A perfect local coffee shop with reasonable prices and good ambience. It's a small coffee shop with a variety of dessert options. It's a beautiful spot to catch up for a sip. This will be my go to spot for a quick coffee or desert from now on in the area

Reporting a verbal harassment for disability that just happened at a business in CT around 12 noon. Done by the man behind the counter, most likely the owner. The business is called Cafe Aroma 55 Wall Street, Norwalk, CT 06851 He yelled at us for having a small dog. I informed him, the service animal is needed for a certified medical alert, that my partner is disabled and needs her. He said okay well the dog can stay and you can go, he looked at my disabled partner and said "you're fine". I tried informing him of the laws and he stared yelling at us, to get out and refused to serve us. He would not stop yelling. This is not okay and discrimination. We are also a queer couple and it may be some hate crime as well.

Cafe Mocha

I came to this coffee shop based on Yelp review, in the weekday afternoon. The coffee shop has some seats very relaxing comfortable environment. You can get coffee & sweet treats for those got sweet like me. We ordered tiramisu which taste good, it's not as sweet (i cant taste any rum tho) Cafe Mocha is highly recommend, it's not loaded with corn syrup like Starbucks. Less than $4 Cafe latte is alright (similar to the coffee i make at home with Nespresso), but less than $4. Oh it doesn't not taste bitter like Starbucks. Just using Starbucks for comparison here. Owner is super funny and friendly from greek, he said he makes his coffee with love, therefore gave me the love (drew a heart) for my cup of mocha art . definitely a go-to coffee spot if you come to Norwalk CT.

Ekmek

Wow, a great little surprise! We had iced latte and an iced caramel macchiato (hand mixed) and a piece of ekmek that I could not stop eating to take a picture. Really delicious and not too sweet. Nice find.

First time going to this place and what a great experience. Coffee was amazing & the owner was so sweet & recommended the fredo cappuccino which is the perfect sweet coffee combo. The coffee shop itself is cute and definitely a local favorite

Ice Mocha with Oat Milk

I was visiting a friend and read all the great reviews so I decided to check it out. There were many selections for coffee and cream/ milk alternatives. Not only was his technique unique, but the visual as you see in the picture is super appealing. Taste- the moment I took a sip, it instantly reminded me of the coffee I had in Europe and was in shock. I haven't found a single place here that replicates that quality of coffee except now. It really was well crafted. Atmosphere- very calm and relaxed, def a spot you can do work in as there's seating and WiFi available. On top of that the host there was very personable and kind. Aka the reviews are true and worth the hype hah

Even a frappe with almond milk is only $3.50 here. Reasonable prices and AMAZING service

A lot of the reviews and some the photos here say it's a stand alone shop but the directions led us to a stand in front of a Zara and next to an Auntie Anne's pretzel stand. The stand was run by just one person who had to quite the line of folks aching for their ice cream folks. Between us four adults, we all chose different combinations of the Tiramisu, amorino, bacio, and chocolate. The gelato here is goooood - creamy, full flavor whether it be nutty, chocolate or cherry. My tot was a more of a fan of the cone than the gelato. The gelato here was not particularly pricey for Norwalk or it being gelato, as opposed to traditional ice cream. My one and only gripe was really that after the person finished serving up the line, he quickly wrapped up with a handmade BRB sign and left his post. The stand remained unmanaged and with some gelato-hungry potential customers lurking back and forth for at least 20 minutes. We eventually left and never saw the guy return to the stand after we finished our scoops. I hate to feel we really lucked out timing-wise but seemed like we did. Just hope to be as lucky the next time we are in the neighborhood and are craving a couple of scoops.

Went there on a beautiful day, a perfect day for ice cream. Going in here is a huge hike for us being that we live 40 miles away. It's always a highlight to go, and we always order large cups when we go. Keep in mind this place is not a bargain, you generally get what you pay for and this place has always been worth it except for this trip. And with all my excitement, I neglected to see how much gelato was left for one of the flavors I ordered, and it was the bottom of the barrel-instead of the young gentleman talking me out of the flavor, he gingerly scraped up with all his might whatever was left in the bottom, then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a flavor that was similar to it... Shame on me I said no, and he proceeded to give me the other flavor I had asked for which is a chocolate brownie. As he scooped, I said you know what give me some of the cappuccino please-he huffed and puffed and arrogantly told me he could no longer do it... Why? You've only done a couple scoops of chocolate what's the big deal. Asking him a question it was like I was asking him a life ending favor. He then huffed as he took my husband's order. As we both ate our ice creams we were very mystified that it was lacking the flavors that it once had. True, we both had tried new flavors that we never had before, but it didn't have the same texture and it was overly sweet. Secondly, my husband got their waffle cone. Now let's talk about how the boy neglectfully scooped that waffle cone... He didn't put any ice cream in the cone only slapped a ball on top - that was it. The ice creams came out to $16 and honestly the waffle cone was flavorless! My husband wound up throwing it away as it probably was one of the worst waffle clones he's ever had. Maybe we need a break but we definitely need a break from that young gentleman who took our order... He needs a little polish refresher course on how to be a little more cordial and Little accommodating. Thank God for the tip cup! As for the parking, it's hell, absolutely satanic but that is not reflective of the rating. You are at the mercy of street parking and not easy to find.
