Tomato soup w/chunks of mozarella chesse in it. Center is the bacon, cheese, and lettuce panini. Friend is having eggs, bacon, with toast.

I thought it was only hype but this place is great! My friend and I are on holiday from California and we stopped in for a bite. I had tomato soup and the bacon panini. The food was so delicious. Also, the waitress/barista was very helpful abd spole English. She offered to translate the menu for us which was something we hadn't ran into while in Berlin. Would recommend. My friend had the bacon and eggs with toast. We were both very impressed. The decor is really pretty and the place is very clean. Def stop in and have a bite. We plan on returning before out trip is over.

Breakfast option from pick and choose list

Very nice place located in a quiet street. They have excellent brunch options! You can choose from a set menu or you can create your own breakfast with eggs, different types of bread and toppings. If you're on a specific diet this is a really flexible way to put together a delicious meal. I loved the scrambled eggs and croissants! They also have free wifi, you can find the password on the menu. Bathroom is clean and tidy.

Eggs Benedict with Bacon, Fruit Salad and yogurt

Food was good. Wait was quite a bit as they have one server/hostess/barista/everything and one cook as far as I can tell. She warned us it would be 45 minutes for breakfast, we chose to wait. Setting is very nice with couches, recliners and a very homely feeling. Eggs Benedict had a nice taste, hollandaise was a little thin. I'm not sure if bacon strips was precooked type? Farmers plate, however, was a better flavor, but portion was small compared to most other places I've been to in Cologne. The cheesecake was out of this world. Fruit bowl was very fresh.

Best Iced Latte I've ever had

Wow. I spent 3 days in Berlin and I came to eat here twice! I absolutely loved this cafe. The food was absolutely delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is nice. The WiFi is strong. The only downside to this is that they don't have an English menu, but the waitress helped with the translations. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!

Fresh tea!

This is a medium-small cafe with a very simple decoration. The food tasted fresh and there is a wide variety of breakfasts to choose from. By the way they do also offer a range of teas and coffees (even Almond milk) We went on Saturday and Sunday in a row. In addition the waitress was very nice and friendly. Thank you!

Kuchenkultur (Cake Culture) offers daily freshly made cakes…read more The cafe is set in the heart of Kreuzberg and can be reached by bus M19, 140, U1 Möckernbrücke or U6/U7 Mehringdamm. The interior is really fashionable and modern and the personnel is friendly. Also the toilets are as clean as it gets. On the service side, you can also receive help with the selection of the right piece of cake for your taste, which can be really helpful if you're undecided. The coffee and espresso specialties taste really well, as does the tea and the cakes are waiting to be discovered, but beware: one piece will be enough as they serve you really big pieces of cake - and that's kind of nice. Last time, I bought a whole cake for my mother's birthday and it was a success. I'm quite picky with cakes as I dislike them dry and dusty and Kuchenkultur has never disappointed me. These cakes are awesome. When you go visit the waterfall, be sure to check out Kuchenkultur an be surprised by their original creations.

The best cake that I ate in all of Berlin, and there is a lot of cake to eat here ;)…read more In other places the cakes may be industrially made, but here they are all fresh and baked on premises. Moreover, they are much more creative and beautiful than the majority of cakes that you will normally see in cafés. Wild berry chocolate cake... Mmmmm. I don't typically eat cake with my coffee, but this is the place to break your dietary sensibilities and simply enjoy high quality baked goods! The service was friendly and courteous, and the cafe itself beautiful and charming. Free water is in a jug for anyone to get. Everything that I expect from a cafe and more!
