By 10 o'clock this place was full and that includes the outside seating. The food was just excellent. You'll see in the pictures the American breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs and a perfectly baked croissant. I had a crêpe with chicken and mushrooms that was extraordinary. A side salad with balsamic vinaigrette was a perfect accompaniment. As he refilled our coffee for the third time, our server recommend recommended that we try the Napoleon that was a special today. We split one and we probably could've eaten three more of them. If you get the opportunity to stop by one day, you will become a regular.

While preparing for my…read morefather's 75th birthday, I searched high and low for a bakery that had his absolute favorite cake flavor: German chocolate cake. Since his birthday happened to fall on Thanksgiving this year, I needed to locate a bakery that could conduct a sale within a day or two of the huge holiday. Sweet Caroline's staff picked up the phone, took my order for two cupcakes, processed the $9.00 payment, and ensured my cupcake order would be ready for pick up the day before Thanksgiving. A nearby family member picked up the order (and reported the bakery to be packed), and dutifully stored the German Chocolate cupcakes in the fridge until it was time for the birthday celebration. I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but these cupcakes were absolutely divine! The chocolate was rich and the cake itself was so fresh. Pops loved the surprise. I am grateful that Sweet Caroline's Bakery was able to deliver on this super special occasion.
