Egg Republic is a great addition to the Zionsville restaurant scene. The restaurant is upscale, lovely and special inside. We were seated quickly in a booth. The dining room has a mix of booths, tables and a nice bar. Our server, Ben, was attentive. Several servers kept our lemon infused water full. The entire staff is super friendly and efficient. The menu offers a combination of modern breakfast and lunch options. Specialty cocktails and mocktails are available. I was surprised by how reasonably priced the meals were. I had the Shrimp Tacos that come with a side. The dish was beautifully presented with three huge tacos. The plump shrimp were cooked perfectly. The cilantro lime slaw was creamy and delicious. I loved the flavor of the tacos on the white corn tortillas. I chose a side of tator tots, which Ben said were prepared in-house. The tots were crispy and good. My husband had the Classic Burger with waffle fries. The burger is huge and he said it was cook to perfection. He raved about his burger and the waffle fries. I noticed that they have a kids menu that comes with crayons. High chairs are available. The restaurant is a little on the loud side, but we were still able to hold a conversation. We found plenty of parking in the strip mall lot.

We visited Egg Republic on opening day, and it was a fantastic experience! The menu is incredibly expansive, with so many creative and unique brunch and lunch options that it honestly took us a while to decide what to order because everything sounded so good. Our table ordered the Spanish omelet, the Fig Omelet, and the Crème Brûlée French Toast. Everything was beautifully presented, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It was refreshing to find a restaurant where the food looked every bit as good as it tasted, which isn't always the case with beautiful restaurants like this. Our server, Ben, was attentive, friendly, and did an excellent job, especially considering it was opening day. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. One of my favorite touches was the passion fruit smoke-filled bubble served at the end of the meal. It was such a fun and memorable surprise! We also saw another table celebrating a birthday, and their dessert arrived with a sparkler, making the occasion feel extra special. I'm so happy to see something fresh and different come to the area instead of another burger or pizza place. Egg Republic is a wonderful addition, and we'll definitely be back to work our way through more of the menu!

This was such a cute spot with good food! I got the veggie omelette with hash browns and the stuffed pancakes with a side of turkey sausage patties! Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. At the time, they had just opened a few days before our visit so they hadn't stocked up on all their liquor so I wasn't able to get the Golden Hour cocktail, instead I got the Tropical Bliss and it had limited, close to no vodka, it tasted more like a mocktail. There's lots of seating space and service was friendly.

Came here on their 4th day being open. Wasnt quite sure if they were open since there were conflicting statements online and no clear opening date. Also the map might take you elsewhere. I added them on Google maps though. They did not have a fully stocked bar yet so they weren't able to make 2 of the drinks we asked for (from the menu). They have a kids menu and crayons which was a nice surprise. I ordered the steak n eggs and the tropical bliss. It was good. The potatoes were tasty. They have house made hot sauces so be sure to ask for them. The menu is huge. The French toast sounds so good, can't wait to try it and their coffee. The middle plant with booth seating around it isn't stable so it moves a lot when ppl sit down or get up. It felt unsafe and I hope they find a way to stabilize it. My friends liked the chilaquiles, tex mex omelet, and stuffed pancakes.

Beautiful decor. Service and food were excellent. Great addition to the breakfast landscape of Hamilton County.

Kiki was our server, one of the sweetest people and highly recommended asking for her! Food was quick, hot, beautiful and delicious! This is a restaurant that I would expect to find in the Chicago suburbs, the atmosphere is busy but beautiful, staff is exceptional and friendly which you do not find at many establishments, and the food is top notch! My husband and I will be repeat customers

We arrived around 9:30ish on a Sunday and it was less than half full, although it definitely filled up by the time we left an hour later. Host promptly took us to a table on the east/right side of the dining space that consisted of a booth along the wall-side and chairs on the interior. There is a menu and other info on the west/barside wall, murals and windows on the north and south side walls, but the east wall I faced was plain and had nothing to look at, so mildly annoying for when my wife left the table. Acoustics were OK, although it was noticeably louder at then end of our meal when it had filled up. Our server was good. She was prompt in tending to us and very pleasant. The food took a bit from order to table, although that seemed to be true for several of our neighboring tables that arrived before us as well. For those partaking of their self-serve refillable coffee, it probably provides an opportunity to enjoy the beverage. Menu as a European Bistro is quite different compared to many other brunch options in the area. My wife selected the Vegano Bowl ($15.95) and substituted Roasted Potatoes ($2) for the standard mixed greens. She liked the bowl, although she prefers the options at Flower Child and Garden Table. She didn't love her potatoes. I ordered the Del Piero Toast ($13.95) and also substituted the mixed greens for the potatoes, which I enjoyed. Only thing I didn't really care for was the cutting board it was served on as it was not as user-friendly to eat from as I would have liked. However, I would order the toast again, although I am interested to investigate other menu options first.

The shrimp was amazing, served with a slaw of some kind and a dipping sauce that was so flavorful with a hint of a spicy end to it that paired so well with the sweetness of the coconut. A bit messy, but the chocolate really added to each sip so glad I tried it! Can't wait to dine here again. We loved our dinner so much he helped us make sure we could return for brunch when the Open Table app was being glitchy. Zach did a great job taking care of our order and was very attentive. It was my first time requesting a DORA to go cup to take a cocktail with me after leaving the restaurant. He was really nice about that. The food was incredible. I LOVED the Gnocchi French Onion soup, and the Bahama Mama Chicken--chicken kabobs with grilled pineapple & red peppers, tamarind Jerk BBQ sweet maduros, Cuban black beans & rice, guacamole and pickled onions. I particularly loved the warm pineapple with the Jerk sauce and how tender the chicken was. It was such a generous portion I will be having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The Florida Key's Lobster & Shrimp Roll made with Hawaiian rolls, served warm with Key West Lime butter or chilled Maine-style and salt & vinegar fries were out of this world!! The cocktails are also fantastic delicious and reasonably priced. They have a great selection and happy hour as well. I love the decor and the vibes. They even played Sublime which made me feel like I was back in Long Beach, CA where some of my best core memories were relived during this dinner! Can't wait to return!

We were so happy that we did because not only was the food and service amazing, but we also ran into a good friend who was also there enjoying a meal with a friend. The restaurant is on the smaller side and was pretty full when we arrived. We were sat at a table just behind the partition at the front of the restaurant. The chairs to the table appeared to be intentionally mismatched, two with cushioned seats and two without. We shuffled them around in order to make us both comfy. I was going to order the breakfast tacos, but I'm not a fan of the "scrambled eggs mixed with hash browns and your choice of Mexican chorizo..." I prefer all of my taco components to be separate. To that end, I ordered the El Mexicano Skillet with scrambled eggs. I substituted chorizo in place of the carnitas and requested tortillas in place of toast. Everything was perfect and I used the components to build my own breakfast tacos. It was delicious. My husband had the Two Eggs Combo and added 2 mini waffles to the meal. He enjoyed his food and the coffee very much. I ordered a mimosa flight that we shared. My favorite flavors were the strawberry mango and the peach, so hubby got stuck with the classic and strawberry orange! The service and the atmosphere were the cherry on our Sunday!

You can build your own omelette or order a typical Mexican breakfast or American style. They are very kind and the service is attentive. My waiter was friendly and my meal was brought out within 10 min of ordering. I arrived on a Wednesday morning before work around 10:00 AM. The cafe was not aa busy at that time. By the time I was finishing up then came a lunch rush and steady flow of people to dine in. I prefer maybe less onions and spinach in my veggie omelette it also comes with mushrooms, I asked for no broccoli. It was just a bit too much for one person. And I guess I don't care for watery omelettes the avocado slices were good. Overall the omelette needs more seasoning or salt and pepper it tasted like water and spinach to me. Couldn't enjoy without mixing it with the side of smoked sausage (ham). If you enjoy meat. I recommend to skip the veggie omelette and just get something with bacon in it next time. The side of diced potatoes were my favorite of my meal. I like the crisp and they did not taste burnt. They were cooked well and were even better with ketchup. I added one slice of sourdough toast your omelette comes with two sides. I wanted to do a quick journal entry and I brought a magazine to read but the music was a bit loud in the cafe. It was more of a louder space they played alternative rock and contemporary music. I had to wear my headphones to try and focus. If you are going to enjoy your meal and chat this is ok for that but not if you have like a work call or zoom this is not the cafe for you. Overall it's a good vibe. I wan't to go back and try a traditional mexican breakfast next time something with tortillas maybe. I also did not try their pancakes which looked good on the menu. They have a nice offering of mimosas if you are into that. A fresh fruity cocktail may have nice today. Jackie M. - 09/17/2026

We walked in to a charming, lovely and cozy atmosphere. It had just rained so the ambience was perfect. We sat down right away and was greeted by Justin, who was outstanding as our server. My husband ordered the chocolate mousse, and I took a chance on the Pavlova, which I had seen many times before on the great British bake off. I had always wanted to try it. We also ordered decaf French press, coffee, and it was also delicious. The desserts both came with Chantilly cream made in house and it was impeccable. We. We both loved our desserts. The Pavlova was a light meringue with lemon curd inside garnished with fresh berries. I was worried that it would be sweet too sweet, but it was not. The chocolate mousse was thick and chocolatey and the ratio of Chantilly cream was perfect. Now that we've come here for breakfast and dessert, we must come back for dinner.
