Nice cafe with a lot of vintage artifacts spread all over the dining area. There's a lot of seats, although the ordering area is narrow and by the door. Maybe this is intended to have lines go out the door to make it look hot. I ordered a cake. Very tasty. Seems they also have a brunch menu? Might be worth checking out.

First time at this cafe. Aesthetically pleasing when we first walked in. We did not know that this cafe was entirely self-serve. The gentleman that was helping was helpful and pleasant there was another girl behind the counter that was not helpful or pleasant. And was told they would bring the items to your table. But that wasn't the case. So you have to seat yourself. Go to the counter place your order. Go pick up your order and also bring your empty dishes to the front table. Not sure why we have to tip if we are doing all the work and there is little interaction with staff. The place was very busy till closing. Not sure if it's cuz it was Good Friday or it's always like this. The desserts seem to be outsourced and I have to say the cakes were really good. Will have to check out the supplier. Might come back to this place in the future

Was looking for a place that served cake so I came here with my gf for dessert one night. I do get the vibes that it's more of a coffee/latte place that also happens to serve pastries. We ordered a black sesame cheesecake and a tiramisu. I liked the black sesame cheesecake more than the tiramisu but I think my partner preferred the tiramisu more. It's counter service as other ppl have already pointed out. You walk in, order first at the cashier, grab your order and then find a spot to sit. The cafe was pretty PACKED when we arrived but luckily we managed to find a seat in the back. Would definitely be open to revisiting to try some coffee or latte. P.S. The guy sitting behind us had really intense body odor so we had to hold our breath most of the time LOOOOL.

Brunch - shrimp pasta and mushroom spinach egg benedict paired with americanos

I truly think for around $20 (inclusive of a tea or americano$ is a great deal! It took a bit longer to come out. The shrimp was undercooked but the staff kindly apologized and took it back to reheat - I do wish the pasta was less saucy and that they should have reheated the pasta as well. The eggs bene was great!! But the home fries and bacon were too oily. Hope that they can take this feedback and make it even better - it's a great cafe and has so much potential for their food to compete with other brunchie places that aren't in the downtown core!

The Walnut and Fig Daquoise is very delicious

This a very quaint cafe which offers a selection of coffees, teas and sweets. The owners are super friendly. You seat yourself and it's counter service. They also offer a variety of stuffed Korean style Macarons that look amazing and well priced from $3.50. I decided to try one of they Dacquoise $4.00. I asked what they are like and were described as similar to Macarons. I decided on Walnut and Fig Dacquoise. It was so delicious. I suggest you eat it by opening it up and eating it one half at a time to really savour and taste the beautiful flavourful fig jam in the walnut cream. So heavenly. The Banana Bread looked really good. It was loaded with Chocolate Chips and smelled divine. I didn't get a taste... my friend didn't offer LOL!! My friend said the Banana Bread was delicious and moist tho. I also really enjoyed my hot latte with a pretty heart latte art. It was well balanced, with a taste of espresso with a good amount of creaminess. Next time .... I need to go back and try the macarons. I highly recommend you you try this place!!

We visited on a Saturday evening. Despite being busy, the spacious setting allowed us to get a seat right away. You place your order at the cashier and pick it up when it's ready. They provide a buzzer to notify you when your order is ready. We had the bingsu, and it was delicious. They gave a generous portion and definitely had enough to share among two people. We will definitely come back with friends to try other dessert items.

First time visiting Cafe Login after other dessert spots in the area had no seating to accommodate my party of 10. Cafe Login is quite large with lots of seating and free wifi. What we ordered: - London Fog - Cinnamon Croffle - Black Sesame Tiramisu Final Thoughts: We came closer to closing so there were not as many options left in the dessert display, but I had the croffle which was warm and covered in cinnamon sugar. There is a 2-hour seating limit and no outside food allowed so not the ideal place if you're looking for a cafe to work from all day, but a nice place to have a drink and chat with friends.

Cafe is cute and great for photo to post on social media. Customer service is really bad. It's my first time visit but won't come back. When I ask question about dessert, they are not friendly at all. Make me feel I'm interrupting their time.

This cafe is Instagram worthy, with the cute decor. The desserts though were underwhelming. We ordered the pecan tart and the basque cheesecake. It was just okay. The 2 young women at the cash were not friendly at all, we walked in and they don't even acknowledge customers. No greetings or anything. They just wait for you to order and no thank you or anything. This cafe is a self serve- you order and pay and they give you a buzzer when your order is ready. For the 15% tip as the lowest option, I don't think it's worth it. The 2 women looked as if customers are disturbing them from their chitchat. Owners should send an "undercover customer" to get a feedback. Sadly some employees in customer service lack the training and the skills. This is a prime example. I doubt that I'll be back. I was planning on trying their Bingsoo- thank goodness Cups is in the same plaza.

3.5 Cafe Login is a cute, Korean style cafe in the Thornhill/North York area (Yonge/Steeles). There is ample parking in the plaza it is situated in. Came on a weekend evening and was seated right away. You order at the counter and then take a seat where it is available. The vibes inside are very warm and cozy (wooden interiors). The desserts here were pretty expensive (around $7-8), but tasty. Some more than others. Servers were friendly and answered any questions you had about the desserts. Teas and coffees also available. This would be the type of cafe you would spend a few hours at - it would be nice for playing card games with friends or even studying. I'd definitely venture back here to enjoy desserts and hang out with friends!

    Macarons & Dacquoise

Went here yesterday. I ordered a small iced cofee + beri beri dacquoise. They have increased their price a bit. Macarons are now $4. Dacquoise are now $4.50. Anyways, I really liked them. I came here to study. Although they have 2 hour seating limit which sucks coz I wanted to stay longer than that. I don't know if they actually enforce it to the customers but they have signs everywhere. Anyways, they have plenty of tables and study areas. Their interior design is aesthetically pleasing. Love the rustic vintage design. One downside though is their employees. It kinda feel like they're superior and unapproachable at times. Before I left the place, no body was at the counter and they were all at the back room having a talk. I would say that's not a good image for the business. Other than that, I would still highly recommend this place for great aesthetic amd desserts -i recommend their injeolmi macaron, beriberi dacquoise, and cafe mocha with ice. Oh

I do hope you have a sweet tooth! Cafe Login has so many different yummy desserts: Rahier's Cake, Young's Macarons, Korean Bingsu and more! Service is self served as you ordered from the counter and grab a table. We were here around 12 pm on a weekday so there were still tons of macarons on display! Lucky me! I would love to come back and try some of their fermented fruit teas and some Korean sweet potato latte!

    Rahier desserts :D!

After trying my vanilla iced latte and my partner's macchiato... I wondered if this place might actually be better known for food or matcha, based on what I've seen in other reviews - the coffee was not good. The espresso beans seemed to be over-roasted, which were quite bitter for our liking as opposed to something more subtly chocolatey and nutty. My iced latte also got watery pretty quickly as the ice melted it seemed, and ended up tasting more like the kind of latte you'd get from a fast-food chain (or the espresso shot was way too long). A bit of a letdown, especially since the two fairly small drinks came to about $18. The space itself is cozy, and I really like the vinyl collection (which earned the 2 stars). That said, the records are noticeably pricey compared to typical vinyl shops like Sonic Boom. A lot of them -- even ones with just Side A -- were priced at $55 and up. I didn't cross-check the barcodes on Discogs, but while I love the curation (especially the focus on Japanese jazz and city pop -- really cool stuff), I find it hard to believe all of them are rare pressings worthy of those $55-to-several-hundred-dollar price tags. As an avid collector myself, I wouldn't come here to buy the records. Service was friendly.

I had a matcha latte with almond milk this time and I was pleasantly surprised, a perfect level of sweetness, and not to mention the foam! I had no idea this was possible with almond milk! I'll definitely be back to try their coffee and a bite.

We shared the Mango Bingsu, and it was huge--easily enough for the five of us. The flavor was a solid 9/10, super refreshing and delicious. If they had crispy corn flakes on top, it would've been a straight 10/10 for me. We also got two Dalgona Lattes, one with oat milk, and she differentiated them with the coasters, which was such an adorable touch. Now I need to go back just to try more drinks! Parking was free but a little awkward--spots are at an angle, and the plaza can get busy. But honestly, it's worth it. Service was friendly and quick as usual. There's free parking at the plaza, though a bit tricky to find a spot during peak hours (dinner-time to closing).

Both the lamb was VERY tender, and I did not have to cut the meat at all as they just fell off. They both came with this onion/garlic-based gravy that went VERY well with the meat. I would love to try their all you can eat, but I wonder if they would all taste pretty similar as the above two dishes were very similar in taste and just different cuts of lamb (nonetheless delicious, especially for the price). I would also like to add that the service was fine, but they can check in with how the food is, offer water, and ask if our coffee be served at the beginning as they seemed to think that we would want it after our meal (based on their response when we asked for coffee again when they served our food). They're probably new to working as a wait staff, but I also shouldn't have to ask multiple times to get their attention as the staff seemed to be watching videos on their phone when I was trying to ask them a question when I was by the counter. I would come back, but I think their service can use a little work.
