food, and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Great spot. read more

Today was my first time trying the place. The food is good. I added an appetizer of Samosa. I am not sure exactly what I was expecting, but perhaps my a comment from my lunch companion sums things up. "...they give you two...". I don't think I have ever ordered an appetizer anywhere and received only two pieces. At $4.99, each little two inch pastry cost $2.50 cents. Wow! I don't know how one can justify that. That is too expensive and it simply isn't worth it! Can't give more than 3 stars. read more
