Omg best drive through on main north road for coffee and brunch…read more Definitely as good as it gets. Such friendly staff and great customer service but the secret is the coffee. Good quality coffee and the sizing of the cups are bigger. Fast and efficient and I keep coming back to this place as least 3 to 4 times in a week. The staff are so lovely here and the awesome funky atmosphere they provide is a worthwhile to stop and grab a coffee. They are open from 5am to 5pm and mostly have drive through customers, however there is a window to serve walk through customers that drop in without a car and can grab their take away items and can either sit at the bench listening to tunes. There is a small selection of items on the menu, but it's the quality of the food that is provided here. So far I have had the *smoked salmon bagel for $7 - This was different, smoked salmon with cheese bagel. Fresh Bagel. Very tasty. Thumbs up! *pumpkin feta spinach and pinenut quiche $5.50 - This was unexpectedly very tasty. The outside was firm yet soft and fresh as it crumbled nicely when bitten. The pumpkin, feta, spinach and pine nut worked well together. I was going to save this for lunch but it looked too good and I ate it with my morning coffee. *Nutella donut $3.00 - like... WHAT!!!! nutella donut. I'm in heaven. Nutella oozing out of the donut when bitten. Soft and delicious texture. YUMMY! *Banana bread $3.50 - very fresh and tasty, thumbs up! *Raspberry and chocolate muffin $4.50 - OMG... it's a huge muffin with giant chocolate chips on top and throughout the tasty and delicious are smaller chocolate chips that are distributed quality evenly and lots of raspberry in the middle. *Large cappuccino - a nomal serve already has 3 shots of coffee so no need to get the extra shot, it smells great, tastes awesome, bigger serving than maccas but tastes so much better. The quality is so.... good as I don't get upset tummy aches as other coffees have made me a bit sick. I'll definitely will come back again and again as it's on the way to work and the coffee here is so good..... Thumbs up

These guys take their coffee extremely seriously and it shows in the final product. Coffee is…read morefantastic and remarkably consistent (which is all too rare these days). Friendly service and the convenience of drive through top it off. A must visit in Adelaide!

The first thing to note about this place is that there is no sign on the front that tells you what…read morethe place is called. If you look near the door there's a little label that has details of the business registration on it, and that's where the name is. It's a shame because this is a quality cafe, and no one knows what to call it. My suggestion is to put it in your GPS and check it out that way. If you don't know Mawson Lakes very well that is... The coffee is the thing I rave about here. Well... when I say coffee I mean hot chocolate. I don't actually drink coffee. It's nice to sit down with a cup of chocolate and just relax and engage in some conversation. If you opt for a gourmet sandwich or roll I can guarantee you the end product will be lovely and fresh. If you have room for it and aren't on a diet I also suggest one of their cakes. Yum. People may not know the name, but they know the reputation.

The Krakus Cafe has been around in Mawson Lakes for quite a few years now. It has changed ownership…read moreseveral times but the high standards of coffee and food seem to continue. The cafe is split in half with a large selection of continental goods; cold meats, salami etc. The other half is a well presented counter with a selection of quality cakes and sandwiches that can be made fresh to your liking. My favourite is the toasted schnitzel roll. The menu also shows many special breakfast options and while they are not cheap I do think the quality would be there for you to indulge. There is some seating inside but if you want to have a personal conversation then it is better to sit outside where your coffee will be brought out to you. I am so looking forward to when smoking is banned in public places. On several occasions I have been here for a business meeting / coffee and have been exposed to smokers nearby. I have always been impressed with how clean and well presented this little cafe is. And, with excellent coffee I will continue to be a regular here.
