This is the second time I've been there in a couple of weeks and the service was horrible both times. Not only are you always out of something, today was rice, the other day was apples, but the service is horrible. The people are extremely unfriendly. We had the misfortune of spilling our grandkids drink because we were trying to put the lid on and we told the People working there and asked for some assistance of which we got none. I could understand if everyone was extremely busy, but you weren't. We tried to clean up everything on the table ourselves, and I even came back and asked for a rag and still no one ever even attempted to try to help us, they just handed us a rag. We ate there and still the entire time we were there, No one even offered to help clean up the floor, which had spilled soda all over it. I often frequent other Zupas and find their surface and standard much higher. This location is seriously lacking. read more

Unfortunately, it wasn't until the time came and went from when I thought it was to be delivered. It was at that point I realized I failed to hit the last "confirm order" on my order. Someone was in training mode and they were so concerned about the quantities of the food they put in the salad that I think I received the smallest salad I've ever received at Zupas. Not only did it take them extra time to do this, but the salad came out in one of their regular bowls and was half full. WARNING I Ordered from Zupas Tuesday night. I woke up Wednesday and I was EXTREMELY sick and ended up with foodbourne illness. Today, Sunday, is the first day I've been able to eat anything. Love their soup and salads! My only suggestion, there is NO unsweetened ice tea. You carry sweet tea, but not everyone likes sweet tea, let alone anything g that sweet. I noticed there's all kind of chocolate treats...can you do some non chocolate treat...maybe, oatmeal treats, something healthy? I ordered a crispy avocado chicken salad. It was awful. The lettuce was limp and they had some chopped up broccoli that was limp too. They had chopped up the broccoli stems too. The crispy chicken wasn't heated up enough. It was inedible. The people serving seemed really confused and had to ask us several times what we ordered. Now listen ... I love Zupa's. But food is nothing if service is subpart. Found a hair in my sandwich. When my husband took it up to them, they began talking about who was wearing a hair net. I know the answer, no one They kept looking at me and whispering. Then, after they brought me a new one (hairless) they were giggling Not super. And when it was given to me, I was told sorry with an annoyed undertone. I think I'll drive to a different if I come back. I used to really love this place, but for some reason I feel like the quality of food is not as good as it used to be. Don't get me wrong this place has a great variety of soups that taste amazing, but the sandwiches are below average. Whenever I go here I will usually only do the soup and salad because the sandwiches have left me feeling sick. The nuts about berries salad is always wonderful though with the poppyseed dressing. The tomato basil is also a great option for soup. I do love that they always provide a chocolate covered strawberry and roll with your meal, but the quality is just not worth the price in my own opinion. The service is usually great though full of highschool aged looking students and it's usually clean! Definitely a place you have to try at least once, but it's just never a top choice for me! read more

food quality keeps dropping and restaurant is dirty and what you get for the money is quite mediocre. The quality of the soups have declined specially my old favorite lobster bisque. Its more tomato than lobster. My sisters roasted pepper soup smelled like rotten fish and had to return it and exchanged with a watered down potato soup that appeared to be out of a can.
