I was very excited to try Asian fusion options on their brunch menu. The menu really stood out to me because they have a lot of options that are unique to this area. The Mentaiko udon was perfectly creamy and savory. I loved how the fish eggs added texture to the creamy sauce. The shakshuka was on the more on the acidic side but it contrasted the udon nicely. Eggs were poached very well. I got the coconut matcha strawberry and I wish the matcha was stronger. (not pictured - I do usually request extra matcha scoop at Starbucks) The decor was fun, the space was open and had some nooks and crannies that were nice to sit and catch up with a friend. I would come back to try the salmon okonomiyaki Benedict (was sold out when I went)

Cafe Noricha offers a cozy, modern spot for comfort with a creative twist -- the udon with mentai cream sauce and the bambu bu drink are must-tries. The udon with mentai cream sauce is decadently satisfying: thick, chewy noodles coated in a velvety, slightly smoky mentai cream that balances savory umami with a gentle oceanic tang. The sauce clings beautifully to each strand, and thoughtful toppings--crisped nori, a scatter of spring onion, and a few pops of ikura or toasted sesame--add textural contrast and bursts of flavor. It's rich without being cloying, comforting yet refined. The bambu bu drink is a refreshing complement. Lightly sweet with a subtle vegetal freshness and a clean finish, it feels both inventive and approachable. Its bright notes cut through the creaminess of the udon, making the pairing feel balanced and intentional. Overall, Cafe Noricha nails the balance between bold flavors and comfort. The udon is indulgent and expertly composed; the bambu bu is an inspired, palate-cleansing partner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a thoughtful, flavorful meal.

Cafe Noricha is a newly opened cafe in Noblesville, heard really good reviews so had to try it out. First off, love the options on the menu which combines vegetarian, seafood, and meat/chicken. I ordered the shakshuka with garlic baguette slices and the portion was huge for 1 person! Noricha has a wide variety of teas, boba teas, creamy teas all of which looked so tempting! I was so full that I didn't get any of the drinks - but my friend ordered one and I tried some. I must say it was a great delight and I will go back to order it again! Service was prompt and courteous, the bill was slightly higher and I get the inflation costs plus how expensive everything is so no complaints.

My cute mom with her Mango Tango

Our first visit here and it was fantastic. I do not live mushrooms and gave most of mine to my mom but tried the ones with my steak and would eat them all next time. My mom's Carbonara was absolutely delicious. If I have any complaints it would be that my Ribeye was a little over medium and a not as tender as I like but forgivable due to how flavorful it was. I would not hesitate to order again and it wasn't tough just not really tender. We loved the mango tango drinks. Cute inside and the chairs were really comfy.

This was a super fun new place to try. The ambiance is perfect and the details are fun down to the fancy toilets! We all enjoyed our food. My husband thought the lobster Mac and cheese was nice and creamy, I had the burger which was super juicy and flavorful, and the kids chicken nuggets and HUGE fruit side had my 5 year old asking for seconds. The mango, taro, and Oreo monster drinks were also a hit ! The service was quick and attentive. We will definitely keep this one in our rotation!

Newly opened. Super clean. Comfy fancy decor. Very friendly service. Food and drinks were very delicious. Everyone enjoyed what they got. My little was so happy with his monster milkshake. It was a little too sweet for my liking but i was luckily able to dial down the sweetness for my Bambu drink and it was perfect. The high tech bathroom took me awhile to figure out but it was neat. Only needs a changing table. The surrounding area was also nice to explore. We stumbled upon a farmers market Sat morning and small playground right outside. Parking garage on site that's free for the first four hours. Food price tag a bit shocking but what isn't these days. Would definitely recommend a visit if looking for a treat!

Absolutely delicious and great service ! Highly recommend this restaurant for a unique food and ambiance experience !

Miss pineapple tropic and sunrise bowl

Fantastic dinner! Food and drink were both really, really, really delicious. Unique atmosphere but the food and drinks were absolutely top notch. The menu downplays what you actually get. Service was very, very good as well. Can't give this restaurant enough credit. Try it! The taro drink and burnt boba were great! The sunrise bowl and pineapple tropic were both far beyond expectations. Very well done, keep up the great menu and service!

Clean & cool decor; very friendly and helpful service. My niece and I truly enjoyed our experience. She had the Lobster Mac n Cheese and a Creme Brûlée boba tea. I had the chicken with roasted asparagus, rice, and a lovely cream sauce. We were too full for dessert.

We tried the Oreo milk tea, brown sugar matcha, and crème brûlée milk teas.

The crème brûlée milk tea was not good, so we ordered the Burnt Boba for a second chance. I took a drink and got a long dark hair in the straw. Pretty disappointing from a new spot in Noblesville.

The restaurant is on a corner of the square, and had two sections of seating (from what I saw). I took the bar side, and found a table set with menu, silverware, etc. Service was immediate, and coffee and water came right away - plus a small pitcher of cream (nice touch). I ended up with an omelet - sausage, onion, mushroom and pepper jack cheese - with two pancakes and hash browns. Food arrived in less than ten minutes. The pancakes were good - served with a packet of butter and small plastic cup of syrup (just enough). The omelet was good - almost "meaty" - and the hash browns were crispy and not greasy. Mike was behind the bar taking care of the room while there were food runners helping with drinks and other needs. Nice music, low-key atmosphere, very clean (I didn't check the restrooms) and overall seemed like a popular spot.

What struck me most as I walked through the cafe was how dirty the place is. The bathroom, the floors, the walls, and the ceiling fans. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. The breakfast sandwich with homemade bread was tasty, and the corned beef hash was interesting. Not what I expected. Fried corned beef on top of hash browns. A bit greasy. I did enjoy sitting by the window and watching people come and go at the Courthouse.

It was a very odd moment when we first came in to be looked up and down and then feeling like we were inconveniencing them. We should have walked then but I was excited to see the building and give it a try. Our server Alan was friendly but I have a feeling he had other tables at a different area because he would be missing for long bouts of time From a food perspective, it's really nothing special and it wasn't very good. The other inconvenience were several flies that were with us in the dining room. Here's what we ordered: - pretzel appetizer - a little overdone, mustard was strong but cheese queso good. Nachos with steak - see pic - smallest nachos I've ever had at a place like this for the same price - steak was fatty, cheese wasn't even melted and while the chips were good the notion that this was a restaurant quality/portion and name sake was laughable. Same queso as was served with the pretzels. - French dip - odd taste, maybe since it was prime rib meat? Beet salad - beautifully presented and was delicious - only highlight of the meal especially with the tasty raisin bread. Fountain drinks are Pepsi brands - those were good.

We were seated and then no one came to take our drinks order for nearly 20 minutes. We put in our sandwich and soup orders when she came for the drink order because we had already sat there 20 minutes and we didn't want it to be even longer before she came back. 25 minutes later we still did not have our food despite asking about it twice. our server said well I've asked three times back there... I don't know what's taking so long. I said could you please mention maybe to a manager? We were not strident or angry, into this certainly was not our servers's fault but we were extremely disappointed because four tables surrounding us had been seated, served and one of them was finished and we still did not have our food. A manager came and said we're getting your food out just as quick as we can and I stopped her and said ma'am it's too late for as quick as you can because it's been 25 minutes and we've been here 45 minutes. She left the table and in less than two minutes came back with our food, sat in front of us said she was sorry and what else could she do for us and I said I'm not sure how to answer that; we just wanted our food. My friend's egg entrée was completely cold, my sweet potato fries were cold and my friend's soup was lukewarm at best. We waved the manager back and explained that our food was cold and must have been sitting for quite some time. She seemed upset took the food back and said she would get them to fix some more and I said you know I think we're just going to leave now I don't want to wait for more food to be prepared. As we turned to leave she told us to have a nice day but it seemed more in sarcasm rather than sincerity. I also want to point out that the prices have soared since our last visit. I'm not sure when or if we will come back to Rosie's, which is a shame because their bakery items are to die for.

I come from a land where great breakfast burritos can be found everywhere (you know the place), so my standards are high. And then I tasted the breakfast burrito at Mornings Breakfast & Brunch in Fishers. And now ... well. If someone asked me, now, where my favorite breakfast burrito is located, Mornings might pop into my head. Because the breakfast burrito here is bangin'. It's appropriately mushy in all the right places. (If you know me, then you know that "mushy" is a big compliment when describing a burrito.) It has hash browns that aren't too crispy, diced bacon (or whatever other meat you choose), scrambled eggs, cheese, all wrapped in a thin flour tortilla. The breakfast burrito also comes with a side of sour cream and salsa verde, plus an additional side. I chose fried potatoes. I got my breakfast burrito to go, like you should. Do people eat burritos sitting down in a restaurant? Aren't they made to be eaten in a car, precariously gripped in one hand, with the other had on the steering wheel, maneuvering around roundabouts? Or in a car, dripping sweat into the to-go container as you hover over it to shove the last bits of burrito into your face after a vigorous yoga session? Burritos are meant to be eaten in cars, obviously, so I got my breakfast burrito to go. Burritos, like many things, taste better when they're eaten in a car. When I visited Mornings early in the morning, the music was blasting in the dining room. I don't know if they always have it this loud, or if maybe they were just trying to pump up the staff, or if maybe I'm just old and everything is loud now, but the music was very loud. Like, "raise your voice to talk to the person across the table" loud. I guess just keep that in mind. Or let that be yet another sign that you need to get your food to go and eat it in your car.
