This location is awful. Every time I go to the airport I always stop at Harmony down by the luggage. It's amazing, the presentation of the drinks, the service, and the flavors are always tasty. I found out there was one up here in Carmel. I was excited to try it out and I was utterly disappointed. The cheap cups, the flavor is literally all milk, it's just a terrible rendition. I was in there maybe for 5 minutes and 2 people came in asking for their orders to be doctored up because the drinks didn't taste right. How in the world can Carmel not even come close to the Airport store? What a shame. - never coming here again. I guess I'll get my Harmony fix when I travel. Spot the difference in the photos

Definitely hit the spot on a warm Sept afternoon. The place is welcoming and order by kiosk. I wanted a red bean slush and it was excellent. Family had other drinks as well, but the mango pomelo sagoneas particularly interesting, it had a ton of sago, boba and bits to accompany the liquid. Very fun to slurp and chew on. Nice outside patio to hangout. There was good on the menu as well
I love this place. I hope Indianapolis is not too Midwest for this concept. If you want to eat healthy, fresh food, get one of their poke bowls. They are delicious. Skip the fast food chains and support local businesses like Harmony. I'll definitely be back.
This place!!!...I actually get a craving for it. Ok so this is my 4 th visit in about a month or so-what's that day? Yes, it's good. A bit pricey but fun, unique and a huge portion. Yesterday I introduced my friend to Harmony and she liked it too. We had the mix of tarp and matcha ice cream with granola tapioca bobba and the yummy mocha on top! Also first time to try the mocha doughnut. I had the black sesame from server recommendation and my friend had plain. She thought hers was a bit sweet but mine was less sweet and interesting flavor. The texture is a little more chewy than a fluffy light doughnut and it's good. Not sure I'm addicted to them like the ice cream though. Today was a much longer wait than usual but that won't affect me returning. Nice employees always. I'm drooling at all of the other options they offer. So I'll definitely go back.
This is my go-to place for boba and poke bowls! I've been to a few poke places in Carmel and this one has the best bang for your buck. You get a large portion of food that is filling and there are plenty of side options to choose from! As for the boba, I know people say it's expensive, but I feel like this is the average price of bubble tea in Indianapolis in general. You get what you pay for here and can customize the level of sweetness you want. I usually get the caramel brown sugar bubble tea or the matcha. Both delicious! You can use the self-service kiosk or go to the cashier. I've been here a few times and it's always a good experience!
I am so happy that we have these locations in Central Indiana. I have tried several Boba tea places, and this one is superb. The Boba is super fresh and not slimy tasting. It's chewy and delicious! They have a kiosk you can order at, or you can step up to the counter and order. The staff was friendly enough. The menu can be somewhat overwhelming so it's kind of nice to use the kiosk; it gives you all the variations and options. It includes all the ingredients. To me these are kinda sweet so I get 25% sweet and it's yummy! Great place to meet up with friends and chat while enjoying an excellent tea, smoothie, shakes and more. Oh, they even have poke. I've not tried it, but it looked very good. Everything on it looked fresh when someone ordered it that was standing beside me. Try it!!!
All the ordering is done on kiosks at the store. You can even type in special instructions, which we did and that was done accurately. We ordered 3 different drinks but had each split into 2 cups which was perfect size for us. We ordered the Mango Pomelo sago, the red bean smoothie and the Peach smoothie. All the drinks were as we had wanted and were expecting. The Mango Pomelo was different, it had sago in it as well as Mango pieces and pomelo pieces. The small was $6.75 each and the larges were $8.75 each. The cups were cute, they came with a cute lid that had a cover for the spout attached to it.
The service is amazing and the workers are very helpful and nice. The drinks are amazing. I have yet to try the food while it may take a bit. It's because it's fresh. Using the app can also help and you can collect points for free drinks and food. The scenery is amazing and very calming while also being fun and welcoming. I love this spot and visit very often with friends. This would be a fun place to visit and a good place to study.

Great poke bowls! Tried this place for the first time. Tucked away in Clay Terrace so you have to know it's there. Very clean and modern inside, there are stations to order tea and cards to fill out for poke. There are a lot of combinations to choose from and a lot of choices for veggies and mix ins. The price is a little more than those in the area but the number of toppings you get to choose is quite a bit. I thought it might be nice to keep the price lower then add more if you want more toppings, since I did not want to use every single one. Overall great flavor and fresh ingredients! Easy process from ordering to getting my food, same with the tea.

Stop number of the bubble tea journey... Harmony is in Clay Terrace near the north side. The shop is upscale, clean with tables inside and out. You order and pay from a kiosk. Then a barista makes the order and sends a text when ready. The menu options were easier to understand than other tea shops. I was ecstatic to see sugar-free options. I selected a sugar-free dragon fruit smoothie. It was delicious and refreshing - no sugar needed. The dragon fruit was prominent. Wow. The only down side was that you have to leave your phone number, which I thought was ridiculous. They make poke too, I'll try next time. read more

I went here yesterday for the first time and I went back not even 4 hours later... if that tells you ANYTHING about how I feel about this place. I have yet to try the Poke Bowls, but that is on my list. First I absolutely love the cups that they use. I am not sure if they offer discounts if you bring them back, but they are definitely reusable. The first time I went yesterday I got the Rose Black Tea with Passion Fruit, Lime, and Mandarin fruit topping. It was amazing!!! although a little on the sweet side for me due to the fruit topping. So when I went back a few hours later I got the Rose Black Tea plain with zero sweetness and it was still amazing! I can't wait to frequent this place for my tea needs!!! read more

I love that there is a bubble tea place in the north side! Not only do they have food, but their bubble tea menu is huge and so many new flavors I haven't seen anywhere else! My husband and I tried the caramel bubble milk black tea with Oreo and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend this flavor! We can't wait to go back and try more of the other flavors read more

A nice option for a poke bowl. I love when places have more than just seafood. I can be adventurous, but prefer not to be most of the time. They have so many things to make your bowl unique and perfect for you. They had great sauces too. I was amazed by all the offerings they had for the bowls. Clay Terrace has plenty of parking and Harmony had indoor and outdoor seating. It wasn't too busy on a weeknight. The best way they have bubble tea! They had so many kinds. It was so hard to decide, but I know they any option would have been great. The Lychee Green Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly was really good. I would order it again. They give you a free drink on your birthday, but we just missed mine. read more

I stopped in here after shopping at Clay Terrace and really enjoyed my poke bowl! I had a bowl with shrimp and salmon. Their menu has plenty of add in and topping options to build your poke bowl just the way you like. They also have some pre-determined bowls you can choose from if you prefer that. I had a regular size bowl which was large enough for me to make two meals out of. One thing that I thought was unique was that they toss your protein and veggies in the sauce that you choose before putting it on the rice. I also tried their passionfruit, pineapple green tea which was very light and refreshing! The employees working were very friendly and went out of their way to offer me a water as I hadn't ordered a drink. You can order at the counter or at kiosks at the front of the store. I plan to return to try more of their many bubble teas and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a poke bowl! read more

Came here a few weeks ago and can't stop thinking of the bubble tea. It was so refreshing and I now realize I actually do like bubble tea. You can order at the counter or on one of the two kiosks available. If you like to customize your order, I'd suggest the kiosk! The poke was also delicious! I always thought poke was raw fish but I learned that it's cooked fish as well - which is right up my alley. They serve large portions in a deep bowl, it's a lot of food! I know this place is BRAND new, so I'll have to review again once they get a little more lax...however my experience here was amazing! I came with my wife and daughter and we ordered 2 poke bowls, and 2 drinks. I got the Hawaiian Poke Bowl and my wife got the Mango Salmon bowl. Both were outstanding. They were very fresh, with the seafood tasting great, and all the vegetables (and fruit in her case) tasted freshly cut. The quality was exceptional. Even the rice felt like it was recently made versus sitting for a while. The two drinks we got were: a Mango smoothie for my daughter which she loved (we got 0 sugar, and it did NOT need anymore than that) and I thought was pretty good as well. We also got the boba based milk tea and it was also delicious. I got it with 25% sugar and it was plenty..I'll try 0 next time. All in all this was a fabulous experience and we will be back for sure! I hope the quality can remain top notch. read more

Came back to visit and found this new hot spot for boba! You self order and they'll text you when it's ready. The seating was also very nice. Overall ambiance was great. The staff was friendly and nice so would def recommend. They also had a ton of different options too so there's tons to try! read more

I've had some really spectacular Boba Tea across Seattle in living there for a season of life. This is REALLY amazing Boba. The flavor is awesome, the milk foam has a wonderfully salty, authentic taste to it and the lid is perfect for both sipping and using a straw. This is going to quickly become my go-to for all things boba. Im not a big poke person so I cannot speak to that component of the menu but gosh... this is wonderful boba tea. read more
