The rooms were okay, but honestly I much prefer the rooms at Aria. Aria feels more modern and updated, whereas Caesars has more of that classic Vegas feel. The shopping mall is probably my favourite part of Caesars. The Forum Shops are huge and there are so many stores that you can easily spend hours wandering around. The pool area is also really beautiful. With all of the Roman and Grecian architecture, you really do feel like you're living your best Grecian goddess life sitting around the pool. Overall, I think Caesars is worth experiencing at least once. The rooms wouldn't be my first choice, but between the shopping, the pool and the whole atmosphere of being at Caesars Palace, it's still a fun Vegas experience. read more

Caesars Palace is a relic of a bygone era, and it shows. The once-gaudy opulence that probably felt glamorous and over-the-top in its heyday now just feels dated in a lot of places. It's still unmistakably Vegas. It's massive, dramatic, busy, and there is something to be said for staying at a property with this much history attached to it. But "iconic" and "luxurious" are not always the same thing. Some areas still photograph beautifully, while others feel like they've been living off the Caesars name for a VERY long time. The property is also enormous. You can walk what feels like half a mile just trying to get from one part of the hotel to another. If you enjoy having restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the casino all under one roof, there's certainly no shortage of things to do. But if I'm paying Vegas luxury-hotel prices, I want the actual hotel experience to feel current too. That's where Caesars loses me a little. Caesars Palace was a cut above from the minute we arrived. The friendly valet and front desk staff made us feel like VIPs. We were able to get an early check-in, and our king room in the Augustus Tower was large, updated and comfortable, with a jetted tub and great views. We spent the afternoon at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, and I cannot recommend it enough. We rented a covered daybed and it was worth every penny. The pools are beautiful and, once again, the staff was fantastic and took great care of us. There are plenty of excellent restaurants without ever leaving the resort, and we finished our evening seeing Absinthe, which was absolutely amazing. I also really appreciate how Caesars treats veterans. Their military program gives veterans Platinum status, and the complimentary valet parking was a great perk. It's nice to stay somewhere that makes veterans feel genuinely appreciated. Caesars isn't the cheapest place to stay in Vegas, but if you want to treat yourself and make the resort part of the Vegas experience, Caesars Palace is the way to go. Augustus tower is the tower whose rooms are with the Bellagio fountain view. Octavius tower rooms are with pool view. There are multiple restaurants within the casino and hotel, including Nobu, Hell's Kitchen, Peter Luger, staton social prime, and the bacchanal buffet. Must try their pools which are my favorite in town, the pools are with great interior design and views and the food at the pools are great, too. The sandwiches and chicken wings are bomb. read more

I am very disappointed in this hotel which was once my favorite place to stay at. I had the honor to come with a friend where we stayed at a different hotel but wanted to show them Caesars Palace since it was one of my favorites to stay and gamble in. So as we got to the establishment we joined a craps table and the 3 workers who were attending the game started to discriminate me and my friend. Telling us that game was a $50 start up which we had read upon arrival at the table. They mentioned it 3 more times after that and said we can always move to a $25 table if we would like....for us money wasn't an issue... my friend was also explaining me the game which another player got mad about and the workers defended him...every time I've come the workers usually explain to me if I don't know the concept of the game...this time they were all trying to please this man....who was not even getting that much but I definitely felt we were discriminated especially since we both look young for our age....sad this era has to come to an end...I visit Vegas quite often but now will definitely be staying elsewhere.Encore definitely has my attention now. read more

Stayed here recently during the 10x tier multiplier week for 5 nights--hubby got the Augustus Premium Room comp for us. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy king bed and large couch. Decor could use an upgrade. The bathroom was huge too--I liked how the shower and toilet were in separate areas. Augustus & Octavius Towers are a bit of a walk to the casino and restaurants area. There's a separate check-in area for Seven Stars players (there's one for Diamond too) which is near Augustus Tower and the Seven Stars valet. Valet is easy, you just scan your ticket at the kiosk when you want your car back--it was complimentary for us. The regular taxi stand is out in front, always seemed to have a line. Caesars is HUGE! Be prepared to walk. There's a lot of dining options and bars, and even a shopping mall. Casino wise, lots of tables and slot machines, with cocktail waitresses coming around somewhat frequently. Caesar' s Palace was magical. It's been years since I've been there. It brought back so many wonderful memories of my youth and spending time there with my mom and aunts. Their no longer here. This visit was the start of the next generation and building new memories. My daughter planned a wedding in 60 days. Caesar's made the wedding planning a breeze. They took care of every detail. Still the great service we've experienced in my 40 years of going there. My daughter was lovely, The quintessential blushing beautiful bride . The chapel was nice and accommodated all of the guests. From being in a room where there was a water issue resulting in a flood in my room that was never resolved, to being overcharged for my stay, to completely incompetent front office staff... From online websites, hotel rooms are huge and luxurious, 5 star quality accommodations, very high-end boutiques on property, all the amenities that a Las Vegas hotel will provide for guests and much much more. I've also walked through the Forum Shops at Caesars many times either window shopping during the day time or bar hopping from casino to casino late at night. We have stayed at Caesars Palace during our last several trips to Las Vegas. It is conveniently located near the center of the strip. We were seeing a concert at the Colosseum Theater during this trip, so staying here again was especially convenient. I usually book a room in the Augustus tower. This tower is close to the main lobby, and a Starbucks and the hotel café are also very close. If you have a player's card, booking your reservation directly on their website is usually a few hundred dollars cheaper than using third-party travel sites. If you get on their mailing list, they sometimes offer a free weeknight or two at times if you book several months in advance. The rooms in this tower are a good size, and the king-sized bed has comfortable pillows and sheets. The room has a table in the corner with a few chairs, as well as an L-shaped couch, another small table, and an additional chair on the other side. Everything was clean and didn't show any signs of wear. The bathroom is spacious with a separate room for the toilet. I always enjoy using the Jacuzzi tub. I wish the sink cabinet had a shelf underneath to store personal items so the countertop wouldn't be so crowded. We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. The main entrance and valet area was a total traffic jam. I have never seen it so backed up, and moving so slow. It took us over a half hour to drop off our car, and we had a bellhop check our bags. Room check-in went very quick, and we were able to check-in an hour early with no additional charge. After checking in and going to our room, it took almost 40 minutes for our bags to finally come up. When we checked out several hours before check-out time on a weekday, again it took over 30 minutes for the valet to get our car even though it wasn't busy. Our check-out bellhop was great, and he kept calling the valet to see why it was taking so long to get our car. We stayed for four nights. We were out extra late on our last night, and I wanted to shower the following morning before the long drive home. Unfortunately, there was no hot water all morning. Normally I would give five stars, but only four stars for this stay. We have had a good experience here overall. The slow valet service and lack of hot water the last morning were disappointing, and hopefully just a fluke. We would stay here again, but will probably try somewhere else next time. read more

I was able to experience Caesars Palace both as a hotel guest and as a meeting attendee during a work event. This allowed us to spend time in their ballroom / meeting rooms as well as an outdoor terrace for a cocktail reception. Hotel check-in went very smoothly and the desk clerks were helpful and friendly. One thing that I would have done differently is to take a taxi to the hotel from the airport. The drop off if you do rideshare is incredibly far away from the hotel lobby. Our room was a basic guest room with a king size bed, and it also a couch seating area, which was great for a late night snack and TV show. The bathroom was a great size, making it very easy for two people to coexist while getting ready for dinner and gala events. We enjoyed dinner at Nobu and free cocktails at the Caspian Bar, including the speakeasy. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing. The meeting food and drinks was fantastic and anyone serving - whether at the bars or walking the room - treated us with respect. Caesars Palace is a huge facility and just walking the space is a lot for your feet! Throw in the forum shops and you're going to need breaks. We appreciated its location along the strip and we were able to visit nearby hotels, shops, and restaurants. Other highlights were the room services and swiftness in getting a detailed invoice after check out. We feel lucky to have experienced a visit here and it enhanced our trip to Vegas. read more

I ended up using the $600 dollar air faire to come here with my wife. I ended up booking a suite in the Julius tower. It was alright and wished it was in the Palace tower as last time. I talked with my host in seeing if I can get an upgrade, but put me in the best room available. I ended up booking the room myself a mini suite at Julius Tower. Room overall was nice, but figuring out how to use the fancy shower was one thing. I wish the toilet was in a separate room as most room usually do. I wish the refrigerator was empty as well to put drinks as they have a combination you need to punch in in order to open it. I got asked if I wanted to upgrade to something bigger and asked for the cost and ended up being $125 a night, and I was like no thanks and it was okay. One good thing is about the 4 drink as if you gamble you get the free drinks. I ended up using it on mainly coconut water, red bull and pina colada margarita. Gaming experience well they took away a lot of my favorite high limit games like pinball, double triple diamond and replaced it with poker machines. Most of the games were volatile and they got rid of the progressives on most of the game. My luck here was not good as I only got the bonus a couple of times here and was not good. My wife ended up being lucky here and ended up hitting 2 jackpots. After playing the $700 dollar free play and getting $100 dollars back I felt it was not my time to win here. The views, the shopping, the food, The FOOD, the entertainment (oh and the casino). I took hundreds of photos - mostly of statues and food. Ceasar's is on "the strip." Self parking is $15 and $20 for valet parking (they can change the rate at any time). Parking is free for hotel guests. Pay attention to where you are. It is easy to get lost. There are lots of pretty statues. We found many when we were trying to get somewhere. There are lots of dining choices. Bobby Flay & Gordon Ramsey have two each. Giada also has one. We chose the Bucchanal Buffet. It was satisfying and over the top. There are several you tube videos that describe it. The Colosseum is one of the entertainment venues. The casino is huge. If you visit Caesars and then the Westgate, it is like trading in an elephant for a piece of rice. Caesars is huge. The Westgate must be the smallest casino in Vegas (except for maybe the airport). We had a wonderful time. Every casino has elevators and ramps. The self checkout means no waiting in line. read more

Wonderful hotel and luxurious amenities! We stayed at Caesar for the first time when we attended a concert at the hotel. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked our stay via Trivago, which was even cheaper than booking via Caesar's website. We stayed at the Palace Tower in a collesurm room, and our charges for three night was around $1,000. Check-in was straight forward via the kiosks. Our room was comfortable with comfy bed, a sitting area, spacious room, and a wonderful bathroom woth separate bathtub, shower, and toilet. We also used the gym and checked out the pool. The gym was spacious with good array of weight and cardio equipment. The pool was a little disappointing due to limited hours and only one pool opened during the winter. The hotel is at an excellent location if you are attending shows or concerts at the Sphere, Bellagio, or within Caesar. We haven't checked out the gambling area but the scenes looked lively. Did a two night staycation. Been doing a lot of staycation but this is our first stay at caesars palace. Got a room in octavious tower facing the pool. Its quite a walk to get there from the casino but the room is nice. Got a king bed with a small sectional sofa and a bathroom with a jetted tub. Room was clean and seems like it's newly renovated. Staying here is nice coz they have a lot of food option including the foodcourt which is offering 25% off for locals as long as you have their rewards card. When my husband booked our stay in December, I was excited to visit what is marketed as a luxury, high-end hotel. Although life got busy and I'm only now writing this review, I feel it's important to share my experience. We stayed in an Augustus Premium Room, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed from the moment we arrived. As someone staying at a property that promotes itself as a luxury resort, I expected accommodations worthy of at least a four-star rating. After entering the room, I took a closer look and immediately noticed numerous maintenance issues. The furniture was in desperate need of repair or replacement. The nightstand and dresser were visibly damaged, as shown in my photos. The bathroom was in even worse condition. There were stains on the countertop, significant water damage along the side of the vanity, and discoloration on the faucet that appeared impossible to remove. The shower stall had mildew stains, and the wall surrounding the bathtub was loose and damaged. I was genuinely surprised that this room was considered acceptable for guests. Given Caesars Palace's reputation as a luxury resort with premium amenities, these conditions were unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a property of this caliber. We brought our concerns, along with photos, to the Diamond Status Guest Services desk. Unfortunately, the representative we spoke with seemed uninterested in addressing the issues. No alternative room was offered, nor did we receive any meaningful response to our concerns. This is the type of condition and service I might expect from a budget property, not from a resort that presents itself as a five-star destination. Caesars Palace needs to invest in updating its rooms and improving its guest service if it wants to maintain its luxury image. Based on this experience, I do not feel the property lives up to its reputation or pricing, and I would not rate it anywhere near a five-star resort. read more

This is for the diamond check in for this hotel.. We had 2 different rooms to check in on 2 different days. On the first day we had the honor of being helped by Nova. She was attentive and hospitality was through the roof. She made sure we were set up with everything we needed and more. She put down notes of all of the requests we were needing for the duration of our stay. On day 2 check in, We had the pleasure of being helped by Jordan. He was attentive as well and made sure to offer us any reprints of our rewards cards, bottled waters and even presented me with the cutest house cupcakes. His hospitality and friendly disposition made checking in a breeze. Jordan was quick to go above and beyond for his guests. Overall, It was a pleasure being greeted with such warm enthusiasm and friendliness at the diamond check in. The hotel lobby for the main area is beautifully decorated with reds and silvers for their Christmas display that it made the lobby pop out more with the bursts of decor. We didn't stay here but we played here! I had to try the slots for a little bit but I didn't do well. We walked around admiring the Palace, the shops, the statues, the restaurants, and the casino. There were lots of people here doing the same thing. While here, I was reminiscing back to when I flew here to see Tom Jones in concert and also stayed here for a few days with the girls. We had a ball. We had front row seats and got to see and hear him up close and personal. He was not wearing underwear but we did not mind at all. He was known for that and I can vouch for that bit of news, er, that big news. He was so hot back then. Oh, and our room and the guest service was wonderful. On this trip, my daughter and I went to see Absinthe at the Green Fairy Garden and later stopped at No Pants for their best burgers on the Strip. We enjoyed the show and the food. This was a call I told her that we shouldn't have to wait we wanted to rest and change to a clean room. We waited no one arrived so I texted the concierge. They told me I had to go to the front desk and apologized for the miss information. After being in line with regular checking guest I was given a new room. The check in lines were insane!! We decided to go to the mobile check in/kiosk. We picked a kiosk and were told by the kiosk that we couldn't check in yet. Damicea was helping walk up customers at the mobile check in area, but overheard my party talking amongst ourselves that we couldn't check in yet. She came over and assisted us and made the process and experience turn around for our group. She was, single-handedly, helping walk up customers and people at kiosks with ease in a chaotic time! Caesars Palace - Hotels Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I've stayed at Cesar's a few times but this last time was by far my favorite. I've recently reached diamond status and had the opportunity to use the diamond VIP check in where they gave us this gorgeous room. The views were amazing and came with complementary valet parking. The room was very spacious and clean and the massive jetted jacuzzi tub really added the cherry on top. Cesar's is in the middle of the strip so location alone is ideal and they have a pretty decent food court along with fancy dining options. The property is quite massive so wear comfy shoes and explore all it has to offer. Gaming- I tend to stick to video poker here and the bartenders always take care of me. The tables are higher so I walk over to the other Cesar's properties across the street for table games. Pool- the pool is very chill even in the summer. It's very family friendly and pretty clean. There is no shade... unless you pay for a premium seat or cabana. But I do love that they have gaming tables at the pool and in the water!! Such a fun experience. All and all I'd give 4.5 read more

Caesars Palace is legendary. I don't have one negative thing to say about this hotel. It's absolutely stunning! It's so big and I love the architecture. The sculptures inside and outside the palace, just add to the amazing architecture. It is very clean. The casino doesn't reek of cigarettes and stinky perfume. It smells nice, and clean. Super fresh smelling inside! The carpets are new and clean. You don't see spots of warn out carpet or stains, like you do at other hotels. Caesars Palace is top notch in my opinion. The dining options are some of the best in Vegas. That's my opinion anyway. Caesars Palace has Hell's Kitchen and Vanderpump Cocktail & Garden. Those were two spots that I wanted to knock off my bucket list. Caesars Palace is very picturesque. This is where you want to go for photos and selfies. Your photos are bound to be great with that kind of background lol Lots of shopping and things to do! 10/10 Hotel and casino in Las Vegas. read more

Still love Caesars Palace. The design, the feel and the stores. It's so large now, built up. The ceilings in the stores section is magical. Changing colors and the lighting. Water features here and there. We walked about and looked around. It was nice. read more
