This location is awful. Every time I go to the airport I always stop at Harmony down by the luggage. It's amazing, the presentation of the drinks, the service, and the flavors are always tasty. I found out there was one up here in Carmel. I was excited to try it out and I was utterly disappointed. The cheap cups, the flavor is literally all milk, it's just a terrible rendition. I was in there maybe for 5 minutes and 2 people came in asking for their orders to be doctored up because the drinks didn't taste right. This place!!!...I actually get a craving for it. Ok so this is my 4 th visit in about a month or so-what's that day? Yes, it's good. A bit pricey but fun, unique and a huge portion. Yesterday I introduced my friend to Harmony and she liked it too. We had the mix of tarp and matcha ice cream with granola tapioca bobba and the yummy mocha on top! Also first time to try the mocha doughnut. I had the black sesame from server recommendation and my friend had plain. She thought hers was a bit sweet but mine was less sweet and interesting flavor. The texture is a little more chewy than a fluffy light doughnut and it's good. Not sure I'm addicted to them like the ice cream though. You get a large portion of food that is filling and there are plenty of side options to choose from! They have a kiosk you can order at, or you can step up to the counter and order. The staff was friendly enough. The menu can be somewhat overwhelming so it's kind of nice to use the kiosk; it gives you all the variations and options. It includes all the ingredients. To me these are kinda sweet so I get 25% sweet and it's yummy! Great place to meet up with friends and chat while enjoying an excellent tea, smoothie, shakes and more. Oh, they even have poke. All the ordering is done on kiosks at the store. You can even type in special instructions, which we did and that was done accurately. We ordered 3 different drinks but had each split into 2 cups which was perfect size for us. We ordered the Mango Pomelo sago, the red bean smoothie and the Peach smoothie. All the drinks were as we had wanted and were expecting. The Mango Pomelo was different, it had sago in it as well as Mango pieces and pomelo pieces. Their menu has plenty of add in and topping options to build your poke bowl just the way you like. They also have some pre-determined bowls you can choose from if you prefer that. I had a regular size bowl which was large enough for me to make two meals out of. One thing that I thought was unique was that they toss your protein and veggies in the sauce that you choose before putting it on the rice. I also tried their passionfruit, pineapple green tea which was very light and refreshing! The employees working were very friendly and went out of their way to offer me a water as I hadn't ordered a drink. You can order at the counter or at kiosks at the front of the store. I came with my wife and daughter and we ordered 2 poke bowls, and 2 drinks. I got the Hawaiian Poke Bowl and my wife got the Mango Salmon bowl. Both were outstanding. They were very fresh, with the seafood tasting great, and all the vegetables (and fruit in her case) tasted freshly cut. The quality was exceptional. Even the rice felt like it was recently made versus sitting for a while. The two drinks we got were: a Mango smoothie for my daughter which she loved (we got 0 sugar, and it did NOT need anymore than that) and I thought was pretty good as well. We also got the boba based milk tea and it was also delicious. I got it with 25% sugar and it was plenty..I'll try 0 next time. All in all this was a fabulous experience and we will be back for sure! Parking is ample, as it's located in a shopping block. Both the bubble tea and poke exceeded my expectations! I had the mango salmon bowl and my boyfriend ordered the Hawaiian bowl (I preferred his tbh, but both were great). Also got an add-on oolong milk bubble tea, which pleasantly surprised me. I'd put it in the same category as LaTea/Tsaocca (but behind Gong Cha lol). Only downside was that this was $6 with no option for less than 50% sugar.
