Coming from NYC, I was dying to taste a good bubble tea that would match up with my all time fav Something Homemade Sweet or Gong Cha! And Yes!!! I found it! I had the peach fruit tea and the Taro Bubble tea and both were soooooo yum and refreshing! We get to choose the sugar level - 0%, 50% and 100% which is great as I don't enjoy mine too sweet (don't want the sugar rush or diabetes! Lol) The location in clay terrace is awesome, so if you are in the middle of the day and want to quench your thirst after all that shopping or just want to hang out with your friends and have a chill evening, this would be a good place to go in the quiet town of Carmel! p.s: couldn't take pics as I was busy entertaining my toddler! will post next time! read more

As someone who loves bubble tea, this place hits the spot! Variety of drinks and bubbles are always on point. (I've been to bubble tea places where the bubbles were hard and rubbery.) The staff is so sweet and friendly. It's still new so give them a bit of grace when it's busier. Poke bowls are very filling and fresh. They have loyalty cards for teas and bowls, after 10, you get a free one! Highly recommend this place! read more

I ordered online for pick up on my lunch break. The ingredients were fresh and I would definitely be back! I also ordered a black tea with mango boba, delicious! read more

Best bubble tea and poke on the north side! My favorite is their jasmine milk tea with boba. Their Keystone location has some phenomenal mochi donuts which I highly recommend. The Clay Terrace location has poke with the option for BBQ eel that is phenomenal. Fresh ingredients, lovely service, and such a cute welcoming shop! read more

My absolute favorite boba place!!! The variety of bubble tea available is just CRAZY! This has to be the best boba I've had in Indiana so far! I love that they have kiosk so yo Uc a place your order yourself in case it's busy at the front. There is plenty of parking available and plenty of seats to eat indoors or outdoors (in the summer) read more

Talk about some fancy bubble tea! Harmony has a modern style interior with kiosks for ordering. It did take us a minute to understand how to order via kiosk, but once we got the hang of it it was very easy! They have tons of customization options - my favorite was the white peach oolong tea with leeche, but you really can't go wrong. The tea was extremely fresh tasting and the cups were very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. The price point for Harmony is a bit higher than your typical bubble tea, but it is worth every penny! read more

They are getting worst. Not worth to go there anymore. Same price but with low quality of food than before

D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S !!! Highly recommend and will be going back. The staff is helpful and let me know what the most popular items were. This drink was sweet and refreshing. If you love matcha you need to try this asap. read more

Harmony Tea Shoppe - Strawberry Jasmine Milk Tea with Matcha Foam - Poke Near Me - Carmel, Indiana

My daughter loves bubble tea and begged me to bring her here today. I'm not a bubble tea fan at all, but I had heard that they also had poke bowls, which I love, so we headed here for lunch. I was disappointed to see nothing but drink options on the menu board (Maybe I was mistaken about the poke?) But they had a caramel milkshake on the menu, so I opted for that. After ordering, I saw poke ingredients (I think) behind the counter, so I guess they do offer poke bowls, but it was weird that nothing but the drinks were listed on the menu. But I'm almost glad I didn't know the poke was an option because the caramel milkshake was amazing! I do wish they offered a smaller size, though, because I only had half of it (not because it wasn't delicious, but because I had intended to have a semi-healthy poke bowl, not a massive caramel milkshake.) We'll definitely be back, and it will be a struggle to opt for the poke bowl now after how indulgent and yummy the caramel milkshake was! (But really, offering a smaller size of it would be awesome!) read more

Harmony is amazing! A little bit on the pricey side, but for $25 you get a pretty full bowl of goodies (i.e. ahi tuna, salmon, crab salad, tamago, mango, etc.). And if for some reason you don't want to order at the counter, they have little kiosks where you can take as much time to decide as you like. Highly recommend! read more

The ambiance is pretty cool, I like the modern look with the large statuettes, the aesthetic is really cute and I have to imagine that's what is carrying this business because I was not at all impressed with my order and neither was my husband. I purchased the lychee milk tea with lychee jelly. Texturally I really liked the bounce of the jelly and the creaminess of the milk tea, but it did not taste like lychee, it tasted like licking a rose-forward perfume bottle. I was so disappointed. There were a few pieces of real lychee in there which I loved, but the rosy flavoring was so overpowering I couldn't really taste the real lychee flavor. My husband got just a normal matcha milk tea, it really was just below average and the matcha used was not very high quality. Half sweet wound up not being sweet enough which is weird coming from me, I do not like a very sweet drink. For the price I wouldn't come back, and that makes me sad, because I really wanted the teas to match my excited expectations. read more

The drinks and Ramen are fantastic. Highly recommended for a quick stop. Very cool and clean inside as well.

This is my first time to Harmony. The vibe was really good and the music is trendy. I had a Strawberry milk tea with matcha foam and 25%less sugar and it's actually less sweet. I'd definitely come back. read more

Best service ever! They opened the door for us and let us order even when they just closed. Great music and vibe and drinks!

Milk tea is pretty good but it will be nice if he put more tapioca balls. The service was just OK.

I came to visit family in Carmel IN and needed something refreshing. Not only is the place gorgeous and clean the Mango Mocktail is DELICIOUS. It's a sweet lightly carbonated iced drink with mango chunks and mint leaves. Not to mention I received my drink so fast. Great Service. If you are in the area this is a MUST! read more

CAN'T GET ENOUGH!! I have been to 3 different locations across Indianapolis, and my fav is the newest location across from the Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing. It's so pretty, great ambience. Great for a *cute* photo opp ;) The mochi donuts are good, the matcha soft serve was AMAZING, and my FAV is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Always friendly service and ALWAYS QUICK AND EFFICIENT!! read more

The BEST POKE! Oh my heavens, so so delish! So fresh, excellent topping options, SUPER yummy sauces and really, you get a LOT of food for the price! I actually split it into two meals! It's called a Tea Shoppe but it should really be mainly a POKE place then a tea shoppe! ;) They also have a rewards card so it's easy to build up free food! The BEST poke in the area, in my opinion!! (and the Harmony sauce is my fav but get an extra one on the side so you can have more for eating leftovers!) read more

We've enjoyed this place multiple times! I went to visit family for a week and we came here about 4 times! Highly recommend it

We have been looking for good bubble tea on the north side for over a year now. We happened to stumble upon this place. Now we're frequent customers. It is so good! Also, the poke is excellent too. Go with what the staff recommends if you've never had it before. read more

The best bubble tea. I like getting the strawberry milk bubble tea with no matcha and add strawberry popping bobba. So good!

Easy to order - they have 2 kiosks to order from and you can order at the check out as well. Your drinks are prepared within 5 minutes (the place was super busy). Staff behind the customer takes care of the business like it's their own. Very pleasant experience and delicious drinks. read more

So sweet fast service and so many amazing options to choose definitely keeps you coming back

This is our go-to bubble tea stop. The selections they have are amazing and you can customize the drinks almost any way you want. Their brewed tea flavor has much more depth and doesn't have the artificialness that other places have. We went in with our toddler and unfortunately had an accident spilling one of our drinks after ordering. They remade one for us no questions asked. Trust me, we've had a lot of bubble tea in and out of the country and this is one of the best places we've visited. So happy it is so close to home. read more

Great every time... so fresh and fast! One of my new favorites! Friendly place and healthy.

Really good drinks. A little pricey but really good flavor. So a nice splurge if you want bubble tea

Alright so I loved this place, so tasty, great ambience. However, I walked in one day and an employee was taking out the trash, normal. When he came back in, he put his apron on and started making orders, and no, he had no gloves on. UM...IS HANDWASHING A THING?? This is basic health and safety!!! If this isn't followed, then I can't imagine what else isn't. I never saw the other employee wash his hands before, during, or after making orders either, given everything that he touches around him. And it's not like the employees don't touch the fruit and ingredients with their bare hands, BUT THEY DO! At least wear gloves for that, please!!And I'm not the only one who saw this as there was another lady beside me who saw the same thing and she looked at me and said "Did you see that? I'm out." Which she did leave with her family. Not ever dining here again, also given the exaggerated poke prices when 5 min away ali'i poke has much better quality food, service, and prices. I rather buy my own boba and make mine at home. Please train your employees to me mindful of personal hygiene for your customers sake! read more

Overall, a good experience! Would definitely recommend trying the place out! The bubble tea was quite good, and the selection for tea was awesome. The poke bowls were also pretty good, and the options for what could be included were awesome. Service was pretty fast, and many of the ingredients tasted fresh. The only downsides for me were the staff being awkward (no greeting and didn't say much when food was ready), and the price. The food and drinks were good, but two teas and two bowls ended up being over $60 after we left a 15% tip on the order. Would definitely be worth the cost if we split -- and they give you enough food/drink that splitting is certainly viable. I think they're worth a try :) read more

The order I got from the WHITESTOWN location (not this location) gave me full sweetness I stead of half. Dimmy at the CARMEL location remade my order for me free of charge even after I tried to pay for the new drink. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Thank you Dimmy! 6/5 stars read more

The menu is amazing! Many different drink options, from teas to smoothies. The tea was wonderful, as well as the poke! The atmosphere was great and the staff were very friendly. Recommend to everyone local or visiting! read more

It is the best boba I've ever had in my life and the delivery is so fast I love it and get it almost get it every week!!

Just wanted to drop a line to state that my family and I stopped into the Carmel location on Wednesday, December 28th around 4pm and had the best customer service! The lady behind the counter made our drinks so delicious and she was very supportive of my son's commitment to the military. Thank you for making our day! read more

this place is amazing. although it is a bit pricey, it is so worth it. love the bubble teas! highly recommend!

My teenage daughter and I tried Harmony poke and bubble tea for the first time this week. I ordered the taro milk tea with rainbow jelly which included tapioca pearls and my daughter ordered The taro milk tea which included tapioca pearls (bubble). You can determine how much sugar you want in your drink and how much ice. I like that feature, because I hate having a drink filled with ice and you hardly get any of the actual drink. The milk teas were delicious and you should try the taro flavor. I never tried it before and I really like it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that it wasn't very clean. When I walked in, the front door was dirty and had smudges. It didn't smell that great either, but that may be because they serve fish. read more

I love poke and this place is very good. I have it 4 stars because I still think Alli'i in Fishers is the best. The ingredients here were very fresh and the portions are large. I wanted to try a bubble tea but I was too full. If you like poke, you'll love this place. read more

Very crowed place with nobody wears masks. Furthermore, they are extremely slow. It took more than 30 minutes for me to receive my drink while other people walked in later than me and got their drink before me. The taste was mediocre. Will not come back. read more
