They even encourage you to relax and linger, and the space is set up for it with tables, couches, high-top and low seating, plus outlets at nearly every seat. It's a great spot for working, meeting friends, or simply hanging out. They have a full kitchen and bar. We ordered the Amalfi sandwich, which is similar to an Italian sandwich, and it was delicious with quality cuts of meat. It came with freshly fried sweet potato chips and a marinated carrot spear that was unexpectedly one of my favorite bites. My only real complaint was the price. One sandwich and two lemonades came to $30+, which was a bit steep. Still, the atmosphere is what makes this place shine. It has a great community feel, with people working, meeting, and relaxing throughout the day. I'd definitely recommend it. read more

Cafe Olivia - Dallas Arts Tower Location Cafe Olivia was a great find during my visit to Dallas. I originally came across the restaurant on social media, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Located in the Dallas Arts Tower in the heart of the Arts District, the restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful, walkable area that makes it an ideal lunch destination. Considering the busy location and steady flow of customers, service was impressively efficient. We received our food quickly and had an overall smooth experience with no major issues. My friend ordered the Grilled 3 Cheese and enjoyed it, though she later realized she would have preferred adding bacon and simply forgot to request it. I ordered the Steak Melt, and it was an excellent choice. It was satisfying without being overly heavy, making it perfect for a midday meal. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The steak was perfectly seasoned and paired wonderfully with the arugula salad. For drinks, the Lavender Honey Lemonade was incredibly refreshing. I appreciated the thoughtful presentation--some drinks included pieces of lavender while others featured lemon, giving them a more handcrafted feel. I was especially excited to try the Matcha Martini, but unfortunately, it never arrived. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were friendly, promptly refunded the drink, and even provided a $10 coupon for a future visit, which I greatly appreciated. I've been on the hunt for a new hoe free zone - . Don't judge me, I like to share my experiences with folks, but I need a couple spots just for me. What a jewel Olivia's is, right off of Ross in what I am going to call down town. I walked in and the 1st thing I noticed was the plentiful seating and the variety as well. You want to sit at a bar top, table top, booth, couch, patio they got you covered. The second thing I noticed - great lighting, giving way to a very airy and light atmosphere. I stopped in early morning and after surveying the place for people I might know, I ordered at the register and took a number to my table. Their version of bagel and lox was loaded and delicious ,came out shortly with a side of crushed breakfast taters salted perfectly. . I am no professional coffee drinker but I had the salted maple cortado, I am expanding and this hit the spot. For another time, I'll have to try their cocktails. Saw Cafe Olivia trending on social media and wanted to give it a try!! Spoiler: it's sooo worth the hype! The cafe is located inside the Dallas Arts Tower. I went during lunch, and it was pretty busy. There are several company offices in the building, so expect a crowd of corporate professionals during the workday. Despite the rush, service was impressively fast. I'm totally obsessed with the dinnerware and custom drinkware. Everything feels so thoughtfully curated. The food and drinks are definitely instagram-worthy but they also genuinely taste amazing as they look. I ordered the Butcher's Cut. The steak was tender and super flavorful, the crispy potatoes were divine, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I need that sauce recipe because I want to dip it in everything. I also loved the Fig & Rose latte. The flavors and sweetness were beautifully balanced without overpowering the espresso. Overall, I'd 100% come back. In my experience, sometimes, aesthetic cafes nail the visuals but don't always deliver on flavor, but that's absolutely not the case here. Everything about my experience was phenomenal. Café Olivia is absolutely delicious. It's tucked into the bottom of a large office tower, but don't let that fool you. Parking is incredibly easy in the underground garage, and you can take the elevator straight up to the ground level entrance. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was phenomenal. Honestly the best steak sandwich I've ever had. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable for the quality, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout the visit.
