Beach buzzer + very berry açaí bowl (ft my gorgeous gf)
Mackenzie T.

Adorable spot in OOB! My gf and I looove energy drinks so coming here and seeing the Beach Buzzers was such a great surprise! We loved them and they were accompanied by a simple açaí bowl [$14] Açaí was good - def not an açaí specific place but good for what it was! Very cute spot and was right across from some murals. Parking wasn't too difficult to get right out front

Penguin came for a Pistachio Breve. Love the Artwork on the outside side wall! We go up, placed an order , waited not too long and went our way. There are other things there inside to buy. Maybe it's a consignment shop also.

This is a perfect breakfast spot when you're looking for something quick, nutritious, and delicious.

Love this cafe and how close it is to the beach! They have breakfast and lunch options. Prices are very reasonable; for lunch it was under $25 for 2 adults and a child. Sometimes the line to order can get long, so ordering online is a good idea. My açaí bowl and salad were both fresh and tasty. The coffee is good but tasted a bit watered down. I ordered caramel and didn't taste the flavor too much. They also have a small selection of beer/seltzers in the cooler for purchase which is convenient. I'd come here if you're looking for a healthy cheap option by the beach!

Found this place on yelp, so I decided to try it. Def not worth it. Came in august at lunchtime. Bought a 4 pack of beer, one coffee, two cookies, veggie wrap and chicken salad - total $48. Salad was tiny with very little chicken and the veggie wrap was very basic. They were out of whole milk so no iced mocha for me today. Out of cucumbers that normally would come on the veggie wrap.

This is where you need to be if you visit Old Orchard Beach! Walking in the door, you are greeted by one of the cheerful folks who work here. We have had breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos, and the options available to customize these was appreciated by my family. And if you have questions, just ask! Fabulous food (including pastries!), a coffee bar, and an eclectic gift shop that you can browse as your food is freshly prepared. There are several tables inside, so you can relax in a climate controlled environment or walk down to the beach to enjoy your food. Come early so you can get one of their renowned Ocean Park cinnamon rolls.

Cafe 64 was super cute. They have tables to sit and half of the cafe is a gift shop. The iced chai latte was a 4 out of 5! Lemon poppy muffin was a 5 out of 5 - super moist, bits of fruit inside, not too sweet, and the icing on top is not overwhelming. It looked dry but I'm glad I got it because the inside was not dry at all. The staff are nice too.

Cute coffee shop with little gift shop. Took a little while to get our breakfast sandwiches. They were all right. Coffee was just ok. My daughter got the cinnamon roll, and said it had kind of an orange perfumery flavor she didn't love,

Coffee was good, great menu selection, big variety of baked goods, & restrooms for customers is a huge plus. Expect a good wait time especially during breakfast & brunch times, everyone enters to the left to order and pay. They offer ample seating inside and outside which moves decently quick.

Initially I was confused by this place because when you walk in the left side looks like your average grab and go breakfast place but the right side is a souvenir shop? But moving past that, the line to order was long and very slow moving. Granted, it was a Saturday morning. When we did finally get to the counter to order, the man who helped us was moving very slowly, but was very nice. We got a coffee and two breakfasts; we ordered a cinnamon bun but never got it (we weren't charged so I guess he didn't hear us). I got a specialty latte which as delicious and the breakfast burrito which was also delicious. My husband loved his breakfast sandwich; he said the bread was great. Sunday morning we came back and I got the cinnamon buns they are apparently known for. They definitely needed to be warmed up but once I microwaved for 15 seconds at home, they were perfect. The girl who took our order Sunday morning was more efficient than the man from the day before. If you're pressed for time, order ahead. I would definitely come back!

Cinnamon roll. Yummy.

We were looking for a place to grab a quick lunch. The food was delicious and the service was good too. My sister had the açaí bowl 'The Big Kahuna' and she said it was delicious. I had the chicken salad ' The Tug Boat' and it was good. And the cinnamon roll was yummy. The amount of cinnamon in the middle was a little much but it still tasted great. I thought the icing had a citrus taste, not sure if it did lol. We were pleasantly surprised by this little place. Would definitely go back!!

Good coffee, friendly service. My daughter loved the very berry acai bowl. I got the coffee of the day which was almond joy. Very tasty.

Nice location, good coffee. We had their breakfast huevos rancheros -an interesting riff on the classic breakfast dish.

This morning, my wife and I finally planned to go check out their space for the first time. What more could you truly ask for than a cafe/coffee shop meets bookstore meets beer bar! My wife is more of an avid reader than I am so she enjoyed the book aspect more. They have a large menu of offerings drink wise with everything you'd expect from a coffee shop. I do wish they did a rotating seasonal special drink menu, as places usually have one or more great sounding drinks on those. Both my wife and I settled on an iced blueberry latte. Overall it had hints of blueberry and tasted more like milk than anything. Would not be rushing back for it specifically that's for sure. Food wise they have some in-house baked goods as well as bagels from Rose Foods and corssiants from Little Spruce Baking. My wife got a plain bagel with cream cheese while I grabbed a chocolate croissant. I did mess up by not requesting it be warmed up but it was still delicious! Will be finding more spots that have goodies from Little Spruce. The bagel was also tasty. Book wise my wife enjoyed browsing but did not find any books she needed to grab. She did enjoy reading a couple chapters of her current book while we sat by the large windows (good spot for world watching outside). We enjoyed our visit but have other spots we would be happier to visit again.

My go to study/wfh spot for years. Plenty of outlets and seating, love that they stay open later…read morethan other coffee shops in the area. Love that they have local brews on tap + a good selection of books. The set up a few seats outside when it's nice out! Good cold brew, iced tea, chai, and matcha. Bagels from Rose Foods (aka delish). Their tapas plates are great for a snack!
